Normal premier inn, they don't clean the rooms or change towels without request. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The rooms are ok, bed very comfortable and clean. The bathtub had someone's black short hairs in it which I would expect to be cleaned prior to another guest arriving. The receptionist was absolutely lovely. Breakfast was very disappointing, I was looking forward to continental breakfast which normally includes cold meats, cheese and sometimes even boiled eggs. This was the first hotel I've been to that didn't include any of this and that includes other budget hotels.

A good Premier Inn, we asked for a quiet room and they were very happy to allocate a quieter room for us. Nice and quiet and a good nights sleep.

Hot on the heels of a great stay at a London based Travelodge we stayed a night at this Premier Inn. We paid double for our room and double for our food compared to Travelodge and yet our room was cold, the restaurant offering was not great, staff were nice but too busy to deliver any kind of personal service. The whole place seemed to be on its knees , a bit scruffy and dirty, makes we wonder if Whitbread are pulling out at this location. Should have gone to Travelodge for sure.

Disappointing: the rooms and brand generally deliver, beds are great. But this outlet is not one of the best. The double room was set up for one, so I had to go and find more towels. And there was just half a loo roll provided. One of the odd features of this hotel is the uneven floors. The bathroom seemed to have a hatch under the vinyl flooring, which was buckled. Not very impressed. That said the bed was very comfortable as expected, and the room was warm on a frosty day.

Absolutely appalling service in the restaurant. We booked and paid for our breakfasts in advance, arrived and made our order… lots of people tucking into their breakfasts. And we sat and waited, all good… And we waited, and we waited some more… in fact, we waited for over an hour… Finally, to be informed after said extended wait, “errr…sorry, no food”. Can’t we get a fried egg or something? after all, we have paid, and we’ve been waiting for over an hour - “Errr no, no food..” Obviously, this was very frustrating for my family, but made far worse by the arrogant and unbelievably rude young waiter, whose response was simply to shrug his shoulders and say, “not my fault”, not a smidgeon of empathy or contrition, no attempt at an apology, and in fact his sole response was to bark “just leave”…. We spoke to the manager in the hotel, who told us we should get a refund between 5 to 10 working days. I’m 60 years old, and this is probably the worst service I have ever experienced in such a place in my entire life. Absolutely shocking!

Nearly everything we needed for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good shower. Thought the bar was open all day but closed between lunch and dinner serving. Bar staff were very pleasant but slow and untrained.

Great room with very good accessible bathroom with walk in shower with seat. Comfy bed. There were coffee pods but no machine although there was instant coffee. The Green & Black's mini chocolates were a nice touch. Poor quality cooked breakfast but reasonable service.

My fiance and I stayed there Fri 27th Sept til 30th Sept, it was lovely and so was the room but we had constant trouble with our key cards throughout our stay, plus when we went for a 'cooked' breakfast on the Saturday morning we were told it was continental due to chef ringing in sick but when we finished our breakfast we were then told there was hot food, but all and all the room was very comfy

It’s a usual Premier Inn. Nice enough rooms. The staff were very helpful though and went out of their way to ensure our family had a good stay.

We visit this hotel each year and again this time it didn’t disappoint. In fact it was better. Brilliant service and assistance from Josh on reception. A special shout out to Sam in the restaurant. What an amazing young man. So friendly and attentive. Really good service. The chef who cooked the best fresh breakfast also great.

Clean and quiet location. Staff are helpful and friendly. Great value for money staying at this Premier Inn. Parking available for guests of the hotel. Beefeater restaurant next door for dinner and breakfast reservations. I chose the continental breakfast for both mornings of my stay. Great value and a variety of food options available.
