Had the most amazing breakfast ,we love eating at premier inn for breakfast but this was the best breakfast cooked to perfection that we have eaten at a premier Inn. The service was above and beyond too. Thank you Natalie and Monika.

Easy to find straight off a main road. Not much going on nearby but there is a Millar and Carter next door which was welcome as there is no restaurant attached to this particular Inn. There is a nice little breakfast room downstairs with the exact same food which is freshly prepared for you on request. Rooms clean, staff friendly, very quiet and safe feel to it.

I needed a room for a couple of days, this was perfect, couldn't believe how quiet it was, bed was so comfy I slept like a log. Staff where friendly and the steakhouse next door was brilliant.

I paid £160 for one night, travelling for business. Great location and saved by the fact there is a good steak restaurant next door and a BP garage for snacks across the road. The hotel was clean and quiet. Plenty of car parking around the front and back. The hotel doesn’t entice you to stay, even though there is a restaurant on site, I didn’t see one person seated or eating. My room (114) was okay. Very odd shaped bathroom and cubicle shower. It was a little grotty and could do with a scrub.

The team here are fantastic. I’ve been a frequent user of this hotel for many weekends as well as having stayed here for a prolong amount of time (this being 3 months) and everyone here has always made me feel welcomed. The rooms are kept clean consistently, the reception team and whole overall team always make me feel well looked after. This place has a wonderful group! Well done everyone for keeping it well looked after!. A big thank you to: Natalie, Adel, Emily, Alfie, Mike, Dylan, Ola, Clare, Mohsin and Ana for always making me feel welcomed.

Excellent stay, coukdnt fault anything! Excellent staff, nothing was too trouble, I was here for a funeral and apprecited all the assistance I had. Breakfast was amazing all freshly cooked and everything was so tasty. Thanks to Natalie, Anna and Monica .. Will definitely stay here again wxcellent service.

Stayed at this hotel at Easter for 3 days where we received a warm and friendly welcome by all the staff. Our accessible room was ideal being clean, comfortable and close to the reception area. A real treat was breakfast being freshly prepared and brought to the table. All in all a lovely stay and we will be back😀.

I would not stay here again I visit Coventry a lot and have stayed in all the premier ins. This is the first time in this one. And the last time room 206 is right above the main entrance when the electric doors keep opening you hear them bang also the bath room very small to all the other in Coventry. The ceiling in the bathroom is all peeling and coming down The floor in there was absolutely disgusting The shower had mould To top it off every time, the electric heater kicks in it beeps And this is supposed to be a triple room for a family, but just below the electric heater. There is Bear why are you showing Just been down to reception, and was told there was no managers on or cleaners to come back down in the morning I will never book this one again so if you planning a visit avoid room 206

Paid £179 management had no idea what they was doing couldn't handle the correct proof of booking and payment..... which was shown from confirmation screen ....still left us stranded in rain....on valentines night.....terrible company I'm taking this higher....I will sue them

I rang up 20 min. Before they close, I wonderd if they would still deliver they said yes no problem. I’ve never used these before but tbh they were the only place open… well it won’t be my last! Food was delivered in 20 mins, all hot and very very tasteful! I had beef curry chips and a chicken fried rice… chicken fried rice was properly fried and no boiled chicken lol and beef curry few bits beef a little chewy but mostly absolutely delicious!!! Will definitely use these again!

This Premier Inn is way way over due for a refurbished. The rooms are very tiered to say the least. It even still has small televisions the size of a laptop computer. This is not acceptable in this day and age. They are still charging full price. I emailed the day before I was due to check in to say that the restaurant next door was closed. On arrival it was clear to see that it has been closed for months. No doubt a victim of the resent restaurant sell off.

Ordered a lamb tikka curry after enquiring if it had yogurt in it, and was given a lamb jalfrezi. on delivering the food, boss was extremely rude and and said i ordered a lamb jalfrezi. when 11 people on the table heard me change the order after realising the tikka curry didnt have yougurt. Then ordered a rubicon mango and he laughed saying iv found it too hot 👀 the drink never turned up so had to again ask a differnt waiter. then asked for the bill and was over charged by £25. prior to paying another waiter dismissed the claim by indictating they had been running the business for 25 years while the boss was recalculating the real bill. was then refunded. but owner has no people skills and lamb it stale and very tough. no recommended 🥴
