Premier Inn Dunstable / Luton hotel in Central Bedfordshire

I had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper on day 2. The premier room was nothing fancy, the “smart tv” was not. If you want to watch anything but the limited channels, bring a HDMI cable and adaptor as it doesn't have blue tooth. Pillows flat. Shower was nice. The attached restaurant was decent and breakfast reasonably priced. We asked if we could extend our stay buy one day the morning before check out and two different desk clerks said “of course, no problem” but we’d have to change rooms. Ok, that’s fine. Said, "Come back this evening when the manager is in and see if he can make it so you don't need to change rooms." We did this and tried to solidify the extra day with a credit card but they said they couldn’t because we were already booked and could not extend in their system because we were changing rooms. I asked to do a new booking, the fellow said it couldn’t be done but come back in the am and we’ll get it straightened. I specifically asked if the room was being held for us and he said yes. Guess what happened when we went to check out then check back in, the hotel had absolutely no rooms. We will not stay here again.

Absolutely terrible, worst stay i had in any hotel for years. Its more a hostel in terms of cleaning conditions and standards

First class great room lovely staff

Very thankful and grateful to the receptionist called Renacie for making my stay super enjoyable and looking after me throughout my short trip and her care to my needs and requests and always delivering quality service.

If you ever check in and come a cross a Polish receptionis then you know your on the good hands she will help you with anything and so respectfully on like the over members of stuff

Great time rooms were very warm no air conditioning. Asked for ground floor room ended up stairs. Staff were very helpful would defo stay again but maybe not in summer time

Clean with friendly staff and a next door beefeater and other local shops. About 20 minute walk from Dunstable. On a roundabout and could of done with a clearer sign as to it being there. Needs a new reception door as looks like someone recently has kicked it in. Otherwise great stay over for one night.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff friendly but professional. Restaurant food and service great. We had dinner on the first night as well as breakfast. Than you for a nice stay.

If you want a quiet night don’t stay here. The doors outside the room are constantly banging, the people above are walking around in led boots. I was supposed to be here for 2 nights but I’m checking out early to book a different hotel.

The location is perfect! The room was spacious and clean with a wonderful comfortable bed. Enough parking places. Kind staff.
