Premier Inn Crewe (Nantwich) hotel in Cheshire East

Amazing stay. The man on reception who checked us in was very attentive and told us the best place to go for food and drinks. Cleanliness of room was spot on.

Always stay at Premer inn Crewe Rd Nantwich. Always had a comfortable stay until last night. No heating uncomfortable bed with lump in the middle. Got through the night waking constantly. Spoke to receptionist when checking out.

I checked in for 1 night, I was upstairs I notice the carpet going up hadnt been cleaned, the room was good but cold the heater kept turning off I didnt get much sleep, in the morning I ran a bath and the water wasnt warm enough, Im so disapointed, I did report it on check out but didnt get much of a responce but I was asked if I had turned the heater on of course I had.

Ideal for what we wanted the accessible room was awesome for an older person but the room I was given was looking a little sorry for itself. Pub next door though is ideal for evening meals.

Was not best pleased, I did attempt to speak to staff but none were about. We were in room 25, located on ground floor. It was extremely noisy all 3 nights, there were people running around upstairs, banging and crashing. Each morning there was banging and crashing early on by staff, going in and out of a fire exit outside our window with big crates. There were black hairs in the bath and stuck on the shower head. Our mugs were dirty and there were no spoons. The room was just absolutely boiling hot each night, no matter what we did, opened window and turned on fan, it didn't help. I did see the signs to ask reception for a sheet, but this would have been no good. Needs sorting. When we arrived in room, we discovered duct tap over smoke alarm and tv standby button. This must have been previous person in room and should have been picked up by staff.

Meals only available at local pub The Peacock

The rooms were really well presented, blows travelodge out the water.... Being a 1min walk from a very nice pub (The Peacock) only increases the appeal.

No working WiFi. Combined with poor phone reception. And it's advertised prominently as having it. No good for the business trip I just had.

My room smelled a bit fusty. But staff were really nice

Two wonderful nights there. Excellent rooms and staff so helpful. Room for disabled husband was perfect. Would recommend it to anyone.

Clean room, welcoming receptionists, no breakfasts on site

We checked in with a super smiley friendly receptionist, Caroline We did discover the tv wasn’t working and wasn’t overly put out by this however Caroline was on it. Moved us to another room immediately I think i heard her say she was covering so whichever PI has her.. lucky you! Brilliant 🤩

Great hotel, clean as usual and the staff very nice and helpfull. The resterant located next door was excellent. Great staff and excellent service. The food was great. Would eat here again.

Hotel was fine room pleasant but don't bother if you are travelling with work and have a food allowance as there is no restaurant, just a pub next door which doesn't recognise company allowances. Also no breakfast other than extra payment again at the pub next door. Location good just a few miles into Crewe. Plenty of free parking. All ok apart from no food

A nice place to stay for a short break.
