Time from ordering was 2 hours and 10 minutes, and the order itself was 1 hour and 5 minutes after the latest delivery time given. 1 drink was missing from the order and one was wrong. I called the takeaway and the response colder than the food. POOR

Avoid these scam artists. Ordered food for delivery and paid but got concerned when late and said it had been delivered. Tried calling several times but just to not available and call back message. Got through 1 hour later and told "Your food not coming" and then they hung up. SCAMMERS... Avoid at all costs.

A hour late but still hot, Curries and naan was really nice however the portion size of the chicken pakoras is a joke for 4.80 there was barely anything there at all also no mint sauce.

Delivery is poor it said it was on way took 45 mins when live less than 10 mins away when i rung restaurant he said 5 minutes then put me on hold everytime i tried to ring after he sent me to voicemail overrall pretty rude staff and delivery. Food is good tho

Had to ring the takeaway up as the App showed it had been delivered. They apologised abd said it should be with us soon. It was delivered shortly after. The food was nice. Shame about the late delivery.

Second time ordering after seeing and hearing about the takeaway from a lot of people. We are Halifax based and would rather get our food here. Yes it takes slightly longer as we are further but the curry’s have been amazing, and always hot on delivery. New not so local local curry house for us

Ordered chicken tikka in naan kebab. Arrived and it was a pizza base with no chicken or salad. Called and was fobbed off. Usually never have a problem with them. Food is normally amazing. But tonight was awful.

Another 5mins goes by, driver turns up, No apology for been late, no enjoy your food. Opened the bag. Food was clap cold. Just rubbish. Gone in the bin. Won't be ordering again.

Spoke to the manager and he informed us that our delivery was delivered to a wrong address. He assured us that he would remake it and get it to us within 20 mins, which he did. Well done Dhannys, great food.

nearly 4 hours from placing order to receiving order. Food was cold when it arrived. was sat waiting for a delivery driver in the restaurant. customer service poor. asked for some sort of money back and restaurant refused. won't be using again!

Not the same quality since it reopened. Bone dry starters and the kebab I ordered smelt and tasted like fish.. Straight in the bin!! Such a shame but never again.

Ordered food at 8.40pm. Still waiting at 9.55pm and it’s not arrived. Called the restaurant to ask where it is as just eat is asking me ‘how was your meal’ I can’t review a meal that I haven’t received and it’s suggesting that it’s delivered.

Understandable it was late due to travelling from Queensbury to Sowerby Bridge but the order didn’t came with a starter which didn’t ruin the fab curry meal. Will get it again.

What an absolute joke, this is the worst takeaway Iv ever had and doesn’t deserve to be on ur site, I paid good money for that takeaway and it was late and cold!!! 😡😡😡 This was the so called naan kebab that had a few measly pieces of chicken in it and a tiny bit of salad…….and cold 😡😡

Pizzas are usually delicious, frankly this time I just ate mine because I was starving after such a long wait for the food. The chips were completely different to usual, no where near as nice as usual, gone from being fries to more like steak chips. All our drinks were missing, I told the delivery driver, and a different delivery driver arrived after another 30 minutes later with a bottle (I ordered 4 cans) - I only live 5 minutes drive away. Really not happy

Awful. Delivery driver lied about being at my address. Took him 50 mins from ringing me to still not find it and I ended up having to walk to try find and meet him. Food was cold and awful quality. Restaurant didn’t do much to help, told me they’d ring back and didn’t. Wouldn’t waste your money.

Where to start! Ordered via the app at 7.43. Order confirmed with delivery time of 8.26. At 8.55 I rang to ask where our food was. They didn't have a clue. I spoke to 2 people and must have repeated my address and order 10 times. Eventually they scrolled back through their orders and found mine (although they had already told me several times that they didn't have my order). It was a relief when they found it and said they would "do it now". There was no apology or offer of any kind of compensation but by that point I was starving and was just relieved I was going to get my food. I thought , given the errors, that a big effort would be made to get our food to us quickly, hot and fresh. Nope. A further 40 minutes later (so two hours from ordering) our food turned up. It was barely warm. The mix starter was cooked to death and hard, and if you'd told me it had been ready for an hour and a half I'd have believed you. The curry was swimming in a good 5mm of oil/ghee on the surface which I had to pour away before serving it. There was SO much salt in it, it was revolting (and this is coming from a salt fan!!). The chappatis were like shoe leather, although these were at least hot when they arrived (the only part of the meal that was). I'm glad that there were no compensatory freebies given the quality of the food. Needless to say, I've now uninstalled their app and I will not order from them ever again. I've only given them one star because the food did eventually arrive (and because I can't give zero stars). My advice would be to save your money...

The food was alright, I think the fact that it came late and was a little cold probably made it taste different. Most likely won’t order from here anymore.

had to ring takeaway twice ,to be spoken to rudely, saying that they were really busy ,and the delivery driver dropped half of the order on the path ,didn't even clean it or offer to clean it ,,really not happy don't complain but we are not happy, would like a refund, due to the fact the experience, we won't be ordering again

Ordered food at 8pm on recommendation, once order was placed it showed a delivery time of 20:40-21:00. At 21:30 the food still hadn’t arrived so called the restaurant and was told the driver hadn’t even left yet! Food did not turn up until after 10! Will definitely not be ordering from here again!

Absolute joke. Ordered food at 16:40 delivery and driver kept making excuses at to why my food wasn’t here yet. I’ve had to go pick up my order even though I paid for delivery.

the last two times I have ordered I've had to ring to find out were it was,twice it was cold very disappointed,as the food is very nice ,but cold chips pizza n curry isn't nice after a long day at work for both me and my wife and the unwantedness of not cooking ,and the option of fast food,means fast not to warm up after it arrives ,sorry to be blunt but the food is actually very nice
