got the wrong chicken meal got wings instead of the other chicken meal

Not satisfied, too much oil and chicken wings taste not nice

The chicken burgers are dry and crispy. Ordered via table QR and Served straight to the table quickly. In the middle of town, it is more of a quick stop than a destination for a sit-down meal

food was late was just about hot apart from fries order a 6 piece meal got 2 decent brest of chicken the other 4 bits were the size of hot wings they do guessing they ran out of legs

As a popular destination for myself and my colleagues, we have been here many times without problems. My order has been the same every time which is the 2 piece original chicken meal. I was given a normal piece and then what looked like a part of a wing. I went back to ask whether they had made a mistake (politely), the shift manager I spoke to said "this is always how it comes". I expressed that I always come in here, and not a big deal but it's not how it comes, I know the difference between a chicken piece and small wing. She told me I would have to wait 18 minutes if I wanted another peice. This suggested that they had replaced what I should have got to what they had already. I wouldn't leave a review but felt obliged due to the unpleasant manner in which she spoke to me, she was rude and abrupt over such a small thing. She also lied which was not necessary and then got defensive when I asked her why she was being rude. When I was leaving I asked for her name but she would not give it. This is a small Indian lady, 5"1 in height, day shift manager on Thursday 11th March. Please do something about this lady, she will drive customers away, my colleagues all saw how she spoke to me. We will not be returning. Disgusting manner.

Good service and best quality food

Food wasn't a bit cold it was freezing! We had to warm everything in the microwave which made it tase even worse. Delivery time when we ordered at 6.50 was 20 - 50, the food arrived at 8.20pm our 5 year old fell asleep with no dinner.

Honestly amazing. Always been a chicken guy and this did not disappoint. Burger was juicy and hot, tenders were crispy and tasty, fries were hot and salty. Nice atmosphere and staff.

We've had Popeyes Chicken in America several times and always enjoyed it. We decided to try it in the UK, but what a disappointment. The food was bland, the staff were incompetent, and the restaurant had no atmosphere.

The atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good value for money and delicious. It’s also easy to order either by scanning a code at the table or at the counter and the food is bright to you at the table. Angel was very friendly and welcomed us at the restaurant in a profesional manner.

Don’t order ice cream, sadly it was completely melted and liquid when it arrived.

I just went to Popeye's in Chelmsford, I ordered a 3 piece meal. I didn't get one piece of breast and I actually got a wing as one of the pieces. KFC always seems to give 1 breast and never a wing as a piece of chicken

Excellent experience all around. Everything is wonderful and freshly prepared, and the meal is excellent. Disgusting behaviour of staff they made me wait like a lemon for a while for my food and after the wait they didn’t even make it and my ticket number disappeared too. Avoid this place like the plague they will make you wait and you won’t get your food
