Excellent, a small but friendly restaurant serving quality Thai cuisine made from the freshest ingredients. Would recommend those restaurants, but you should really book to guarantee a table as it is quite small and many walk-ins get turned away. First class food and service though.

After reading some good reviews, I was so looking forward to eating here but unfortunately it was disappointing. The menu is unusually limited which was a bit of a red flag as only typical 'popular' Thai dishes were on there. The mixed starters were an odd mix - with one chicken skewer and a very runny satay sauce, a spring roll which was ok but we couldn't identify the other 3 items which were some type of deep fried meat. The crispy duck starter tasted good but a tiny spoonful of sauce wasn't really enough for 6 pancakes. The Massaman curry tasted nothing like one - and I have had many authentic Massamans in Thailand and in this country - but regrettably, this wasn't one of them. The noodles accompanying the chicken stir fry were covered in a brown soy sauce and were so salty we couldn't eat more than a spoonful. We mentioned this to the waitress and she said it was because the noodles usually came mixed with vegetables to dilute the saltiness. From my experience, noodles as a side dish are typically just plain noodles. She did say she would feed our comments back to the chef. I'm sorry to say, this was not authentic Thai food. People are more discerning these days and know the difference and I'd expect the chef of a Thai restaurant to know what good authentic Thai food is. It's pricey too. At £71 for two starters, two mains, two beers and a coke, it really should have been better quality. So sadly I'm unable to recommend it.

Amazing food! Some of the best crispy duck pancakes I’ve ever had, and the portions were very generous with lots of meat. The red curry was delicious. Would come back here again!

Lovely Thai restaurant, lovely food and staff

We have enjoyed our dinner here before. It is a popular pleasant place, we have always had to reserve in advance as they don't over-fill the restaurant. The dishes are all Thai and beautifully flavoured.

Real family service and excellent food

First off all : one of my top 3 Thaï restaurant of all ! The food was exquisite, full of flavors. Second of all : all the staff was very kind and polite and welcoming. My husband forgot his glasses when we left and the owner ran into the street to give them him back! Third of all : we were told, when we informed that we were vegan, that every dishes could be veganize! THE PARADISE!! Sherish on the cake : dogs are super welcoming. The owner gave them water even when we forgot to ask for it (what a shame for us!!😜). In conclusion : go for it with closed eyes

Amazing take away, with every dish being exceptional. We will be back for the Pad Mhe alone as we have never eaten nicer anywhere! We ordered over the phone and picked up from the restaurant, which had a very hardworking member of staff running the front of house. Thank you!

On my travels, it’s awesome to come across great restaurants and cafes. Read the good review for Po Pia and we decided to try it. We absolutely enjoyed all the dishes that we ordered - Thai mixed platter, duck pancakes, egg fried rice, pad thai, sweet & sour pork, cashew nut stir fry prawn and cashew nut stir fry chicken. Authentic Thai food. Great service as well! Highly recommend it!

Po Pia were so accommodating for my difficult allergies (I often get turned away from restaurants). Staff were friendly and really looked after me. The food was excellent too.

Not a authentic thai food. Too much of msg is added on the food. Not advisable for MSG allegen customers. Reply to the owner I had a bad allergy due to MSG though your reply confirms no MSG. We did not givev negative feedback based on your refusal to allow us to drink from our bottle. Such assumption from your restaurant is unwarranted ! Hope u understand that the sufferance one go through due to MSG. Note all thai seasoning will definitely have some element of MSG unless use home made sauces.

We all enjoyed a very pleasant meal at Po Pia. Three of us shared 2 starters - vegetable spring rolls and chicken satay. Our main courses were Thai green curry, chicken with ginger and chicken with cashew nuts with rice. The house wine was very reasonably priced and the service perfect. Will definitely be back.

We had two takeaways during our stay just outside of Grantown on Spey - on both occasions the food was great and very tasty. The restaurant looked very welcoming as well.

Wonderful food with very pleasant staff. Really enjoyed our experience here.

We had the mix plate starter and duck wraps. Bloomin delicious. Everything was cooked brilliantly and full of flavour. We then had the Thai basil dish and the massaman with some pineapple fried rice. Again, Everything was just delicious. The service was super friendly and on point. We can't wait to go back to try the rest of the menu!

Staff were amazing and suggested dishes due my allergy. The whole experience was fantastic and I would certainly recommend it.

Small place accessed from the main entrance of the hotel. Get in early or book as it fills up fast. All food was very nice, spicy and very tasty. The cook is taking care not to over cook food and the effort shows. I enjoyed all of my food and even delicate flavours were there and coming though. Recommended for a tasty and enjoyable dinner.

Great wee Thai restaurant with a simple menu at very reasonable prices. Mixed starter was tasty and my Pad Thai was good but not as chilli hot as I expected. Pleasant friendly ambiance and staff.

Wow, fantastic food, great portion sizes and seriously the best Thai food I've had. Definitely be back when I'm in Grantown again. Lovely service too. Door is through the hotel main entrance.

Amazing find in Grantown on Spey, stunning food, service, and lovely decor. Host was brilliant, and we were delighted to dine there.

Dined here on last night of our Grantown-on-Spey holiday. Food was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. The Panko Chicken starter is amazing. Definitely recommend xx
