Cuando esté en Nueva York, debe visitar la plazza y tomar el té de la tarde. Todos hemos visto solos en casa y nos hemos enamorado de este hotel. El té de la tarde fue agradable, hacen un té de la tarde de Eloise para los niños. Mi hija tenía 16 años, pero se lo dejaron al precio del niño. así que quedé muy impresionado con esto. Las mesas están muy juntas, aunque esto es lo único que no me gustó. Te hacía sentir como si estuvieras sentado con gente que no conocías.

Tomó 2 horas para entregar una pizza mala, no el tamaño anunciado. No pidas. Seguían diciéndonos que estaba en camino, cuando realmente no estaba.

La pizza llegó después de 1 h 30. Los tamaños no fueron precisos, generalmente decepcionantes, se verán en otro lugar en el futuro. "Está en camino", de ninguna manera.

Solía comprar pizza de aquí anteriormente, que se hicieron a un buen nivel Llamé, hice un pedido por teléfono y le expliqué lo que necesitaba. Cuando llegué, el joven me dijo que tardarían unos minutos. Durante este tiempo me dijo que eran las nuevas órdenes y yo dije que espero que las normas sean las mismas Durante este tiempo estuvo tocando su cabello, recogiendo esta nariz, tocando esta área genital en la parte inferior de su chándal y saltando arriba y abajo como si estuviera tomando cocaína. Sinceramente me disgustó su comportamiento. Le dije que se lavara las manos pero él se negó. Diciéndome que no es el chef y mi respuesta fue que está trabajando con comida Me fui sin comprar la pizza. Evitar. Muy decepcionante

Pizza was burnt when it came. Delivery came around 30 mins late. Not impressed

They said they would put spicy chicken but did not,

food smells funny and taste weird, also the chicken on the pizza taste weird and stale, hardly eaten.... bad food

1 hour Late delivery + language barrier when spoken to restaurant managers and customers service.

You’d be stupid to gamble buying from this place. I waited 2 hours for a pizza that came all burnt and no quality to it at all. seems like this hasn’t just happened to me. Happy gambling, folks, but I won’t be doing it again.

Not sure how this place is still in business. The quality is very bad and they took over an hour to cook it!? 10 minutes late too.

Lovely pizza But I don’t know why they dump your chosen sauce onto the chicken... it’s gross and most got thrown away. Either don’t offer or give some sort of container for it. Other than that it was good.

They burned my pizza quite bad. Anyone delivering a pizza like that has no standards. Still edible, but it was late at night, so no chance of redelivery.

Updated it the time once from 20:00 to 20:10. after i called them where is the food. the guy who pick up the phone I can’t understand it what he sad. i am not gonna order from this her again.

Food was lovely as I expected but but I set a delivery time of 19:00 pm with a reply of 19:15 I don't expect it to arrive at 17:54 pm luckily we were both hungry

Ive ordered from plazza pizza many times before and really enjoyed the meal but today I was incredibly disappointed with the quality. Their recipe must have significantly changed as the flavour, texture and presentation of the pizza was far worse than previous orders

The food was very nice but the delivery was ridiculous! The driver couldn't find our address. The restaurant called and asked us to go out of our way to collect our food and meet the driver somewhere. Wouldn't recommend it for delivery.

Arrived way too late, over 2 hours after the order (it's a pizza we're talking about). I called to cancel the order, because I couldn't wait any longer for it, but the restaurant told me it's on the way anyway, didn't offer a refund, or even a proper apology. Very poor customer service, wouldn't recomend it.

Well i got a big complain because the food that i order I payed and they didn't deliver it but on the screen they say they did deliver it .

Took a while to come but arrived hot. Pizza was okay but not enough sauce on the base and a bit too much cheese which meant it was quite greasy.

Most greasy pizza I have ever had! All I tasted was grease. They oddly put the pepperoni under the cheese so there was no crispy topping, I thought that was just bizarre. Food was hot and came early which is the only good thing about this place. Waste of money.

The WINGS were a meagre 0.5/10, they're almost like homemade wings. The pizza was a 6.5/10 and was quite nice actually, I would eat it again, if it was offered. The chips were plain and had no crunch of fluffiness, just tasted like potato. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Long delivery time and wrong information about delivery. System says that delivery over £10 is free. In fact isn't as was charged by £1 "Delivery fee".

First of all the guy on the phone was very rude saying i could only get 1 sauce even tough i ordered the biggest pizza and large fries. Then my delivery comes the fries were off they were from before and was just heated up i had to throw it away as it was tasting a bit of burnt. The pizza was ordered as thin crust and was thick so not what I asked for. Overall, the pizza was disgusting I would not recommend this place for pizza.

The pizza was burnt, the hawaiin pizza had literally one slice of pineapple on each slice. Only good thing was the refreshing bottle if pepsi and cheese sticks.

New favourite pizza place!! Pizza is of nice quality, daughter had bolognese which was also nice (thought they brought me lasagna as it was covered with a solid layer of cheese, but we love cheese, so it's a bonus for us). Used to eat domino's, but fed up with prices and discovered their pizzas gives me a rash (I have eczema). All in all, pizza tastes nice, delivery on time and no rash so far. Great price too!

I can't eat dairy. So I ordered the beef burger - nowhere does it mention cheese. There are no options to choose or remove cheese. Just to choose salad/no salad or to choose the sauce. However, just to make sure, I typed "No dairy on burger" into the allergies box. Food arrived after 45 minutes, we paid and took it in. I opened the burger and it had cheese on it. So we called them up to get a replacement and the guy on the end of the line tried to imply we had made a mistake on the order. We explained that it is not our fault, they did not read the order correctly. He was very rude and said it would take another 45 minutes to get a burger with no cheese as it was a busy hour. This is despite them making an error. After arguing they finally agreed to send a burger with no cheese. This arrived 1 hour after the food originally arrived. They offered no compensation at all, and i got to tuck into a lovely burnt burger 2 hours after my original order. Terrible ethics and food wasn't great.

Horrible experience. I had to wait almost 2 hours for my food. Thanks god I chose to pay cash so when the delivery finally arrived I said no, sorry, too late. The delivery guy was amazing anyway and he understood the situation.

Ordered piza Margarita , when it came it was to greasy, cheese burned and didn't look anythink like piza margarita should look. Once bought in a shop taste and look better. Won't be ordering again.

Horrible experience, took over an hour and a half to get here, and when I tried to call the restaurant to see where the driver was they ignored my phone call twice. Pizza's were average, definetly not worth waiting soo long for them, will not repeat.

Good quality pizza. Didn't have the fries I ordered, but the wedges they sent as a substitute were great.

I'm not a fan of takeaway pizza but the kids like them and they said the pizza was ok, not the best they have had. Price was ok, cheaper than the big players.

The hot chicken had pepperoni aswell as mince and the pepperoni perfection had a lot of mince. The garlic bread was burnt. Abit of a waste.
