Only spent 1 night here, easy to find, service was friendly and the restaurant across the way was great value for money.

Of all the reception staff I have had to deal with Tia was exceptional. She went well out of her way in assisting me in getting in touch with the Premier hotel in Thetford. She tried using my computer and both her cellphone and the hotel phone, but all to no avail. She ended up leaving an alert on my booking. Thank you Tia.

The food is not good its as though the chefs don't care there's no effort in presentation and everything is over cooked the plate looks boring unappealing unappetising and a lady sitting on the nxt table was complaining about her meal being horrible she raised the same issue as me. Shame because their food use to be good but I have yet to try the roast dinners.

Rooms are clean, but a little bit tired. Staff are very helpful. Location is good for walking the White Cliffs and Dover Castle, but a bit too far from the town with a sharp incline on the way back. You can't walk to nearer local shops as the A2 does not have a path for pedes

Stayed in this hotel for a wedding nearby, I didn’t expect much but I honestly have to say the hotel room itself felt extremely grimy and unclean from the minute we got there. The bed sheets felt damp and almost greasy to touch, you felt like you NEEDED to have a shower both before and after bed.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay if your nipping over to Calais for a shopping trip or just to catch the ferry ⛴ from Dover.

Stayed just the one night to catch the ferry. Perfect location to get to the port. Very friendly staff. Good night's sleep and a good sized room.

Not lovely but clean & straightforward, and importantly a good location for overnighting before the ferry. Catering (breakfast/supper) is handled by the nearby Duke of York Brewers Fayre, 150m walk away.

We really like this hotel as a place to stay on our last day just before going on the ferry. It has nice rooms, quite big, big beds and a private bathroom. And yes, very important for parents with young kids: a travel cot does fit in the bathroom, it is a snug fit, but it fits! There are a few things we do not like: the doors close pretty loudly, which means you can hear anyone coming into their room or leaving. You can hear a lot of noise from the hallways and the room below or above you (depends on where you are). But the people are really nice and have always helped us with anything we needed, like restaurant reservations etc.

One night stop here for work and actually found this little hotel quite nice and cosy.. More of a Motel really, than a Hotel. Access to the hotel is via the petrol station and upon entry found check in ok, but slightly confused why have to know nationality. No other premier inn I've stayed at has asked this. Well food for here is served at the brewers Fayre and that serves food till 9pm so plenty of time to get a bite to eat. Despite the road, which if honest I didn't seem to mind as one minute heard a lorry go by, the next it was time to rise and shine, I actually slept really well. The hotel has nice proper sized baths and ample space to relax in the room. Overall a great night's stay and when next working here would happily stay again.

Good hotel for the money, just the heating wasn't working. But they supplied us with a portable heater, which helped. Staff were helpful.

Checked in for a 1 night stay, was greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist, who efficiently booked us in, gave us some tips on the local area and offered to make a reservation at the Brewers Fayre. The room was spotlessly clean, warm and inviting with everything we needed, and most importantly a comfy bed! It is so refreshing to get such great customer service!

We ate here two nights in a row on a recent trip. Both evenings the staff were extremely friendly and the food was excellent also. One downside is that they do not have an area for baby changing, although I was able to use a quieter room. They did however have a high chair available and were very accommodating otherwise. Worth a visit!

It was a great atmosphere with the front of house team making you so welcome - Easter Sunday. We shared a bruschetta to start with which was well presented, lovely tomatoes. We had a lamb roast and beef roast dinner - which was cooked lovely and full of flavour. My wife liked the parsnip and onion accompiament, I loved the beetroot - but too me the best of all was the roast potatoes. Very generous portion of lovely food. Thanks I would hight recommend
