Caffè Nero in Cheshire East

Blonde server today, think she’s the manager, made the worst coffee ever. Burnt the milk. So hit not even able to pick up the cup. Queue was out the door and didn’t have time to ask to change it. Dreadful

My favourite place to stop of for a coffee stop whilst out cycling.

Nice comfortable place to eat and drink.

For me it’s on the right side of town with a short walk to Tatton Park. Staff are always Very pleasant. My drink is always made to my liking. Can get a little busy at times 27/07/24

I work remotely and visit Knutsford Caffe Nero a few times a week. The girl's, Charlotte, Evie, Cheryl, and the rest of the team are friendly and fun. They remember regular customer's names, make everyone feel welcome, are patient, and considerate. There's a wide selection hot and cold drinks to choose from, sandwiches, and cakes. Judging by the number of regulars I recognise, and how busy the shop is, this is likely the most popular coffee shop in Knutsford.

Toilets and furniture really dirty. Pointless uncomfortable upholstery, but stuff that can be wiped. One toilet for the whole place, always busy and always in need of a clean. Staff are nice.

Went to the one in Knutsford. Staff really friendly. Cafe very comfortable ( we sat looking out of the window) Coffee exceptional. Well done Café Nero keep up the good work 👍👍👍👍

Cafe nero products and coffee the best

My hubby and I are regulars here and Cheryl and the team are excellent ambassadors for the brand. They are always welcoming regardless of how busy the place is. Run an efficient shop and make an excellent coffee every time. A real asset to Knutsford. Long may they remain, see ya later girls you rock!

Was really busy today but staff were good and apologised to customers and moved things as quickly as they could. Good coffee.

Local coffee shop near me so I pop in for a good americano every now and then. Really helpful staff and a good cup of coffee. Would recommend if your in the area.

Food was ok compared to Costa food. Service was great and the cafe gives a warm and cosy feeling. Would I go back again, hmmm I don't know.

Nicely situated (for me anyway) with comfortable seats and pleasantly decorated. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful - and yes! A great cup of coffee. Some very tasty bites to eat as well. Still as good as it was

Great coffee but not hot enough

Always enjoy coming in here. Staff are so friendly and cheerful and get through queues at fast pace still smiling! They know their customers well. It’s also a very dog friendly place. Cafe is kept clean and it’s well organised. Coffee is great! Only negative for me is the number of people using it as an office with laptops for hours at a time (with one empty coffee cup on the table…) which can mean you can’t find seating. This really needs addressing.

Lots of issues here. The layout of the place makes sure that you are sitting next to the queue which was nearly at the door. Coffees were served in takeway cups. That's just unacceptable. Told not enough staff. So many tablea with dirty cups and plates meant I had to clear tables myself whilst waiting over 10 mins in queue. So I'm in fact working for you now Nero. An employee turned up at some point trying to look busy. I came out 25 miles for this? I would like a response from Nero as 7 pounds for this experience is little short of terrible. You get 1 star as I can't put zero stars on the review. Visited 26th December around 1145am .

Ordered a large americano (19th Dec) and asked if I want it smooth or strong. I said whatever the regular is. Cheeky sods charged me an extra 30p for coffee beans I don’t like.

It was a nice and friendly environment. I like Brazilian coffee more than house one.

Very poor service and insulting attitude from the barista, commenting on the appearance of friend in a ride manor.

Very understaffed although staff very pleasant and competent. It was busy so the understaffing meant that tables could not be cleared quickly.

Great place to meet up with freinds or to sit down for 5 minutes to relieve the daily stress. Great staff and good coffee. It's also a great place tk watch Knutsfordians going about their business with great views of Canute Square .😉

Nice location, views and staff but has alot of dogs in quite a small venue so odour and hairs permeate. Unfortunately there is no safe outside seating area for them.

Very nice atmosphere decent coffee decent ambience

The place itself is clean and looks comfortable however the service is terrible! I went in today for a lemonade and a latte but I had been stood waiting for over 15 minutes before even being served. During this 15 minutes, one member of staff was taking and making the orders while another appeared to be doing nothing except making herself look busy. I have only been into Caffè Nero three times but each time there seems to be one member of staff doing everything while the one or two others are stood around doing nothing or doing empty tasks. Yes, it was quite busy however a queue of three orders before me should not have taken 15 minutes.

Such a shame the coffee takeway I have had numerous times, comes 1/2 full. Its like ordering an expresso and 1/2 a cup of froth.

Lovely coffee! A little bit noisy couldn't hear over the music at times, staff were excellent.

We went to Caffe Nero's yesterday we were very pleased served promptly very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Enjoyed a great breakfast at Cafe Nero Knutsford. Nicely laid out inside too create a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere

Really nice location and decor, staff nice and welcoming. Slight mistake made with my order but Carla (manager I think) came to replace it, apologised sincerely, and brought a complimentary cake over. Very nice customer service :)
