Review for Premier Inn I recently stayed at this Premier Inn, and it was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. From the very first night, there was a constant beeping noise coming from the plant room, which repeatedly woke me up throughout the night. I went to the front desk to report it, hoping they’d address the issue, but unfortunately, nothing was done. Despite my complaints, they essentially ignored me, leaving me to endure the noise for the duration of my stay. On top of that, the mobile phone signal was terrible, making it difficult to stay connected or get any work done. Cleanliness was also below par, with areas in the room and around the hotel that clearly hadn’t been properly maintained. If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep or even basic standards, I’d recommend avoiding this place. There are plenty of other options where your concerns will actually be addressed.

We used this location for the Warner bros studio tour of Harry Potter, 20 minutes from the studios and easy access. Brilliant location.

The only hotel I have ever stayed at where we have been refused a second room key. The room was nothing special, what you'd expect from a premier Inn. The fan in the bathroom didn't work so I was always damp in there, and the room was always so hot and stuffy even with the window left open

We stayed here one night before our flight. The night was quiet, the mattress is comfortable. Unfortunately there's no air-conditioning in the rooms, we tried to leave the window open but the hotel is under the flight path. There is a fan in the room so we had to use that.

Not bad, basic hotel. The cooked breakfast is a bit tasteless and I wish they'd play a different radio station in the restaurant during breakfast. I didn't appreciate being told to wait to check in by the night porter when I turned up at midnight after a four hour drive .. but I think my expression persuaded him to see to my needs promptly.

Our stay at Premier Inn Dunstable South was a letdown. The morning after our arrival, we discovered there was no hot water in the double room. We reported the issue to the reception staff, who informed us that some rooms in the hotel have this problem and maintenance would take a while to arrive. After insisting that we needed a shower after our journey, the staff member reluctantly offered us a last-minute room change. This meant we had to pack up all our belongings and move to a different room, which was quite far from the original one. This process caused an inconsiderable amount of stress and left us pressed for time to check out due to the hassle of moving around. Overall, this experience was disappointing and frustrating, and we will not be returning to Premier Inn Dunstable South.

On arrival my room appeared to be clean but then I went to use the toilet & the water in the bowl was BROWN. The bathroom extractor fan was full of dust & hair. My coffee cup was dirty on the inside along with a dirty teaspoon. The seat cushion wasn't fitted properly so I went to move it & underneath was grime all around the edge. I certainly wouldn't stay here again & therefore would NOT recommend.

There seems to be a big problem with their drains ! The smell in there was horrendous ! The toilets were worse .A very tired pub, tape holding down carpet and holes in the floor.Absolutely awful ! Won't be going back there in a hurry !

We booked afternoon tea for four about a week in advance, this was dealt with by the event organiser who couldn't have been more helpful, When we arrived the staff were waiting for us and conducted us to the old library where a single table was prepared for us. We had expected to be in the restaurant and to have a private room was a real treat. Our party included a vegetarian and a gluten intolerant guest. The Chef had prepared separate plates of sandwiches for these two as well as a seperate stand of glutent free cakes. There was a good variety of sandwiches which were obviously freshly prepared and well presented, the cakes and sweets were varied and excellent. The service was A1 and unobtrusive, fresh tea being brought in on request. We all really ate too much, but the food was so nice we just had to clear the plates :-) A very special afternoon for us and we shall return. We do enjoy an afternoon tea when we can ~ our overall service experience here was far better then at Woburn, much quieter and personal than that at Frosts at Willington and better service and fresher food than the at the Swan in Bedford,

First thing - empty at least 7 mixed tables free THIS WAS Empty AT LIKE 945 AM , Staff looked down their nose as if we knew they were FULL! Then said after being approached- we are full , never even asked what we wanted - and that would have been what 15 minute drink? We had no wish to eat I am shocked in attitude and ethos of the place - would not be willing to recommend or re visit
