Chickitos in Derby

Their staff is bad their pizza sucks and their pizza had hair in it . U can see in the attached picture

Food was nice and tasty, the seating is good, parking is small and you may have to park on a side street if there is no onside parking

Was waiting for an hour and a half for food i rang up 3 times Finally received my food The receipt attached to my food bag said delivery ASAP 7.30 And got it stone cold at 8.55 As a regular user I’m disappointed in their delivery service as I usually collect

Good atmosphere, tasty and great variety of food (Indian, Italian, Mexican) to enjoy in a ranch style restaurant. The pizza, chicken wings with a variety of sauces, beef/lamb/chicken wraps with fries and plenty of sides (my favorite was the grilled corn) made for a good experience with family and friends. It’s in a good location in Derby.

10/10 Philly cheese steak burger easily one of the best burgers I've had

For chicken parmesan and pizza this is my go to place. Service is a bit slow with staff confused at busy times. Although when it's quite the food takes quite long but good thing is it's worth the wait. Would recommend

Fantastic pizza fits exactly to the frame is the box. The pizza is always deep pan, plenty of different variations to choose from. We go every week, arguably one of the best pizza's around. Never regret going for the biggest size and sharing it with family.

Great Customer service and food

Food is great, took over 2 hours from ordering to be delivered, phoned once and got told will be 20 mins, phones 25 mins later and another guy said it hadn’t left yet and would be 20 mins, phones 25 mins later again to be told 5 mins

By far the best takeaway I have had in years the butterfly chicken -was cooked to perfection BBQ chicken -cooked to perfection Chicken tender -cooked to perfection Garlic mushroom -mouthwater Fries soft and crispy amazing Rice -amazing different taste in the rice Kids loved the chicken tender and fries Delivery on time food was still hot portion sizes great me and my partner shared the butterfly chicken (large chicken) Definitely recommend

Ordered online a few times now and it's always been top notch. I can't comment for the dining in experience but takeout has been superb It's delviered within the hour most of the time and living 3/4 miles distance, that is quite impressive. Food is always piping hot, I espically like the burgers. I've had the pizza's a couple of times now and whilst they do taste good, sometimes they feel a bit dry and could do with a bit more sauce on it Overall Chickitos is a safe bet and the food is always top quality

Am very happy with this takeaway staff polite one little error made which was quickly corrected.

Parking is available but is limited it’s a first come first serve basis there is cctv that covering the parking space outside which is a bonus . The food it self was a little bland and prices are a little expense for what you get Cleanliness could be better the bathroom extractor fan is full of dust and has live electrical wires exposed

Love their pizza and peri peri chicken wings. Normally, I order and collect my food from them. But we ate in last night with our friends. Food was tasty as always and the lady served us was so friendly and understanding. Next time, I’ll try something different.

Tried Chickitos for the first time after my son recommended them. The pizzas I ordered were very nice. Slightly more expensive than other locations but well worth the price. Really enjoyed the food. Highly recommended.

I ordered the garlic pizza and chicken peri pizza which was cooked very nicely, loved the square pizza ideas. I dont normally like crusts but this crust was decent. Peri chips were crunchy and tasty. I'm looking forward to having some more pizzas

It was really nice although i paid at the restaurant but when the delivery guy brought the food he tried to charge me again which i thought was rather cheeky the food was really nice thou and worrh every penny much recommended

Poor quality cold and waste of money

Well overdue delivery said 45mins & arrived 1hr 20mins , asked the driver why the delay & replied delivered others before coming to you & the staff at the takeaway said he’s leaving now @8pm , pizzas were nearly warm to say the least & tasteless . Another one to lose my custom

The pizzas were disgusting!! First time ordering these pizzas and it will be the last. The pizzas were too salty. We rang the restaurant back and let’s just say the customer service was very poor, please employ someone who knows how to talk and deal with their customers. Definitely greedy for money and not valuing their customers. Please save your money and time. NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered food by calling them today, great customer service very friendly and helpful. The delivery was on time and was kind and considerate. The presentation of the food and the packaging was excellent, the food was nice and warm. The peri peri chicken wow it was out of this world, on a par with, if not better than Nando’s. The Peri peri chips were lovely and the pizza was very tasty and nice. The menu is very extensive so I will be back very soon!

I have been a good paying customer for a while the food is good but the service is very poor and then wrong food was being delivered. I tried to complain but the staff didnt seem to care..wont be ordering again.

Absolutely AWFUL customer service experience! We are actually appalled by the service we have received. We ordered a large food order at around 10.10pm (22/07) and were told that it would be delivered in 30-40 minutes, an hour later the food still hadn’t arrived so I called the restaurant and was told that they have been really busy but the order has left and should be with us soon the young lady on the phone told me to call back if it hadn’t arrived in the next 10 minutes. Another 10 minutes passed by and no food had been delivered so we called again and I’m now being told that they have checked with the driver and the food has been delivered to us we explained that the food has not been delivered and at this point they were confused and then said oh sorry we were looking at the wrong order, when they figured out the correct order now still they’re continuing to tell us that it’s been delivered, then they are saying they Will remake and deliver (the phone had now been passed over to the ‘boss’) which will take a further 30 minutes, at this point when we asked for the price to be partially reduced due to the situation this individual was arguing back and forth telling us that it ‘works both ways’ (whatever that means) when the order hadn’t been delivered and again claiming that they had delivered to us. We explained we have been waiting at the front of the house for the order, ‘the boss’ started sniggering and laughing saying oh yes sure you were. We actually have an unwell individual in the house who we didn’t want to be woken by a doorbell so we were waiting at the front of the house. This guy’s behaviour was so disgusting we told them to forget the food, I told him that the customer service is awful and he hung up on me. We are 2 families that have ordered from here regularly and enjoyed the food, never again will we order from here purely due to this experience- I’m sure this place will get really far by disrespecting their customers.

Ordered the sizzler pizza, it was excellent really loved the square shape and the flavour was amazing. Took a little longer then expected to make but it was well worth it in at the end

Amazing dinner !! Great value and even gave me an egg I requested that they had taken off the menu. Would highly recommend the burgers and wings !! Bang for you buck

Best quality of the food and customer service

Ordered food at 8pm(25/06/21) arrived at 10:30pm after 2 phone calls asking where it is at 1hr/2hr intervals, they refused to offer a partial refund when I asked at the 2 hour mark. Young lad arrives with the food with windows down blasting music as loud as it goes, left it playing while I came out to get the food the whole time too, 0 apology, food was good

Foods great but their delivery range is shocking, we live 3.7 miles away and apparently its too far, we are just up the road from the lodge Alvaston and frankly I find that's shocking

Wouldn't order from these again. Ordered a double cheese burger and it was raw! The cow was still alive thats how raw it was! How hard is it to cook a burger and make sure its cooked properly? Ive posted a photo too for people to see! I'm also 7 months pregnant good job I noticed before I ate anymore. You guys should be ashamed of yourself

I always order food from this place especially the pizzas. I have never had a problem so far. Thus, I strongly encourage people to try a pizza from this place is unique in aspects to other competitors.

Amazing!!! So much better than Nandos and the value for money in comparison? Out of this world!!!! That mango chicken? To die for!!! Arrival time, always within time stated and nothing sweaty or softened! So so good, don't ever go to Nandos again! Jesus christ this place is good!!!!

Food tastes OK, chicken a little bit chewy. I ordered 2 items that came with a drink and I wasn't given any drinks on delivery which I was a bit annoyed about. Also ordered "cookie dough" which is stated on desserts and was given cookie dough ice cream so bit of false advertisement and don't like ice cream so a waste of money really

I’ve had a great experience with the calzones, loaded fries and chicken strips from here before but tonight I decided to try a pizza from yourselves again which is the second time now and it’s awful to say but your pizzas are just really not up to scratch ,. They are chewy and very flavourless

We have order about 4 or 5 times now and loved it every time. They have almost everything for everyone. My daughters say its the best burgers in town and my son loves their pizza where as me and the wife loves the varieties of wing and the king prawn sizzler kebab but the chips and cheese is to die for and by far our favourite thing on the menu 😋. Although the website need updating as it state 30minutes for delivery but is actually an hour which isnt bad timing however not when you're expecting half that time but the quality of the food makes up for it and it was piping hot so cant complain too much 🤷‍♂️
