Not the same quality since it reopened. Bone dry starters and the kebab I ordered smelt and tasted like fish.. Straight in the bin!! Such a shame but never again.

Ordered food at 8.40pm. Still waiting at 9.55pm and it’s not arrived. Called the restaurant to ask where it is as just eat is asking me ‘how was your meal’ I can’t review a meal that I haven’t received and it’s suggesting that it’s delivered.

Absolutely beautiful! First time ordering after reading reviews and honestly was brilliant. Got the family offer so wasn’t too expensive either, so much food for the money and very tasty!

Understandable it was late due to travelling from Queensbury to Sowerby Bridge but the order didn’t came with a starter which didn’t ruin the fab curry meal. Will get it again.

What an absolute joke, this is the worst takeaway Iv ever had and doesn’t deserve to be on ur site, I paid good money for that takeaway and it was late and cold!!! 😡😡😡 This was the so called naan kebab that had a few measly pieces of chicken in it and a tiny bit of salad…….and cold 😡😡

Pizzas are usually delicious, frankly this time I just ate mine because I was starving after such a long wait for the food. The chips were completely different to usual, no where near as nice as usual, gone from being fries to more like steak chips. All our drinks were missing, I told the delivery driver, and a different delivery driver arrived after another 30 minutes later with a bottle (I ordered 4 cans) - I only live 5 minutes drive away. Really not happy

Awful. Delivery driver lied about being at my address. Took him 50 mins from ringing me to still not find it and I ended up having to walk to try find and meet him. Food was cold and awful quality. Restaurant didn’t do much to help, told me they’d ring back and didn’t. Wouldn’t waste your money.

Where to start! Ordered via the app at 7.43. Order confirmed with delivery time of 8.26. At 8.55 I rang to ask where our food was. They didn't have a clue. I spoke to 2 people and must have repeated my address and order 10 times. Eventually they scrolled back through their orders and found mine (although they had already told me several times that they didn't have my order). It was a relief when they found it and said they would "do it now". There was no apology or offer of any kind of compensation but by that point I was starving and was just relieved I was going to get my food. I thought , given the errors, that a big effort would be made to get our food to us quickly, hot and fresh. Nope. A further 40 minutes later (so two hours from ordering) our food turned up. It was barely warm. The mix starter was cooked to death and hard, and if you'd told me it had been ready for an hour and a half I'd have believed you. The curry was swimming in a good 5mm of oil/ghee on the surface which I had to pour away before serving it. There was SO much salt in it, it was revolting (and this is coming from a salt fan!!). The chappatis were like shoe leather, although these were at least hot when they arrived (the only part of the meal that was). I'm glad that there were no compensatory freebies given the quality of the food. Needless to say, I've now uninstalled their app and I will not order from them ever again. I've only given them one star because the food did eventually arrive (and because I can't give zero stars). My advice would be to save your money...

The food was alright, I think the fact that it came late and was a little cold probably made it taste different. Most likely won’t order from here anymore.

food has so far taken 45 minutes longer than stated, having spoke the the restaurant they have simply stated it's on its way, just eat offered no help as for money back so awaiting cold food and money post now, thanks!

had to ring takeaway twice ,to be spoken to rudely, saying that they were really busy ,and the delivery driver dropped half of the order on the path ,didn't even clean it or offer to clean it ,,really not happy don't complain but we are not happy, would like a refund, due to the fact the experience, we won't be ordering again

Ordered food at 8pm on recommendation, once order was placed it showed a delivery time of 20:40-21:00. At 21:30 the food still hadn’t arrived so called the restaurant and was told the driver hadn’t even left yet! Food did not turn up until after 10! Will definitely not be ordering from here again!

Absolute joke. Ordered food at 16:40 delivery and driver kept making excuses at to why my food wasn’t here yet. I’ve had to go pick up my order even though I paid for delivery.

Order didn’t turn up I ordered it at 6:57 , the expected delivery time was at 7;45-8:05 , it said on the app that it had been delivered but it hadn’t , I rang them over 30 times and no answer I eventually got through , he said the delivery will be 10 minutes, 15 minutes later no delivery here so I rang again and said you have said it will be 10 minutes and he replied the delivery driver has set off he won’t be long , no apology or anything absolutely appalling will not be ordering again !!!!!!

terrible. got a donner on nan with salad. it was just little hard bits of kebab shavings and a sliced onion lol. very small portion and tasted Bland at best. never again!

Same as last time. Marked the order delivered before they had even started cooking. I wont be using them again. Its a shame because the food is good when its hot. Food was almost an hour late and cold

It said it was arriving between 8.55 and 9.15. At 9.20pm it said food delivered but it hadn't been. I called the restaurant and they said it was on its way. I waited another 10 mins then walked out to the end of the road and saw a car turning round. It turned out to be our food. I took it from the lady. It was all cold and chips had gone wet and soggy from the moisture in the box. Disappointed

I was intending on writing a bit of a negative review because the food took so long to come but when it eventually arrived it was piping hot and tasted amazing 👏 deffo worth the wait

An hour after the expected delivery time the restaurant rang and said the driver couldn’t find the house and was in the wrong place so it would be £5 more for delivery and he was still miles away. Refused the extra fee and they then said we can’t deliver then and cancelled the order. Requested a refund and was sent a text saying ‘enjoy your food’. Still waiting for a refund. Useless.

Ordered a mixed kebab naan and was delivered just a donner naan with what seemed like a handful in a massive naan. Nothing wrong with quality just missing rest of the order.

15 mins late on their collection time! Sat around waiting! Orders King Prawn Balti and it was the thinnest curry I’ve ever had and not a King Prawn in sight just those pointless tiny ones that are a fraction of the price! Salad that came with the curry was some shredded lettuce on the turn and 3 strands of onion, worthy of little more than the bin! Anyway, gave them a try but won’t be doing again!

food was okay portion could be bigger for size, ordered twice from here delivery time is always late-got lucky with it only being 45 mins late this time last time is was close to two hours. Furthermore, cans of pop were kept in the same bag as food so we’re warm when they arrived. Overall tho decent food just don’t order it when your starving marvin

Food was due between 7:55pm and 8:15pm but didn't show up until 9pm. At 8:01pm I got a notification saying its with the driver, so at 8:30pm I phoned asking where it was and was told 5 minutes. I tried calling again at 8:55pm but got no answer. Food was warm but not hot, and the chips had gone soggy. Definitely not used to this level of poor service, as they're usually very good. Some communication about the delays would have been nice. I understand places get busy, but updating customers woukd help. Food had good flavour at least, so some redemption there.

What a rip off ! Half a tub of curry for £8.50 and the smallest portion of chips I've ever seen , my 10 yr old child has a larger meal portion . 12 quid for a kiddies meal . Will give this place a miss in future

Awful! Delivery was almost 3 hours and we were told it was 10 mins away when we first rang and had to call 5 times to chase up, it arrived over an hour later. No apology, just blamed the drizzle! When it arrived it was still warm but very bad quality. Small portions, watery sauce, burnt naan bread, greasy bhajis, dry meat and chicken tikka pieces like rocks! Very diappointing and will not be ordering again.

The order was placed at 6.10 and accepted with an estimated delivery time of 1 hour. I had a call at 7.30 when I clicked that it hadn't arrived and was told that it would be with me by 7.40. It didn't arrive and I called at 8.10 2 hours after the order was placed and he said it would be with me soon and it arrived minus poppadoms 20 minutes later at 8.30 almost cold. When I complained the explanation was that it had been delayed due to the bad weather, it was raining.

I really love the curry here but fed up this isn't the first time either , I rang a curry at 7.30 and chased it at 9.20 nearly 2 hrs to be told it was on its way then I waited re rang at 10 to have no answer disgusting tbh I'd rather them say they cant fulfil the order won't be using them again

We ordered the food at 19:43 and it’s estimated delivery was 20:15-20:35 after waiting it got to 20:40 and it said it had been delivered but it didn’t so I rang the store and it wouldn’t go through I kept trying and it finally got answered I asked about the order as it said it was delivered but it wasn’t and the restaurant said it would be 10 minutes, 45 minutes after that it still hadn’t come so I rang again and he said that the driver would set off in 10 minutes. The food got here at 21:45

My curry in particular was superb super tender chicken rich beautifully seasoned and spice Marsala piping hot superb as was everything else.
