Great food as always. Our regular cafe we visit in town and never let down by the food and service!

Popped in on the way home from Tunbridge Wells. For supper. Lovely restaurant in a great location. Staff were great and food was really good.. now visited 28 of the 34 Poppins restaurants. Xx.

Amazing food very friendly staff always clean and tidy i use them for a long time

We've gotten to know the staff well as we visit every time I go to my mums house. Its a nice cafe with loads of seats and very good priced quality food. I'm not a vegetarian but I always pick the Vege breakfast because its delecious. I have had other set breakfasts in the past and they're all good but the Vege breakfast is just right for me.

It can look a little dark from outside, but you'll get prompt service, and freshly made meals. Great for a breakfast, other meals look good too

Friendly and helpful excellent service. Have the same level of service even when full of customers. Have used East Grinstead for over two years and have always been extremely good.

I will admit I come here a lot. The key word to describe Poppins is consistent, the quality and service has been the same for years and it is always good. It is a great cafe and the staff are friendly.

What ever you do, don't order on Uber they add up 100% (Maxigrill) on some of the prices, it's a rip off. The quality of meat here is very much Wimpy std-very cheap, not great won't be rushing back and certainly wont be ordering on Uber Eats not with all their other charges on top!

Good reasonably priced food in a pleasant atmosphere. Extensive menu of traditional British foods from breakfast to steak & chips plus kids menu and puddings. Staff are so pleasant and inviting plus its a great place to people watch

Would give zero if possible. Did an online order of which some was missing. Called to explain and the chap on the phone was extremely rude and in the end hung up on me!!! Disgusting service.

Me and my son rarely get to go out for a meal as we both have support dogs (I am disabled and my son is Autistic) neither of us go anywhere without our support dogs for a number of reasons. The staff at Poppins welcomed us and were so lovely. They made it possible for me to actually take both my kids out for a treat and for this I simply cannot praise them or thank them enough

Had a lovely lunch here today. Four adults two teenagers. Wonderful omelets so well cooked. Very clean. Staff really friendly and great service. Will definitely go back.

We always receive a warm welcome. We have an all day breakfast, which is well cooked and presented. We love a Poppins Breakfast when we are in EG.

Best breakfast in a long time! Our food came within ten minutes of ordering and was all piping hot and perfectly cooked. Perfect eggs!!! The staff here are unbelievable friendly and accommodating - I live in Caterham but would happily travel here for breakfast in future. Very reasonable too

I have visited the Poppins restaurants in Camberley,Farnborough and the latest being East Grinstead, I highly rate all Poppins restaurants, the staff are professional, polite and welcoming, the food is better and more reasonably priced than most mainstream restaurants, you can even get steak for breakfast!

My sandwich I wasnt thrilled with my husband enjoyed his breakfast.

Great for me, but my those with allergies may suffer. Probably need to develop more of an offering for those with food I tolerances, but otherwise a form favourite.

Too much water in the tea pot so the Tea if you can all it that was like dish water such a shame it spoilt an otherwise nice morning out.

I bought my disabled students here, the main waitor (who I assume was the owner) was very accomadating to their needs, and generally very willing to help. It was no problem for him. We will be back for sure!

The only place I will go for an excellent cup of cappuccino & something to eat. Absolute value for money. Poppins cannot be matched or beaten on price, quality of food & service. Such a great atmosphere, the staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. Everything is perfect 10/10 Kudos to the fabulous staff at Poppins, East Grinstead ... They are simply the Best!

Went there during the Christmas markets, lots of people having lunch, I've got served fast and food wasn't raw or overcooked, right prices.

Average food in a town café with above average price. 1 tea 1 Latte 1 omelette and a round of toast £10.50!
