Sandwich’s are abysmal filling is only put along the edge to make them look filling baguettes to tough to bite sausage rolls and pasties had a sugary or icing taste to them. Need to change the name as most items on the manu and sandwiches are more than a pound rather go to greggs for that few extra pence foods better quality

I usually come here when travelling through the Swan, I get cheese on toast or cheese and onion pasties which are two for a pound. You can't beat the prices.

We have tried a few Pound Bakeries and the pies and cakes are all the same good quality . My favourite is definitely the Apple pie followed closely by the blackcurrant pies. The cheese pasties and steak pies are lovely too.

Called in to buy two veggie sausage rolls for a pound, great value and very tasty. They are quite large so you are getting a genuine bargain. Took them home for tea and had chips and beans with them. Delish.

I used to go out of my way to pick up one of your salt and pepper sandwiches /subs /wraps since having an excellent sandwich at a university event where you covered for our usual supplier. Last sub I bought, I threw most away. Stale tasting, too large dry bread, with not enough filling, which also seemed poorer quality than before. My local store has changed to a different brand. It's clear from the reviews your customers aren't happy. And if they're savvy like my local store, you'll be losing lots of business.

I used to like this place, but just had a baguette, it wasn't crispy like normal, it was soggy and very cold, just about eatable, I asked at the counter "do you freeze them?" She said yes, that explains why it was soggy and very cold. It'll be my last visit.
