I’d like to take a moment out of my day to leave a review about how spectacular the food was quick order definitely worth the money I paid and would definitely come again

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Ordered for delivery been waiting 2 hours food still not arrived spent over £20 for nothing to arrive. Rang the restaurant said it’s not their issue that I need to contact delivery driver as he has the order, I don’t have their details so they basically conned us. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

Went to pick delivery.waste my time and also after waste time gave me nothing. Bad experince

I ordered on just eat at 21:26 and it said 10-25 mins delivery which btw was over £4 but because of the fast timing I was willing to pay it. I rang the restaurant when I saw the delivery time had drastically changed to over an hour (22:35) they told me that it was ready for delivery and they was just waiting on the driver to come pick it up this was at 21:51. It’s now 22:23 and it still is not here and I can’t get through to them.

Called to confirm the order, staff member said it hadn’t and that they didn’t do pizzas not sure if he was on anything - order came wrong I ordered 1 x cheese, - garlic bread cheese instead I got 2 cheese pizzas not sure what happened as normally krispys offer a better service

Opens 11.30am but food never cooked on time can't run a business like that service is poor and it say 5 star cleanest more like 2 star needs deep clean

Expected slot was 20.00-20.20 arrived 20.55

Staff are rude and answer personal calls while you try to order, they’ve sent the wrong thing a couple of times but I didn’t mind because it was cheap and the chicken wasn’t that bad for the price but the way they just answered to me and then again to my partner has lost them 2 customers. They must not want the sales.

Nice fresh chicken however customer service as trash i rang today off 2 separate phones and was rudely interupted by owner on phone sayin can't hear me if that's the case you need a new phone please loose the attitude towards people that put money in you're pocket absolute donut

Incredibly cheerful and friendly service, good dishes, I'm tempted to say that they are the best in the area, fresh and at really affordable prices. The place is clean. I recommend.

Friendly staff and considering the low price the food was really good! Spicy Chicken Burger was nice and the Donner on chips was lovely too.

Order from here at least a few times a month, the chicken wrap is just perfection. Definitely recommend

Last time I went was told there is no chicken. Been again today and waited 15 mins without been served so walked out and went to kfc instead.

Pizza was awful and was cold. Tasted funny. Tangy don’t know if the chicken was bad or something they put Init. Straight in the bin. Waste of money. Don’t think those reviews are genuine. Initially ordered by seeing good reviews but complete opposite. Just simply awful. Save your money and get it from elsewhere.

don't know how this shop can call itself Krispy should be called soggy my chips look like they been held under the tap

Asked for no onions on the pizza which was ignored - please read carefully next time

First time ordering tonight and I enjoyed it. The chicken wasn't crispy as other have mentioned but the flavour was 11/10. The chips were also a little soggy but we do live a good 10/15 minutes drive so kinda expected. The cheesecake base could have done with being a little crunchier but the flavour was 100% there. Will defo be ordering again :)

First time trying krispys yesterday. Recommended by family who said krispys is “banging”. I got a burger and chips and my partner got the chicken selection meal thingy. Both of our chicken was soggy - obviously you’d expect it to be krispy hence the name. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and continued eating. I then found a hair in my chicken. Not on it. IN among the soggy batter. Again I picked it out and ignored it because the flavour was a solid 8/10. The chicken in my burger was very flimsy. It looked more like a batter burger instead of a chicken burger. And my partners chips were swimming in oil from the chicken. My chicken was cold and now me and my partner both have food poisoning. Very disappointing considering there is so much flavour. The guy taking orders yesterday morning was lovely. Shout out to him. But I think alot of changes need to be made. The first one being the soggyness. Especially with the business name being what it is

1st time trying tonight, got the meal one box, good value for money definitely enough for 5 people. Better than kfc, chicken very moist, batter lovely and the chips were really nice, not soggy like most take aways. Definitely recommend and will be going again

I’m so disappointed, saw some good reviews and thought we would try.the chicken was not crispy at all,very soggy,very salty. The gravy was like jelly the only think that was ok was the chips.

Just tried for 1st time and have to say I'm glad i went there and not KFC (I almost went to KFC and seen how quiet it was and didn't fancy their stale chicken that had been sat around for hours). Food from here was lovely, fresh & hot and less than half the price of KFC, I'm not much of a fast food fan but will defo try them again, if I'm too busy to cook like today.

Been there 3 times first time was ok. Last 2 times was shocking tall guy black jumper cba to cook chips raw then 3rd time oily chickin bottom bun was soggy mush same with chips raw

Definitely my new regular spot, the prices are so cheap I can’t afford to eat at home. Finally a quality munch in this area.

Best in town £4.90 for a munch box, only soggy thing is the other shops who can’t compete with the quality of the food 🤩 me and my mrs and we still couldn’t finish it !

To say they're called Krispys the chicken certainly wasn't was more like soggy batter and the chips tasted more like ones you'd buy for microwave, no where near as good as tong fried chicken. Should change name to soggys. Dont belive the hype.
