Wow, really enjoyed this. Original Chicken was delicious with a lovely crispy coating, not greasy at all. Absolutely loved the coated fries too, a little spice was just nice 😋... The American biscuit was really nice with a lovely crunch but softer inside and is really delicious when dipping in the Popeye's gravy. Also had the strawberry cheesecake milkshake and this was soooo good👌🏼. Really good to see a new type of chicken restaurant make it's way over from the USA and I definitely look forward to trying more from the menu 😋👌🏼

All good. But better choices of dips when ordering tenders. Wanted spicy mayo and it wasn’t an option. Why can’t you have tenders chips and drink as a meal deal option?

Ordered food, it was ready in 1 minute. Asked for more garlic dip, was told I had to pay another 79 pence. Obviously I refused, left there and within 1 hour, I was on the toilet. So disappointed, I normally use Wing stop, but heard good reviews about Popeyes, Not for me, but until you try, you don't know. I definitely will not be going again.

ordered 3 pieces of chicken and some wings. As three pieces of chicken I received two pieces which looks like the back of the chicken and one wing. No drum sticks or thighs at all.

This is the first time I have placed an order online. Exceptional delivery 30 minutes earlier than expected. Unfortunately the fries were just warm and not edible. I will however continue to purchase food rather it in the store

Really nice Staff, make the flavour profile less salty slightly, fix the apple pay paying to the machines we were using the 2nd closest one to the entrance and it wouldn't work so had to pay at counter other than that it was so good loved the,almostphere

The chicken quality is beyond any fastfood chain I experienced, and I have travelled, it tastes fresh, the texture is perfectly succulent even for the breast pieces (I'm 100% leg man), the fries are amazing, coated fries... the dips and variations are of abundant and must I say mostly good! Spicy Honey and Mango dip needs to done... everytime. I took away today, The quality is still there after a 1 hour journey. (I reheated at 220 for 8mins back to perfection) Thank you guys... Oh the gravy was a pleasant surprise!

The chicken burger never misses, the crunch is perfect and it's a decent portion. Tad bit overpriced but for the quality it's permissible. The wait time is a little longer than say your usual fast food chain, but the food quality is great. The fries are good too, good seasoning but not that crispy or fluffy - what you would expect but slightly better. Be warned, if you dine in, the music is a bit too loud and does get a little obnoxious after a bit. Overall, the food here is actually great and I haven't encountered any other problems so far! This place is the best on an empty stomach.

For a fast food establishment, this place is genuinely lovely. The chicken is always hot and fresh. We love the chips too. So much fun for the kids. Great value. And the music is fantastic. A quick ordering system and always super friendly and helpful staff.
