El lugar tiene mucho potencial, pero el menú es demasiado pequeño. Realmente no quería panqueques o gofres, así que un sándwich de salchicha era mi única opción real. Fue agradable y el café era bueno

Es la primera vez que vengo. Llamé mientras salía a caminar. El lugar estaba bastante vacío cuando fuimos. ¡Sólo éramos nosotros! Un poco de pena, ya que el lugar en sí es agradable por dentro. Pedimos dos lotes de tortitas de postre y dos chocolates calientes y el total llegó a £ 25 que me pareció un poco empinado. Las tortitas estaban bien. Pero muy robusto y lleno. ¡Definitivamente no encajarías en dos platos si lo intentaras! El personal no parecía tan preocupado por nada para ser honesto. Me pareció extraño que, a pesar de pedir las mismas tortitas, mi amigo obtuviera primero las suyas y hubiera comido casi la mitad antes de que saliera la mía. El chocolate caliente era bastante promedio. No hay nada que gritar teniendo en cuenta el precio. En general, estuvo bien, pero no se apresurará a regresar. Lo siento.

Food was horrible and stodgy. Staff unhelpful. Not sure how you can mess up a pancake. Waste of money, don’t bother going here

I would not order a savoury pancake again. The batter tasted sweet, the avocado was as unripe as a green strawberry and there was nothing on the plate to lift the taste. My daughter found the sweet pancake uncooked and disappointing too. What a shame.... as the place looks great.

First visit here and it didn't disappoint! I had the American stack with bacon which I highly recommend as a classic option. My wife has a gluten intolerance and the team were more than accommodating to this and prepared her a gluten free pancake which she found delicious. We also shared the Snickers Moo shake which was top notch. Will definitely visit again!

I decided to make a visit with my son after school and really enjoyed it. Service was quick and staff very polite. Between us we had a coffee, milkshake, chicken & pesto pancake and Nutella pancake. Coffee was good quality and served with Lotus biscuit and went down nice and smooth. Kinder milkshake was made from their Moo ice-cream and tasted exactly like a kinder bar. Blended well with no lumps and tasted amazing. My son demolished the Nutella pancake before I got a look in so guessing that was good. The chicken and pesto pancake was packed with fillings and flavour. It included cheese and sun-dried tomatoes and made a filling meal for a growing middle aged bloke. They are fully licenced with a good range of drinks so it's not just somewhere to treat the kids. There is also a small function room upstairs if you wanted to use it for a celebration.

First time at this Pancake & Waffle House. A nice choice of the above on offer. Good size portions and delicious food, plenty of filling. As a 5 star Hygiene rating which is reassuring. Friendly staff and good service.

Really nice food and huge portions. Certainly not the cheapest but I wouldn't say it was expensive for what you get.

Amazing service, amazing food, amazing staff. I cant complain about anything, it was fantastic. I will definitely be going back soon. I got the Eton mess pancake and my friend got the Eton mess waffle and they were both lovely, maybe the best dessert I have had at any dessert place. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Decided to treat my daughter to a nice breakfast and unfortunately it did not live up to the hype. My daughter ordered a Nutella and “Whipped” cream crepe. It arrived with squirty cream from a can that turned to liquid within 30 seconds. Her chocolate cake mix milkshake was good though. I ordered a breakfast pancake with streaky bacon, egg, cheese, mushrooms and tomato. It arrived about 5 minutes after my daughter had totally finished her meal, which meant my coffee was now stone cold. The pancake itself was soggy from the liquid from the tomato and mushrooms and the cheese was all clumped together in one corner. It also lacked seasoning. Not overly appetising. It was also rather expensive for what we had at £23 for those 4 things. I would have informed the staff about my issue with the squirty cream and the lateness of my meal compared to my daughters, but we weren’t at any stage asked how our food was nor was there an apology for the lateness of my dish. Unfortunately I don’t think we will return. What a shame.
