Took the mixed kebab with rice and salad, well served, the meats are tasty. Way above some other kebab shop of the area. Highly recommend

Delicious food as usual is fresh and nice food I usually get a chicken wrap and some chicken wings 😋 is the best corner kebab in west london highly recommend and is only on my door step but unfortunately I’m gonna be moving but I will still come back and buy the food as is very good and fresh 👏👏👏so worth to come and get some even I will be living not close to them soon

Driver parked a mile away then rang us to come out. Couldn't speak or understand English so was alot of confusion. When we finally got food it was cold. Ordered a half pounder burger for £9 and it came very burnt and only had one tiny slice of cheese. Service was awful and food was worse

In our house it’s all about the Acton Grill Margs (margarita pizza). Generously cheesy and tasty, it’s a great value for take away. We haven’t tried other pizzas because once you find “the one” you don’t stray away. The chicken shawarma wraps and chips are fantastic - don’t get me wrong - but if you look inside yourself and maybe find something missing where something should be, perhaps walk down to the place where cheesy delights wait and get yourself an Acton Grill Margs (or two). 5 STAR!!

Excellent doner kebab as always. Freshly cooked and carved. Great portions. Open till late. Will be back yet again when I'm working in the area.

The staff are always friendly and always ready to cheer you up if you feel down also the food is on point.

Fabulous food, we ordered food last night. I had the chicken donner and my partner had the lamb donna. Food was fantastic, hot, well cooked, the bread was delicious, loads of meat, came in a box with rice and very fresh salad. Excellent homemade chilli sauce. Very reasonable prices. Best kebab in Acton by a mile.

I am looking for a kebab shop in Acton that has been in business since the 80s. My dad used to buy some lovely ribs from there when i was around 5 to 8 yearsof age. I never found the shop he used to go to, I definitely will never taste ribs like the ones he used to buy and feed me. If anyone knows what shop in Acton used to sell ribs and kebabs in 1983/4 onwards, please can you forward the name and if they still in business. Some one in their 50s or 60s must know.

Really enjoyed the food here! 🥰 Simple, small restaurant with affordable options. If you’re a chicken lover like myself, then you’ll probably enjoy the chicken shish. They cooked it fresh and it was a good portion size and value for money. (8.50 pounds) My partner got the mixed shish and had lamb and chicken with his rice. Flavour was good and meat was cooked well. Although the lamb was a little fatty. His meal was 12.50 pounds. The meal came with a complimentary bowl of fresh bread, which was soft and delicious. Would come again!

Amazing food. Friendly staff and clean place. Sitting area is reduced to accommodate additional products. Pizza is new addition and really good with competitive prices.

I'm from Germany, we know how a good doner wrap should taste. The one I had here at Acton Grill was one of the best three I ever had in the UK (in 15 years)!

Very good. Chicken shish for £8.50. Decent price. Decent flavour. Lots of chicken. Well cooked rice. Decent portion size. Also provided flatbread free of charge as well which was sufficiently soft to the bite.

I recently ordered two lamb kofta wraps from this place, and I must say it was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. The lamb kofta was not only cold but had a terrible, off-putting smell that made it inedible. The taste was absolutely dreadful—completely lacking in any flavor, as if the meat was old or improperly stored. The bread was stale and hard, making it impossible to enjoy the wrap. As for the salad, it was a joke—just a few pieces of onion thrown in with nothing else. There was no freshness, no variety, just bland, sad onions. This meal was a huge disappointment from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from here if you’re looking for quality food. Rubbish 💯👎

Good place to get food, clean and tasty

I can not recommend this place enough! I live in Chicago and was staying in London for a few days. This single handedly had to be the best Mediterranean food I have ever had in my life. My family and I could not stop eating from here! We got a good amount of their options and everything was incredible. We were even eating our leftovers for breakfast lol. I can’t say enough good things, we will definitely miss this place when we are back in Chicago!

Just had wrap yesterday. Seven quid for huge, tasty lamb wrap with a lot of meat and vegetables. Just thought isn't possible in London to get something like this for seven quid anymore

First time eating from here the customer service was great friendly staff I had the donner lamb wrap with salad great wrap for 4.99 the lamb taste delicious the salad was fresh and the chilli sauce was hot just how I like it will definitely buy from there again

The pizza is delicious and fresh, and hardly believable its at this price! The chicken shish is also extremely good. It’s not just a drunk kabob place but a great local eatery.

I was there for dinner around midnight on a public holiday when I was invited to visit by the lights. I ordered a single kebab wrap. It was reasonably priced, delicious, and filling. (There are large and regular, and although it was regular, the volume was amazing) The clerk was also very kind.

As my brother always buy from them I decided to order my self. I got one correct size and other size small from Uber Eats. I’m really disappointed with the customer service as they hanged up on the phone as I was explaining my situation. I’m never gonna be buying from this place again. It’s a shame that they lost a customer who tends to enjoy the food but from this experience I’m disappointed and upset

This is the best kebab in Acton! I always go for a lamb doner kebab with rice. Every time each ingredient is very fresh, salads, rice and meat! Sauces are very good too. Just excellent! And portions are decent too! Apart from food it’s worth to mention that staff is very kind and polite. They are always happy to give me my fav well down meat :) so tasty

The food was not delivered after 2 hours. When calling Acton Grill they would not help at all. The food was not delivered and they would not cancel the order and would not deliver the food. They said they would provide food the next day. They said that cancelling the order was out of their hands.

Firstly the called saying they had no meat roll so I replaced it with something else then once I received my meal I noticed the drinks was missing so I phoned then and they kept saying it’s not part of the deal when I clearly could see it was part of the deal on just eat

The food was delicious and Wellcoocked and i got delivery within 30min. Highly satisfied with the service.

Rather disappointed. Was trying this out as an alternative to my usual pizza place (though I did used to use HP regularly back in the day. Sadly my order was messed-up and instead of receiving 2 X-Large 15" pizzas, only got 2 12" pizzas.

I ordered the pizza, chips, and garlic bread. Pizza was filled with toppings and really good amount of cheese eventhough I hadn’t added extra toppings. The garlic bread was nice and crispy and the chips were Nando’s level good. Food was delivered on time and it was peak hour!! For the price, it was really worth it and I will definitely be ordering from here for pizza night :)

Really unhappy with the order. The pizza looks nothing like the image and was burnt and cold. The falafel was hard and dry and the hummus had no taste at all. The salad was dry no lemon or salt or anything. The sausage was extremely salty and everything was just horrible. Wouldn’t recommend and keep in mind the food looks nothing like the pictures

I ordered from these guys because I thought I was ordering good Halal food from good Muslims.I am a western revert to Islam.However I had to call these guys because the driver couldnt make the delivery to the public building where I work, where the notes said to leave it at reception. The no delivery wasnt an issue, i missed the calls, my fault.The bad service was when I called the restaurant to get it redelivered, and the guy who answered immediately started shouting down the phone, blaming me for the delivery issue, and failing to let me simply ask for a redelivery. Key thing to note, the driver apparently made it in to reception, but didnt ring the buzzer to get my staff, or leave it there as a contactless delivery which I asked for in the first place. Very rude, very unhelpful, very disrespectful, and a bad example to set to a customer and to a new Muslim. I WONT EAT THERE AGAIN.

The worst lamb doner ive ever tried!! Too salty and when i mean salt its like whole bottle has just been poured into the food it was so bad that i could not eat it.. also the chicken doner meat burnt and crispy i got the mixed grill lamb and chicken doner it was disgusting never again will i be ordering from this place.

Anyone would like to make online order from this place should think otherwise. I Made an order through Deliveroo last night for dinner, after 40 minutes they cancelled the order and until we recognized it was nearly 9 PM. Too late for dinner. Tonight we made another order at 6 pm at 7 30 they cancelled the order even without bothering to contact us and tell us about the cancellation. Phoned the restaurant and told him what happened, very carelessly hung up saying they do not deliver. I will never order from them again.

They use good falafel, falafel & halloumi wraps are very tasty They can be messy to eat sometimes so be prepared with a plate or something ideally, but tastes good!

I ordered and waited 1hr 45 mins ,I called the restaurant kept telling me 5 mins ,was freezing cold when finally arrived ,upside down in the box ,items missing the meat was all fatty ,the Dog turned his nose up, I called again to the restaurant and they made excuses said would send more food ,I was totally not hungry and settled on a desert instead ,am still waiting that was an hour ago,what bad service they don't even update the app. Very upset with the whole thing .
