New premier plus rooms are nice. However the original parts of the Hotel are shabby and run down. The attached restaurant and bar also very poor.

Don't stay here or at any Premier Inn in the UK! They run a parking scam with ParkMaven. A month after you return home from your trip, your car rental company will charge £90 to your credit card (£60 for Parkmaven and a £30 fee for the car rental company), and you won't be told why. They don't care if you appeal because the payment was made before they even told you that you parked illegally, which we didn't. ParkMaven and the Premier Inn don't respond to any messages because they've got their money. Premier Inn must get a cut too. Everyone makes money and the unsuspecting tourist gets screwed.

Rooms are only serviced if you request. One of the complementary bottles of water had been opened, so I disposed of it.

I wasn't sure what to expect from my first stay at a Premier Inn, but this spot was PERFECT for a stop over to the highlands. The rooms were clean (but very simple) with not great quality toilet paper and towels, but you get what a pay for i suppose. all the employees are super friendly, communication is top notch, and you're walkable into the cute Ft William town and a very nice grocery store is just across the street.

Hotel located close to the city center. The rooms are correct and the bedding is good. Parking is free, you simply have to declare your registration at the establishment's reception. The hotel does not have any catering apart from breakfast.

Hotel has seen better days but can serve as a stopover on a journey (we stayed there two nights). The room was spacious and functional, plus the hotel is right next to a department store. Problems: the breakfast really leaves something to be desired for the price, the bar is closed for the evening, the reception staff are rather hostile especially when they are forced to stop playing with their phone, the room is hot and it It is impossible to regulate the heating, you have to ask for the room to be cleaned and the bathroom paintings really need to be redone.

It's a premier inn, so it's somewhere to stay with a comfy bed and friendly staff. The hotel looks dated and needs tidying up in a lot of areas (lights in rooms not working etc) which would have been ok really, as we were only staying two nights and didn't spend much time there anyway. The brewers fayre attached to the hotel is however, best avoided. It's closed to anyone but hotel guests, presumably because the locals know how bad the food is. The cooked breakfast is self serve from a counter, which is not a cause for complaint, but despite being the first ones in when the doors unlocked at 7am, the 'cooked' breakfast was utterly cold. Bacon, cold. Sausages, cold. Mushrooms, cold. Scrambled eggs, cold. The coffee and toast were hot as I got the coffee from a machine and toasted the bread on the little machine myself. Difficult to believe it was even cooked that day or even on site. GRIM, avoid if you value your stomach lining. 5 stars for the location because it's right next to a McDonald's and a Morrisons with a cafe where you can get something HOT for breakfast. At least it's in Fort William and you're within walking distance from other facilities. It's not worth what you pay, quite disappointed. Edit: Almost forgot, very little hot water, freezing cold showers on both mornings. Presumably they just run the breakfast under a shower in the room to 'cook' it.

We arrived at 6pm that the bar and restaurant were closed for.the foreseeable future and we would have to eat elsewhere after an 8 hour drive.witb two children this was not welcome news. Especially given we were emailled menus for food we could order.the night before. We cancelled our second booking because of thiz

NOT PREMIER INN FORT WILLIAM!! Unfortunately we ended up here for two nights. There was no air conditioning, the windows could only be opened a crack, and the heat accumulated inside the room, so that it was a good 10 degrees more there than outside. It felt like being in a sauna. The breakfast was an imposition. Location in the industrial area between the gas station on one side and the warehouse on the other is simply ugly. Everything is completely unkempt, shabby and run down. Price-performance ratio an absolute disgrace. I can only advise everyone against this shithole!

We had a lovely stay, very quiet and comfy room, lovely friendly staff and free parking. Just a few minutes walk from Morrisons and McDonald's. Myself and my daughter stayed 20th July ready to do Ben Nevis early on 21st. We were offered a form to fill in so that if we weren't down from the mountain or they hadn't heard from us by the time we stated on the form, they would call us to see if we were okay and possibly send mountain rescue, if needed, which we thought was a great idea. There was no telephone number on the form for us to take, so we asked at reception, they wrote a number down and we were on our way. Luckily no mishaps, however I did try calling the Premier inn a few times, just out of courtesy, on our way home, to let them know all was good and to save mountain rescue possibly being called out unnecessarily but didn't get any answer. Hence the 4*

Let's start with the positives, the service is great, everyone is very nice, always smiling and ready to help, clean bathroom, fresh towels, clean bedding, location, perfect shops, close to McDonald's, also close to the station and the main promenade, breathtaking views, quite tasty breakfasts (everything apart from the artificial scrambled eggs and dry pancakes was perfect and the pancakes themselves with a good addition were really ok) the service in the food room was very nice, however, the hotel (MINUS) had three huge minuses, a very small window, which in itself would not be a problem, but looking at the suffocating smell in the room which was the result, I don't know what caused it and It was impossible to air it out, which is a minus. Another minus is the condition of one of the trolleys for transporting sheets, which was all rotten and dirty (I will try to attach a photo) in general, I recommend it, although this trolley scared me away.

This Premier Inn really needs some TLC. The paint was peeling from the walls in the bathroon and was overall a bit grimy, not the usual Premier Inn standard. Good location though. Oh and the restaurant was closed despite wanting us to pay for meals in advance. One last thing, we paid £340 for a family of four, we really like we had been ripped off.

It's ok, but the price-performance ratio is not good. It's particularly a shame that everything is a bit carelessly prepared. Still, it is a good place to explore Fort William.

The Fort William is chosen as base camp by many and so the prices are quite high. The Morrisons and Lidl are on walkable distance.

Fairly large hotel with a large car park. I stayed in a Premier Plus room which really is comfortable. Decent sized room with a coffee machine and fridge which is good. The mirror in the bathroom is half heated, another nice touch for a Premier Inn. The rooms are quiet and you can open the window a little bit. Aircon heated the room ok in winter. TV's are Samsung brand which is also good. The WiFi is ok daytime but can't cope with people trying to use it for streaming in the evenings so becomes useless when you really need it. Ultimate WiFi is equally useless at the same time. The Brewers Fayre restaurant had the usual ok food which came out hot and nicely presented. A little understaffed though, the bar only had one person taking orders for drinks and food. Breakfast is all help yourself and is generally good. All staff were helpful and friendly hotel and restaurant.

We ordered samosa ,onion Bhaji, yellow daal , kadai paneer. Samosa was made from frozen pkt. Rest items were very good. The only guy on the counter was not cheerful and sad looking. But food made up for it

This review is for the “Hotel Aviemore, the apparent children’s hotel. When we arrived we were surprised at how run down the place looked and commented that the Hotel Highlands was much closer to the pool and playground. So when we checked in we asked the unmotivated receptionist whether a rebooking was possible. “No-they are fully booked and these rooms are especially for kids and are nicer and bigger” The room was a disgrace. A so-called sofa bed, with 2 metal loungers with an extremely thin mattress. No place! Bathroom extremely small. The TV was almost coming down from the ceiling and the safe was broken. At dinner we checked online the availability of the Highland Hotel (part of the whole resort) and lo and behold, more than a room with 3 good beds!! So we asked the nice lady at the reception of the Highland Hotel whether we could change. “Of course,” was the answer. So we completed the formalities and were able to enjoy our vacation. Rooms in the Highland Hotel are definitely better, but the mattresses are saggy and daily housekeeping is limited to the absolute minimum. But no matter, still worlds better! Management: as a suggestion for improvement, training for the receptionists would be beneficial; they should please not lie to the money-making customers. Pool: ok, fun with kids Soft play area: awesome! 4 floors and in good condition
