Popeyes are scammers they said delivered but it has been delivered at all. They took my money without deliverying any food.

I really enjoy the food, but there’s been the time or two where I felt like the chicken wasn’t cooked properly.

The guy said that he had other deliveries ahead of me which is a thing a didnt know drivers can do...deliver food to other people before me, eventually the food gets cold!! It keeps happening from the same restaurant ALL THE TIME

Multiple occasions where my take away order has missing items causing inconvenience of having to travel back. Be careful when ordering take away here.

The spicy chicken tenders are absolutely delicious — perfectly crispy with just the right amount of heat. The portion size is generous too! This is hands down my favorite fried chicken spot. And you have to try the honey biscuit — it’s so tasty, I can never leave without getting one. Highly recommend!

The wrap I had was very tasty and the chips were excellent too. The quality is far better than other fast food outlets I've used whilst the price is just a bit more but I think it's worth it. Some people may not be pleased about paying extra for dips but I don't usually bother with them so it didn't make much difference to me. I cannot fault the prompt service. One drawback is that the music is far too loud (having background music would be preferable). Another disadvantage is having the toilets upstairs. This isn't helpful if you aren't fully mobile, like my partner, and have difficulty getting up and down stairs.

The chicken in the burger is heavily oiled, as if the oil in the fryer hasn't been changed for a long time, the food quality is poor

Really great quality chicken and it was all very tasty. Food was delivered quite quickly as well so not much waiting around.

A lot of people may not like my review of this popular place, however I'm going to be honest and this is my opinion only. I have tried pretty much all items at this restaurant. Chicken pieces are pretty much completely tasteless and without any seasoning in my opinion. No salt or any other herbs. Compared to KFC, chicken pieces there are way tastier. Having said that, the chickens are always very crispy and juicy and hot which is good but if you are looking for flavor, this is not the place for you. Plus, when you order 3 or 6 pieces of chicken, be prepared to get at least 2 wings as per your 6 pieces chicken which is not really good! I should add that the chicken sandwiches here are very good and are tastier than chicken pieces and hot wings.

This is the luxurious clean version of KFC. Chicken is crispy and delicious. The Garlic Parm Saucin' Wings are highly recommended

Restaurants need to reconsider paying methods because once you've been charged often payment pending for the week or more before has been cleared and then few transactions come through obviously the customer can easily go in debit.

Place looks a bit cold and univinting. However, the chicken burguers are on a different level. I sincerely hope they can keep the quality levels up, because at those prices it will be hard to convince anyone to buy from there if the quality drops.

Ordered Uber Eats twice in one day, one for another person. first order gets mixed up and given to the uber driver and i get a different meal, second forgets both drinks completely. Don't know who they hired in the last few months, whats going on?

The restaurant closes at 12:30 not 1am. Everytime myself and my partner want to go in to get take away they close the franchise early it’s ridiculous don’t falsely advertise. Unfortunately it’s our local but I just don’t appreciate how they treat us when you are closing early on your own accord verse the closing times listed.

Tiny little savers menu as snack, but it was delicious. I wish they will let you have a small drink as well and it would have been perfect for me, I had to pay extra 2 pounds for regular soda. Ladies at the door were polite and smiled 🙂

Everything is very good but the question is the closed timing is 11 but when I went there at 12:30 staff said open till 12 and for delivery 3pd till 1 so please you guys mention there properly that store open till 1 for deliveries…

Friendly tasty fried chicken. Better than the rest.

I like their fried chicken, it's unlike the chicken anywhere else. Fries are great too. I LOVE the Louisiana hot sauce! There were a few occasions when the service wasn't at its best. But overall it's a lovely food outlet.
