Premier Inn Hull West hotel in East Riding of Yorkshire

I was surprised how helpful the staff were.They made u feel at home.

Great location, friendly staff as usual. Have stayed here a lot as a family. Nice local attractions to see would recommend even with the friendly peacocks 🙂

Stayed here for a wedding nearby. Great room, great location, great breakfast. Exactly what we wanted and excellent price.

The hotel staff went above and beyond and in the restaurant! Changed rooms for us as we unexpectedly had to look after our grandson and they moved our bags for us. Friendly clean. Couldn't fault it!!

Consistent to what you would expect for a Premier Inn. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Ideally situated for a stop over or a weekend stay. All the staff were very helpful, polite and very attentive. The room was immaculate and as usual a comfy bed😊 I had a couple of meals in the evening and pricing was very reasonable. Breakfast was great too. I will definitely be staying again. The peacocks at the door was a surprise!

Car Park Rip-off. I am a regular user of Premier Inn and have never had a negative experience until now. Even though I find paying for parking frustrating, I always check before I arrive if I have to pay. Hull West clearly states that parking is free. On check-in I was not advised to log my reg number into any system. To then receive a Parking Notice for £100 was a complete surprise and the worst form of revenue generation.

Lovely hotel, service was fantastic. Explained to the receptionist I had coeliac disease and she went over to the restaurant to speak to the manager Ian..Ian organised both my evening meal and breakfast for me so I could eat safely. Nothing was too much trouble. All the restaurant and bar staff were super helpful and friendly. The wind was horrific but we totally missed it and slept comfy in our beds. Only realised when we woke up. Rooms were lovely and really clean. Thank you all ! Vicky

Good standard rooms and friendly helpful reception staff. However they do not have any air con and in the hotter summer month the rooms are stifling. They do provide a fan which did help...... I know we don'y get a lot of very sunny days in the UK but maybe it's due for an upgrade? Good location any other time.

Everything was fine apart from no air-conditioning not sure if it was broken or they don't have it,lady at reception informed us of this.There was a large fan in the room which sort of kept things cool but the room never went below 24degrees so a tad warm. We had the meal deal which was fine .

Pleased to have a window that we could open. The hotel, room and attached eatery were all as expected. Premier Inn offers good value and a pleasant enough place to stay for a night or two.

Great spot to explore Hessel about 10-15 minutes walk into the main area which is great for pubs and has a small shopping area. The premier inn was great good rooms and great staff would recommend a visit

Great place to stay and good food I will go here again if in the area.
