Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Chelmsford

I just went to Popeye's in Chelmsford, I ordered a 3 piece meal. I didn't get one piece of breast and I actually got a wing as one of the pieces. KFC always seems to give 1 breast and never a wing as a piece of chicken

I've never had a problem with there food 👌🏼👌🏼

Great experience, order easy, nice food, great drink and things ordered well. Only problem was we may have ordered one wrong set of chicken accidentally. Other than that, it was great

The service was prompt and attentive, food was perfectly bursting with flavors.

I have been having Popeyes for the past 3 years. The chicken is crispy outside and tender inside. Recently tried the bbq wings, a bit sweet for my taste but a good snack.

Excellent experience all around. Everything is wonderful and freshly prepared, and the meal is excellent. The actual highlight, though, was the staff; they are all incredibly kind and accommodating and their manager Mr.Akshay was really helpful and welcoming . For an excellent dinner, a wonderful setting, and exceptional customer service, I heartily suggest Popeyes.

Ms.Abhirami was Extremely friendly and Attentive and responsive to customer needs manager Akshay Provided excellent recommendations on menu items Ensured timely and efficient service , Maintained a clean and organized dining area and Showed a genuine interest in ensuring customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this location for a delicious and satisfying meal!.

Popeyes Chelmsford is a brilliant Dine-In Fast Food place. I was served by Alan today who shows a positive smile with her customer service. The service from the moment of pay to eating is excellent timely mannered. I would highly recommend eating here 😋!

Disgusting behaviour of staff they made me wait like a lemon for a while for my food and after the wait they didn’t even make it and my ticket number disappeared too. Avoid this place like the plague they will make you wait and you won’t get your food

Overall great experience. The food is outstanding, everything is freshly cooked and delicious. The atmosphere is brilliant with jazz music playing, which keeps with the Louisiana vibe the restaurant is going for. However the staff was the true highlight, everyone is really accommodating and welcoming. They went the extra mile to ensure my child’s pram was catered for and spoke to my child. I highly recommend Popeyes for a top meal with a great atmosphere and outstanding customer service.

Me and the family came here after our Christmas shop. We ordered a few different things off the menu. My daughter is very fussy and wanted a plan wrap. She received it with all the trimmings. Peter the manager was very helpful and changed it without any fuss. Food was hot and delicious

literally the best chicken I've had. I've eaten KFC, Hillbilly's, any chicken joint in Ireland you can think of but when I came to Popeyes Chelmsford, i needed to try it. I don't regret it.

First time and popeyes, coming back everyday. Too good.

Boy oh boy where do I even start. The chicken, biting into it led to the ejaculations of its juices all over my tastebuds, encompassing my tongue in the joy of Christmas. The chips, so crispy and fresh, led to me to truly believe in the spirit of giving, as I wanted to give my very life to the distrubution of the fries to children all around the world. The water itself was so succulent that it replenished my relationship with my wife, and gave me custody of the kids I once lost so long ago. All in all, I’ve never been so blessed since LeBron James himself graced this earth (something that I regard as a miracle in itself) and I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to change their life.
