40 minute wait time for 2 pizzas that were ordered in store is ridiculous. Staff also preparing the pizza with no gloves, how lovely… The pizza itself was good however.

Will never eat from this place again the food was slapped together it was terrible and full of oli🤮

Pizza go go was our go to place for a pizza in West Drayton & we thought it would be same here but not at all. We ordered extra large pan based vegetarian hot & we received thin based. The reason is they take the large & stretch it to make extra large. Cutting corners. Quality deteriorated. I wouldn’t recommend this joint at all. Like this we ordered 3 to 4 times thinking one time could have been a mistake. I also mentioned to owner about the quality & also said to him this would be last time we will place our order here. On that day onion were burnt. No further ordering from this, gave them enough chances.

The manager who I spoke to for him to resolve a problem for me was very rude and shut the phone down as I was talking to him

This is my favourite pizza. The cheese stuff crust is so unique and they always have great deals. Today for mother's day we got the triple pizza deal and I'm so full and my taste buds are so happy. Came piping hot and was as delicious as ever. Can't wait for brekky because it's just as good next day. Can't rate highly enough. Best pizza around.

I bought a large size Margherita pizza for my kids & found a long hair in pizza, I called the shop to inform them of what I found in pizza, but the guy who answered the phone after I explained to him about the hair instead of being sorry for what I explained he was very rude.

Rude phone staff. Hardly know the language had to change the employee twice for them to understand me (was asking how long the delivery was going to be after an hour) then when he said its on the way he put the phone down. Lovely treatment. Illiterate

Ordered 10 pizzas for a birthday party. Called the day before to pre-order and to negotiate a price. Pizzas were ready bang on time and were good value. As it was a child's birthday they cut the pizzas into 12 rather than 10 slices. The pizzas taste just as good as the large chains such as Papa John's and Domino's.

Ordered a pizza. Had a expected delivery time. 3 hours later it said the food had been delivered and was charged £25 for a pizza i never recived. Dont use this place go somewhere else.

Tried here for the first time. I was very impressed. Reasonable prices, good service and food was hot and tasty. Staff was friendly. Definitely be back in the future.

Forget domino's, pizza hut, pizza go go is the only one I will use from now on. Great cheap prices, piping hot and loads to choose from. Especially the 18inch pizza for £15.99. absolute must love it

Constantly messing up your orders and changing their prices based on how you look. I always get the same thing and they messed up 4 times and not even offering exchange or refund. If I go alone they will charge me £8 for 15 inch, if I go with someone else (male) it costs £12. It says " buy one get one free pizza" but apparently " it will be the same price anyway " like how?? Its so confusing. They will make you pay for 2 pizza and say it is a new price.

Passer une commande sur ubereat, ça fait plus de 1h que j'attends.. le restaurant est maintenant fermé. J'ai payé presque 35€ pour 2 petites pizzas et je ne les ai même pas reçues. Note négative et plus jamais chez eux. Déçu. Honteux.

Great service, always our first choice for pizza! Prices for collection are very good vs delivery prices. It's a very small area inside the shop though, probably fits 2/3 people before it feels very cramped, and watch your step when you go in!

Took an hour and ten minutes to get my order and it wasn't even what i ordered lol won't bother next time. Avoid at all costs!

I was told my order will arrive in 45 mins.After an hour I rang.The guy who answered thought it was funny with me complaining.Told me his driver had just turned up.No phone call to let me know.Told it will be there in 15 mins.i told if it doesn't arrive I am knocking 50%off the bill.He told me I sending you a can of drink.It arrived 35 mins later.After I paid half the bill the pizza was cold and the garlic bread had cheese on it which I didn't ask for also cold.They had the cheek to send the driver back to me asking for more money. This is the 2nd time this has happened...but it won't be the 3rd time.

Worst service ever! Ordered deep pan pizza and was given pizza the thickness of a piece of paper. When I called they were rude and claimed it was their deep pan! And they hadn’t made any thin pan pizzas that day!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the store itself was very clean and seemed rather popular. After eating the food I could tell why this store was very busy. The food was cooked to perfection and was very tasty and moreish. Would eat here again next time I'm in the area for work

I bought a pizza from this place, i was told it would be 12.50 but the driver came and asked me for £18. when i called the shop back, they said it was supposed to be £18. also i asked for a deep pan pizza but they sent me a thin crust. when i tried to explain this to the manager, he was rude and unhelpful. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

On my family trip in London I just found this place by chance very late in the evening past midnight. The crew was very friendly and they advise me 2 pizza's and they take the time to explain me the receipts. And all my family really enjoy the both pizza, specially the stuffed crust pizza. I recommend it ! Thanks

Customer service is poor here. My god. Do not make a mistake with your order or they will never forgive you. My experience was different. My niece ordered 2 15inch pizza as a take out and I dropped her there to pick it up. He then gives her 2 12inches and says sorry this is what you've ordered. We then say sorry as a customer this is not what we want. He then yells and says no I clearly told you 8 slices or 12 slices. I was like excuse me what sort of service is this. Deceiving your customers for a bit of extra cash instead of just being plain honest with them. Then he shouts at us and tells us sorry he won't be doing anything about it and we left disappointed. Plain rude.

Their vegetarian pizza is probably better than the Domino's one they didn't put too many vegetables.

I do not recommend this pizza shop at all. The Indian man who runs the store is rude and dirty since he does not wash his hands before making a pizza. When you make an order they give you the wrong order forgetting things and when you call to complain the order is wrong’ the Indian man gets angry and does not want to admit his error or even change the order for what you paid for. The pizza gogo is disgusting. I'm sure there is rat infestation in that pizza shop. Food standards should get involved to close the shop down or atleast see new owners and hygenic staff dealing with the food etc.

Ordered 3 items, pizza, garlic bread and a bottle of coke. They forgot the garlic bread and this is the second time I believe (if you order past 10pm check all your items are there, as I believe they deliberately forget items expecting customers like me to not bother complaining about where my other item is). Didn't bother complaining as it's £2 however forgetting items is a NO NO for me so I'll no longer order from here as they got an extra £2 off me. How you can forget an item is beyond me. Go elsewhere for pizza etc, instead of wondering if all your items will actually turn up that YOU PAID FOR.

Make sure you repeat your order at least 5 times otherwise you'll get something completely different!

This is my local pizza shop where I buy often. Once I heard they sell halal I called up and wanted ask regarding it but the guy was extreamly rude. He said either u order or I will put the phone down. As a customer I have the the right to ask question about my food but the staff has terrible attitude.

This is my favourite pizza delivery company. Always very generous with their toppings and consistency with the quality of their pizzas as well as side dishes. really really nice BBQ chicken wings. The only downside is that their prices are more expensive than another branch. I didn't realise that the prices vary until I noticed that when i arranged a delivery by choosing my order and then putting in my post code that this store being, the nearest that i chose, reflected an increase change in the price. I still would not personally use anybody else though as i love their pizzas which are still very good value.

Tryed to place an order just before midnight and wouldn't deliver as it was over 1 mile away we live 1.6 miles from shop the person on the phone was very rude we ended up calling pizza gogo in bush hill park who delivered and are 3 miles away a bloody shambles will not be using this store again order placed on 14/12/13 Saturday night
