Premier Inn Hemel Hempstead West hotel in Dacorum

You get exactly what you expect. Which for the price is very good. Better than average accommodation at lower than average prices.

My second night at this hell hole I only stayed a second night because the company had already paid for it Didn’t receive my drinks order Then brought the wrong food Is the fawlty Towers

Room was good and staff were friendly. Food wasn’t the best we had a burger and then breakfast the morning after. I know it’s not a Michelin Star but could be better

Staff were so helpful! Stayed here for a couple nights whilst working and the ladies on the desk were top tier. The rooms were fine, no air conditioning but this is standard with premier inn. Breakfast was also great.

Room was better than last one I stopped in food was nice fresh cooked, waiter missed half my order, but put right by waitress

Convenient but no air conditioning fan used all night. Staff helpful Good breakfast.

No aircon, which wouldn’t normally be an issue, but it was 29degrees! They did well and had fans in the bedroom which took the edge off. Food was great and had aircon in the bar on site. Aireen, and Livea made the stay the best.. very attentive and seemed to do everything. Service was the best. It was clear people went back there for the service more than location or venue. Aireen and Livea are a credit to the Whitbread group!!

Travel the UK staying in Premier Inns which are all the same. The difference here is Livea, Nilima and Hayden. Excellent customer service, friendly & polite

A great location for workers. Parking can be testing, rooms spacious and clean.

Great location for access either way on the A41 and close to family who we were visiting. On the first night we were greeted by Aireen and Holly who were extremely welcoming and friendly, any of the times we say either of them we were greeted with a smile and conversation. Both members of staff were lovely and more than helpful with all of the kids loving to say hi too. The hotel was up to the usual Premier Inn standards although worth noting this is an older hotel without air conditioning if you're planning a summer trip. Overall great experience and in particular we would love to praise Aireen and Holly for making the stay extra enjoyable.

We stayed over Easter weekend with our 2 children. Huge shout out to Aireen who was incredible with both Jemima and Remi in the restaurant on the thursday evening as we had it to our selves as the hotel was empty, she really went above and beyond with nothing being too much trouble. She was super generous and kind not only to us but also my inlaws whom joined us for breakfast on Good Friday morning. Our only complaint so to speak - anyone know a way to make over tired kids sleep?

A little out of the way but well worth finding, the staff were absolutely fabulous they couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and the food was great both breakfast and evening meal
