I used to get take out a lot and would not go to other pizza places. This evening the food was late the chicken wings very greasy and the pizza thicker than usual with edges burnt. It was warm not hot! Disappointing. Not as I remembered it!

As always amazing food. The pizzas were so tasty and most importantly fresh. Delivery arrived just before estimated time which was a nice surprise.

This was amazing, The workers are amazing and so was the pizza but the opening times and closing times are horrendous for people wanting a quick pizza at launch also it temporarily closes to often and i have to eat something else even though we already drove there past the shops to buy something else. If they make more buildings and try to listen to the reviews this could be on deliveroo and also competing with pizza hut and dominos.

Fantastic pizza friendly service

One of the worst pizzas I've had in my life. There is nothing about this pizza or place that is authentic Italian, it tastes pre-cooked and the bread is awful and no better than a supermarket £3 version. There is no brick oven in sight, or any oven you can see inside the place. The owners are not Italian, yet display the flag. All a con and I don't know how this place exists.

Absolutely delicious! Can’t believe I’ve lived down the road for five years and didn’t know it existed. Very accommodating in changing sauces and in dietary requirements. Our new pizza and pasta local. Goats cheese Bruschetta is amazing!

Great food, superb service. The owners are such nice people, always friendly and welcoming! They smoke their own meat and always go the extra mile to prepare delicious food.

Absolutely delicious pizzas but they need to allow for equivalent substitutions on their standard pizza without charge and facilitate us giving tips to the drivers upon order / delivery on the card - who carries cash these days? I'll only order from them again once I've had confirmation of these changes.

Pizza itself was really tasty and price was good , the fudge cake was ok , but 1 problem i has was that the pizza wasnt cut but luckily i had the pizza at home and sliced it myself, it would of been a 5 star if they sliced the pizza.

Just had our first Porcini experience. So glad we didn’t just do dominos like we normally do! Amazing pizza, piping hot even after driving home for 15 mins. Tasted superb. What a find! Will be back!

It's just so good! You know if you've had a really good wood fired pizza what you're getting from this fantastic place, really friendly staff are honest about delivery times and collection times when you call up too. Best pizza in the area 👍

Great pizza and a friendly team. Always better if you can collect from small places like this as their small team of drivers are rushed off their feet.

I love their service, their food and the cheerful way to treat their customers. I live around the corner from them and I can see how they come early in the morning to smoke their own meat and is something that I appreciate instead of buying something processed because save them “time and money”. I highly recommend their pastas, they are delicious. Awesome take away!!!!.

I feel bad not giving a 5 star, because the pizza was great and good value compared to American style pizza chains. I will definitely order again, however they delivered the tiramisu frozen. The driver handed to me and said you'll need to wait a couple of hours for it to defrost. LOL, how ridiculous. Why don't you have a couple in the fridge defrosted? And why would you not call me to say it is frozen and offer something else instead.

Ordered 12 pizzas for a children birthday party. The order arrived at the exact time. Children loved the taste of Italian pizzas and grown ups enjoyed them as well ( as the slice were quite generous). Strongly recommend this place especially to mums who are organising birthday parties at the Little Street ( as I did) in West Byfleet.

We ordered four pizzas last night for home delivery and was told it would be 1 hour, exactly 1 hour later our pizzas arrived, excellent they where too. Good service and Great Pizzas. Thank you.

Superb Food! Tasty and authentic ! The pizza is not like your fast food junk pizza it’s quality and value for money.... Been using this place for a few years and it’s always hot and delicious 🍕🥗 = 👌 You will not be disappointed. Reading comments it was warm and sloppy well simple get up jump in the car get it your self drive home quick or eat it in the car and your sorted 👍

What a shame! Have always picked up but had to get delivery this time. Never mind having to wait 1h15 for the pizza, when we started to tuck in, it just wasn’t good enough. It’s normally crisp and hot and this was lukewarm and very soft, like it had spent a bit too long in transit. Whilst I appreciate they can’t do a direct drop off to every customer, we should expect it to be as good as when we collect it ourselves. Unfortunately the manager decided not to believe me. He was happy enough to send a driver to collect the now even colder and softer pizza, but not to send two hot pizzas with it. He suggested that being refunded the full amount and eating the frankly horrible pizza was good enough and not to call back. Enough said. Shame as they were quickly becoming one of my favorite pizza places. My advice, collect it yourself or don’t bother at all.

Favourite pizza around the area, better tasting than the big brands and no more expensive either. Great starters, nice smoked pizza and tried various toppings. Four cheese is very nice and satisfied my cheese craving! Happy to support local business and have no reason to change supplier yet

Ordered a delivery and it was cold and had hairs in the pizza. Really wanted it to be good so I could support a local business. - After calling they were very nice and gave a refund.

this was the worst Italian I have ever had, it was tasteless, mushrooms had funny taste .breaded items were soggy some of the lettuce was brown. Piizza was awful, never again most of it went in the bin. also following day i had a funny tummy cant confirm this was this food but wont be taking the risk again

Really great wood fired pizza. Only ever had take away - bit it's consistently good. A real, authentic pizza rather than the heavier, greasier style pizzas most other delivery services serve.

Possibly the best take away around! WOW the food is such great quality. Service is fast from friendly staff. No more expensive than the competition but so much fresher. No stodge in sight.

Only have ordered pizza from this place, and it's been pretty good. Usually wood-fired pizza (what this place is) has a very crispy crust, and I'm sad to say that I've yet to get a nice crispy pizza from them. The taste is great, they use quality ingredients, but it just needs that nice crisp crust to take it to a 5 star review. They are a delivery-only establishment, so I won't be able to have one at the restaurant if the delivery is why they're losing their crispiness. The Siciliana is my favorite pizza (helooooooo garlic!) followed by the Regina. Prices are really quite reasonable. Delivery drivers are always nice. They also serve pasta and other italian dishes, haven't tried those yet, but I'm planning to. I think this place would be really successful with a dining room.
