Had a great experience at Popeyes! The food was spot-on, especially the crispy chicken. Shoutout to Abdur Rehman for his excellent service—friendly, quick, and made sure everything was perfect. Will definitely be back! Five stars!

The chicken quality is beyond any fastfood chain I experienced, and I have travelled, it tastes fresh, the texture is perfectly succulent even for the breast pieces (I'm 100% leg man), the fries are amazing, coated fries... the dips and variations are of abundant and must I say mostly good! Spicy Honey and Mango dip needs to done... everytime. I took away today, The quality is still there after a 1 hour journey. (I reheated at 220 for 8mins back to perfection) Thank you guys... Oh the gravy was a pleasant surprise!

The chicken burger never misses, the crunch is perfect and it's a decent portion. Tad bit overpriced but for the quality it's permissible. The wait time is a little longer than say your usual fast food chain, but the food quality is great. The fries are good too, good seasoning but not that crispy or fluffy - what you would expect but slightly better. Be warned, if you dine in, the music is a bit too loud and does get a little obnoxious after a bit. Overall, the food here is actually great and I haven't encountered any other problems so far! This place is the best on an empty stomach.

Recently visited the place and food was just amazing. Shout to Alan who was super polite and helped us select the best items from the menu. Highly recommended.

We 5 people went to Popeyes today. We had a great lunch our kids loved it as well. Our meal was very delicious and the service of the staffs were amazing.

For a fast food establishment, this place is genuinely lovely. The chicken is always hot and fresh. We love the chips too. So much fun for the kids. Great value. And the music is fantastic. A quick ordering system and always super friendly and helpful staff.

Ordered from here this morning however my drink did not arrive with my order

Food and service was exceptional! They cleaned the tables in the time it took us to order and we only waited around 5 min for our food. When I accidentally ordered wings instead of tenders they allowed me to exchange it and were super friendly! The toilets were super clean aswell.

We had a wonderful experience .My daughter loves the chicken box meal a lot.We love the Louisiana Hot sauce too.You must try .Alan served us well

There was missing items from my order but the food was amazing

I ordered 2 6-piece (total 12 pieces) signature chicken and received chicken wings for half of the order (6 pieces chicken wings). If I wanted chicken wings, I would have ordered chicken wings. Not worth the price I paid.

Food was good, nice, hot and fresh. We had 2 chicken deluxe meals, which consisted of a burger and a choice of chicken tenders or hot wings with cajun fries. My friend had the hot wings I had the tenders. The tenders were massive and the crunch was amazing. I tried the mango habenaro sauce which leveled it up a bit by mild rather than hot. It comes with free drink refills so that's a good thing but how much can you really drink. The only downside is the music they play in store, it got old real fast. For £13+ it was not bad price wise. Try it if you get the chance.

Cheese was put in my spicy chicken burger when it doesn’t come with it and have an allergy. Requested on notes for flat and drum wings - which we didn’t receive, fries portion size was small and not regular and didn’t receive ketchup sachets as per again requested. No point leaving notes for restaurant if the staff don’t kindly read and adhere to the notes written.

Food arrived on time. It was well cooked, tasty and hot. VERY salty though, but I’ve been told that’s how it’s meant to be? Who knows. But overall, would order from here again, just less food cause I can’t personally handle the saltiness.

Automated ordering booth really makes the ordering process seamless. There is dedicated staff to assist customers requiring help with ordering. I ordered Buffalo Sandwiches and Buffalo wings to takeaway, both were freshly cooked and were really tasty. Prices are just about par with other chains.

Great delivery service but the meal was only okay. had three pieces of chicken but one of them was a wing and this was a complete con.. If I'd have wanted wings, I'd have ordered wings. basically only two pieces of chicken and even then it was only okay.

It is such a good place for fried chicken. I crave it everyday!!!! Their food is always hot, fresh, and super tasty too. Their sundaes are sundaes are out of this world, so good and the consistency and taste just beats McDonald’s every time. It is defoo a must go.

Avoid Avoid awful food, worst fried chicken ever, spent over £40 for pieces of wings and offcuts of scraps if chicken, cold in the middle and wished I had not ate some if it as all of us really ill today. This place should be shut down

I've eaten popeyes many times in the US, so I'm delighted they've made it here. Food was mostly as expected, biscuits were a little over done. Was a little disappointed to find no grape jelly or sweet tea, but otherwise good.

The order was missing the fries!

Food always served quickly and always freshly cooked. Staff are friendly. The whole restaurant is clean and tables never have to be cleared.

They forgot my drink and my sauce pot

Regularly visit on a Saturday for lunch with my dad, the staff are always friendly and smiley. Food is always clean and not over greasy (obviously there’s a bit, but it’s fried chicken 🤷🏼‍♂️)

It is a fast food franchise where they only sell chicken, in Spain and France there are also. The quality is much better than the famous KFC. But the menu is very small. I don't like this type of food, I went with friends and because of the children we decided to enter.

Best chicken I have had in a long time

The food other than the chicken was gross!!! The cajun fries waas nothing but a pile of powdered spice. Not only was it like pouring a spice bottle into my mouth, but the fries themselves were cold and chewy. The wrap had barely anything but the chicken. It was cold with barely one piece of lettuce and not much more added to it. The spicy rice, well it should be called a lump of mush!! It was completely inedible and went straight into the bin. What a waste of money.

I've been a few times now to this venue. The one thing that clearly sticks out, compared to the Colonel, is that this chicken comes to you HOT. I've had to wait a couple of minutes to even take a bite. The quality of the chicken is lovely, and the coating is like a panco breadcrumb. A variety of sauces on offer for the chicken or chips, which are miles better than the other fast food outlets in town. Refill drinks available. Service of food is also quick. The only downside is the quality of their milkshakes.

Food was warm but not hot, Fries are always rubbish, it happens to all places. They get soggy and then go really hard when they're unpacked. Chicken was lovely though. I do wish cold drinks were packed separately, The milkshake was already quite melted when it arrived.

Very bad customer service as manager was angry

I was looking for halal food options and on the entrance gate I found Uzair guy who very well explained to me that popeyes sell yummiest halal food and he convinced me that I should give it a try and I wasn't regretful as the taste was too good. Apart from that I liked Uzair guy he was very helpful and friendly.

First time trying but not much to write home about with the burgers - a bit overpriced for what it was and although the flavour was different, it wasn't as flavourful as the other, IMO, more famous chicken place.

The customer service I received from the Manager was the best, I mean the best. He helped with the order, helped me carry the food to the table, checked we were satisfied with the food and showed such kindness to my elderly parents. He was polite, professional and obliging. Its not the most comfortable of places to eat but the service is second to none

It was very easy to order. It good to know how your order is doing and when it going to arrive. I would use this again and also tell my friends
