Premier Inn Haywards Heath hotel in Mid Sussex

Good location. Nice room. No issues. Continental breakfast was good. Not many car parking spaces.

I am currently writing this review during my stay. I am here for one night due to work, and the place is wonderful. Check-in was effortless, and the reception staff were courteous and pleasant. The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were perfect for a good night's sleep. I was unable to try the breakfast as the agency removed the complimentary breakfast. I look forward to staying here again in the future. It's also convenient that it is just a few minutes from the train station.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times for work and it’s one of the best Premier Inns I’ve been to. Really nice little bar and restaurant with great food and the staff are all lovely and seem to really care about your stay here. There’s a car park on site, small, but I’ve managed to get a space on both visits. If you need somewhere to stay in this area then I would recommend it.

First stay at this PI and will definitely be back. Great location, friendly staff and, while the restaurant was ‘compact’, food & service was great.

Thank God for Google reviews so customers can say what they really think of this premier inn. My advice would be to avoid it at all costs. 1) The key card stopped working 5 times in 2 days. So I had to go back down to reception each time to get a new one made. 2) The bed was sloping so badly I felt that I was going to roll off it. So much for their supposed great mattresses! 3) I left my mobile phone charger in my room which was found after I checked out, but the hotel subsequently lost it ( or stole it ).

If you are unable to park, you can park next door in Claire hall or on the double yellow lines to the side of the Premier Inn. There Massive car park that’s completely free! Downside to staying here was the noise from the park next to it. All I could hear all night was loud music and people shouting

Warmly welcomed by both Rhona and Chris on arrival. Swiftly checked in with all our needs catered for. The room was clean, warm and comfortable as always. My partner and I have stayed here several times and have never had any reason to complain

Great hotel with lovely team and food

Small, but clean rooms. Self check in was a bit clunky. Breakfast was good. Location very close to station. What you expect with a premier in.

Rooms as you'd expect. No early check-in in available on arrival, despite being told there would be on the phone the day before. Unhelpful staff in the morning. Nicely walkable from station. Easy to get a taxi.

It was a nice stay, staff was lovely and attentive, bed was great & comfortable, bathroom had mold in corners and above shower, all in all good but not outstanding. Lots of restaurants and a huge Waitrose in walking distance

Premier Inn was consistent with what you expect from their brand. Have to say I really enjoyed their breakfasts.

Excellent inn . The staff here are stars in their own right. Rooms comfortable and just the right temperature not boiling or freezing like other hotels. Came to visit family in Lindfield. Would absolutely stay here again, as it’s ideally situated for a vast of activities.

It’s ok, exactly what you expect, food is ok, rooms a good, quiet location, parking is £15 overnight but isn’t run by the hotel. Would use again if I was that way.

Stayed two nights.Great location into Brighton and London. Didn’t have breakfast here but lots of places to eat down the road.Parking is expensive and wasn’t even anywhere to drop bags off to check inn.Only a ten minute stay on the car park at the back, if your go over it’s £11.Not a good night sleep as we could hear people upstairs walking around at 6am in the morning.

Well located hotel with comfortable and modern rooms. The breakfast is a bit of a let down but for the price I am not complaining. The staff were very friendly and helpful and deserve to be well rewarded. Peter at check in was a blast, and the lovely woman who was serving breakfast gave her all. With the toaster catching on fire while the bacon had run out and no milk, teacups, or pastries left, she was trying so hard to make sure we all had some sort of breakfast.

Steve in the restaurant was very kind, friendly and helpful.

Staff were super friendly, standard premier inn with decent little bar, food selection and quality is poor but this can easily be avoided by walking up to broadway.

Popped in for a drink as non residents late Sunday Eve 2/6/2024. Will and Steve were great. Very accommodating and went above and beyond. Will definitely return for drinks and possibly to try out the restaurant. Thanks guys for a lovely night

Modern Premier Inn hotel with great service. The bed was comfortable and the shower had some great power and heat! Ideal for Gatwick Airport as its 2 minutes walk to the station and only ten minutes on the train to the Airport.

Right by station and amenities. Quiet location to relax, but close enough to both London & Brighton. 2nd stay just as good at the first. One of the best breakfasts I have had at Prem Inn and was given same room as first visit! Loved it!

Firstly, Staff two guys, at checkin super friendly and so helpful. Very comfy bed, clean room and over service very excellent. Location could not be better. So glad they finally opened in Haywards Heath.
