Only used this place for parking as there was a match on. Looks in need of a good clear up on the outside.looks neglected

Good value, usual standard from premier inn

Liked: comfy bed, clean room Needs improvement: fan in room wasn't working properly, when you turned to max it cut out. Bathroom was a bit tired. Unacceptable: ordered evening meal, 1 hour later no food. When asked, the lady hadn't put the order through the till so nothing coming, cancelled the meal and went to bed. There were a lot of people waiting as long as me, and the only table I saw get their order eventually had items missing off the meal. Staff were apologetic, not rude but when travelling for business you just want something quick to eat and to get to bed.

I want to extend a huge thank you to everyone at Premier Inn for the amazing customer service from start to finish. From the moment I checked in with my family last Sunday, I felt well taken care of. I was particularly touched by the cute graduation gift left in my room—such a thoughtful gesture, which I truly appreciate. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone. Your exceptional hospitality made my stay incredibly memorable.

Finding the hotel was easy and so was checking in. We'll set up lovely room very clean. Great shower and facilties. A very good price and plenty of parking. When traveling its a good spot, can recomend I stayed 2 nights to go and see the Dale's. This is only a stop over not nr shops etc.

Our second time here and another wonderful stay. From the moment you walk in, staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy and have everything you need. Any issues soon seen to. Big thank you to Daniel on reception who quickly resolved an issue with the TV and was extremely polite and helpful. The food was delicious and great prices. Well done to the chefs.Definitely stay again.

Rooms really need a revamp now. Bar ran out of Gunness for over a week and it was only cans Coffee mashine broke down twice this week too
