Placed an order on uber eats which was accepted and then, after waiting an hour and half i tried to ring them to see where my order is, no answer and no update still waiting and it says they are closed now so they have completely messed us about

Worst experience of my life. I first ordered my food expecting it to arrive within the time it gave. Turns out, it was in fact NEVER going to arrive. We contacted everywhere trying to receive our order but they all said it was given to reception. They were clearly lying as the reception said they don’t accept any delivers and how no one had delivered to them in the past couple of days. Not to mention, the delivery man was very rude as he didn’t even care and just hung up whilst I was talking. He had ZERO manners and didn’t even answer my message I gave. Don’t deliver from here if you don’t want the same experience. Waste of my money AND time.

Nice little place to grab some food after taraweeh prayer. I had some fries and a kinder Bueno milkshake. My husband had an Oreo cookie dough. The food was tasty.

I ordered three mixed kebabs from this place, and I was seriously impressed! The portion sizes were huge, and the price was very reasonable. The food was fresh, well-cooked, and full of flavor. Definitely one of the best value-for-money meals I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food at a great price

Doner meat missing in mix tikka and doner kebab

The food was diabolical missing chips there was yellow stuff around my chicken the food was not edible we had to throw it away and now cooking a pizza in oven waste of money very expensive to worst quality of food I’ve ever tried

Fantastic large loaded fries. Big portion & a ton of different flavours. Service was good, could've been a tad faster but I understood why it took some time after it arrived. Would recommend.

Doner meat looks boiled never seen such pale meat and has a funky dog chew smell which has also left the chips stinking Wings didnt say spicy so they've blown the kids heads off 🤣🙄 honestly 30 pound down the drain not happy

It's OK, 3 mix kebab small for the price I've had a lot bigger for cheaper. It tasted good though. Large cheesey chips definitely not worth 4.50. The chips were soggy and pretty much no cheese.

Great pizzas and they always add something on for your order. I'm new to Derby and this is the best pizza shop ive found so far

After a night at the pub I got home and ordered a margarita pizza and chicken strips, quite bland for some of you but it’s what I like. What I actually received was a burnt crust pizza (and I do mean black) with chicken and sweetcorn amongst other things with a spicy kick to it and a box of sticky chicken wings which were also spicy. And neither were nice. I had 2 slices of pizza and the rest went into the bin.

As always just absolutely amazing food lovely and warm 10/10 would give 6 star ratings if I could

Food was dry, overcooked, lettuce was wilted, chips were dry and tasteless, chicken bites were cemented to the tub, pizza was tasteless and cold and we waited over an hour a half for this. Won't be ordering again.

I ordered apple pie with hot custard which foodyz is charging £4.79 for. Pie was still frozen inside. Very disappointed.

Would not recommend ordering from this place. Both my partner and I had ordered milkshakes and BOTH drinks had plastic wrappers in them as well as a large bit of paper. When reporting this (with evidence to just eat) we have been refused a refund. Not only is this disappointing in how they have treated their customers but also disgusting in finding plastic and paper in the drinks.

really unhappy with some of the order had a mixed kebab didn't taste very nice the donner kebab had a soft consistency and chicken had a funny twang to it didn't want to risk getting poorly so barely touched it didn't feel very hungry once I tasted it. kids had pizza and chicken burger they ate it but said it wasn't the best

As always this is the most amazing food I have ever tasted it’s always so amazing and the chefs and drivers are so kind and thoughtful for there customers I would recommend to anyone 5 stars

So I ordered pizza and the dough was old very hard, loaded fries never ate more disgusting than this, the cheese was cheap not melted sour sauce cold fries I threw it out chicken burger came with one tiny piece of lettuce I can’t believed that. Never order again. 🤮🤮🤮 you need to give quality food for the customers for that price that’s the problem why you have always empty your takeaway!

My chicken fillet bigger consisted of 3 thin and dry and tangy chicken strips and a singular slice of cheese. The bun was sweet and tasted like dirty grease. when i told them my burger was dry she started arguing with me and said that she asked me what i wanted in my burger. however she has all the descriptions of the burger and i don’t believe it is my job to tell them what to add in my burger. my mum ordered the chicken sizzler however it tasted like sweet and sour chicken on chips and it was extremely hot. wish i could give this place 0 stars. DO NOT GO HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I’m not sure the burger party was thin enough to qualify as a smash party but regardless of that it was a very tasty burger. For me the star of the show was the fries. They were tasty and perfectly cooked. I’ll by using foodyz again for definite .

Due to the reviews I was hesitant to order from here, but the food was lovely! Delivery was on time, the food was nice and warm. Since moving to Derby I’ve struggled to find a place that does tasty pizzas and donner meat, but I have now my go to take away because their food was delicious! I also written specific instructions about the food and they followed them perfectly, showing they took care with my order, highly recommend.
