Premier Inn Fleet hotel in Hart

One of the nicest Premier Inn stays I've had- the room was exceptionally clean, larger than most Premier Inn rooms and generally slightly better than the average room in general! There are places to improve, but this may have just been our own experience. Upon arrival, none of the check-in machines worked, and despite buzzing it took a long while for staff to arrive, though they were friendly once they arrived. My only other concern is that on arrival to our room, the door was unlocked and ajar, but in the grand scheme of things that is not a major issue. Generally, it was a great experience - I have given more details in the relevant sections.

Had a very relaxing overnight stay. Ideal location for shops and plenty of restaurants. Great breakfast at a fab price. Well worth the money. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and we were lucky to have been helped by Angela … very friendly and welcoming. Thank you Angela … we will be returning

Have stayed at this hotel several times in the last few months. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. The food is excellent and always well presented. The location is great, not far from town if you want to walk in and very near to Fleet Pond if you fancy a stroll. The car parking is free and it's very well lit. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here if you are heading to the area.

My partner and I stay at Fleet Prem Inn regularly when visiting family. We have always found the staff very helpful and friendly, the rooms clean, beds very comfy. Tea and coffee for your room is readily available, help yourself. We usually go for the meal deal, which is great value and we have always had a lovely evening meal. Our favourite bit is the hot, tasty and never ending breakfast. It’s free parking for Prem inn guests. Another bonus is the location as the Inn is walking distance to Fleet Pond.

Very tired hotel dirty in places with random stains on the walls and furniture. This morning I noticed a horrible stain on the duvet. Housekeeping must have seen this when changing the duvet cover.

Stinky smell. I discovered that non of the rooms has windows that open.. so you could imagine the percentage fresh air in the room.. One could smell Humidity.. !!

Rude stuff , and usually dirty rooms .

The welcome was delightful as ever. Slightly annoying was the brain-dead free wifi that was so bad purely to make you want to pay for the regular WiFi. I wonder why no other places do that - maybe it’s because it’s a terrible idea!

We arrived at the Premier Inn Fleet after a day of travelling. There was a warm welcome, and checking in was a breeze! Ample parking to the rear of the Hotel. The room was well laid out with a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was spot on, we opted for the Continental. The only thing I could suggest is that perhaps there could be more ventilation .. our window in the room did not open. I highly recommend a stop off if returning late from the airport or arriving for an early flight 🛬

Lovely clean room with amazingly attentive and helpful staff. Really helped me to relax after a hard day's work.

Rooms as usual great, breakfast was ok but not the the usual standard of Premier inn

Terrible experience. Two out of the three nights no evening meals due to an unreliable cook. Not a problem you might think until you realise my partner cannot easily travel due to terminal cancer and having to use a wheelchair. The room had an awful dank smell everytime i walked in. Premier Inn used to be so good!

The people are very friendly, the breakfast was very good and nice. The rooms are big. You nees to inform the staff for room cleaning. The rooms are a bit old fashion but good.

WiFi isn’t great everything else 👍
