Premier Inn Beverley Town Centre hotel in East Riding of Yorkshire

On arrival the self service screens weren't working a good start not. Got checked in by a lovely member of the staff key card given and went up to our room. My wife had a shower and when she finished she couldn't turn off the shower, it was on hot and the tap had came off. So I found a member of staff and she went to get some tools and within 10 minutes it was fixed. She went above her duty. Didn't sleep well as we were stuck above an Aircon unit or extractor fan which kept us both awake. The bathroom and decor of the room for a fairly new premier Inn was poor. I travel and use premier Inn all over and for been in a nice area was a poor inn. Will I stay again I'm not sure.

Wirelss really poor phone signal really poor if you want good wireless you need to pay also parking you need to pay

Stayed here on Thursday to meet friends later in the evening. On arrival my key wouldn't work .I booked a table for myself (just a salad ) the restaurant was empty just two tables .I was then informed it would be a 45 minute wait as there was just one chef on ! After that I got a takeaway to my room around 5 30 .in my room the tv and the Internet did not work after going to reception the receptionist came up and only channel one worked after that I went downstairs 4 times and was told by the same girl ill come up .it was empty and she didn't once sort it out .when checking out I was told blunty there is no discount for this here and passed a card to complain online .why cang issues be resolved in person and not passed on

Always our number choice to stay in Beverley. Well located for everything we want to do. Good choice for breakfast also. The beds are the best, so comfy.

Stayed a week at Premier Inn beverley for work purposes, as always everything was top notch! Clean room super comfy bed, the food was expertly cooked, extremely tasty! staff were very accommodating nothing was to much trouble.. keep up the good work 👍🏿🎅🏿

The room was super and what we expected from a premier inn as we have been to quite a few now but the restaurant and bar was appalling as it doesn't open till 6pm. well that's know good to people who have been travelling for a while and want a drink at 2pm or a light snack at 3pm. how is it that all the premier inns that I've been to have a bar that is open and you can get a snack but beverley premier inn is an absolute joke!

We stayed here for one evening Sunday last week a great location close to local shops and Cathedral staff were very friendly especially Laura who served me double cream at Breakfast, which she fetched from the local shops for me. Exceptional service from Laura, Thank you very much.

Title: Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at this Premier Inn, and I have to say, I'm thoroughly disgusted with the service. The automated check-in process was a hassle, and there was zero clarity on how to book a table for an evening meal. The restaurant looked empty, yet somehow there was no availability for dinner. It was shocking and left me feeling starving. I expected much better from a well-known establishment. Very disappointing!

Stayed in a lot of premier inns when working, this is the best one by a long shot! Amazing resteraunt, clean rooms and very friendly helpful staff. I go out my way to stay here now. Only downside is no free onsite parking (think it's a tenner to stay in multistory car park) I'd pay 20

Stayed here for a wedding. Arriving late we dived in the restaurant and we're so glad we did. Food was cooked to order and was delicious. Drinks were great and staff were very helpful with tips and advice. Would recommend

Nice hotel small restaurant and bar, you get everything you need. Mel asset to the bussines we had a great chat while I had a late drink, she knows a lot about drink to food matching.

When I first stayed at this hotel I was happy about the hospitality of the staff but I didn't think to much about it, since then I have stayed in many places, some good some not so much. When I arrived this time, I was even more impressed by the welcome I received at reception by Melania. I've been greeted with a big smile and some general questions about my day, then I been asked if I want to dine with them, which I refused but eventualy I changed my mind and turned up without a booking as it was pooring outside. I been served by Danielle, and I was proud of my choice to drop by, I had the best spicy chicken burger ever. These 2 women were the highlight of the evening. I didn't see any other staff member part from the chef. However, I could not see a single sign of struggle the way they were moving from reception to restaurant back and forth and still had the time to chat with guests and deal with enquiries. I was very impressed. I booked again in January and can't wait to go back.

Well impressed with everything. Very clean rooms,absolutely lovely staff especially Melania who looked after us and done everything to make us feel as home so a big thank you and we will be definitely coming back.

Me and my husband had a lovely city break in Hull and we stayed at this hotel.The room was very nice and clean,the food-absolutely delicious.The staff-very kind and friendly…especially Melania who took care of us.We will definitely come back.

After a 12 week stay just want to say what an absolute hard worker Danielle and always smiled when serving me my evening meal when she was on shift

Thought I'd not be impressed, but proven wrong. Clean room. Everything looked neat and tidy. Shower was fine. Breakfast is mass catering so wasn't expecting super fresh, but wasn't bad at all.

If you are attending for work and need to do some work in your room using the internet, avoid this place at all costs. The Wi-Fi is atrocious. The staff do not know how to help, do not know why it doesn’t work and simply fob you off. Very dissatisfied.

Nice little hotel in a great location for town. No on site parking but overnight in the multistory was very reasonable and just behind the hotel. There is a restaurant on site but prepare not to be wowed, not a great choice and quality was fair but not amazing. There's plenty of other options locally though with the Flemingate center just behind.

Everything went well. Beds comfortable, room clean and tidy. Staff helpful and friendly. Food good and plentiful. A pleasant and comfortable place to stay.
