Planet Pizza in Wandsworth

Got a different pizza than the one i ordered. Ruined the evening actually.

Dips I ordered (4 of them) were not delivered. Pizza, as always, delicious.

Chips were cold, asked for mushroom to be left off pizza and they didnt leave them off, "fanta" is tango, ordered a stuffed crust yet the pizza was just plain deep pan, onion rings were soggy. pizza was okay but nothing special.

Ordered 2 pizzas - Hawaiian and the planet pizza. The Hawaiianwas delivered and 2nd pizza had only peppers, red onions and cheese on it and missing the other 4 toppings which are listed on the menu... Won't be ordering from them again.

Food was really bad, pizza was like leather.... Garlic mushrooms was disgusting, garlic bread was stale and the wings looked days old...... Everything arrived cold..... Never older from here again

Ordered Fanta & paid for it - driver said it wasn't on order I showed him my order and he said well it's not on mine so that's another thing wrong always something be it a topping missing or an item!

The pizza was cold. felt like eating a rock

absolute joke. Received the complete wrong order TWICE and was hung up on as soon as I called to rectify the mistake. wont be ordering from here again, I would advise others to think about doing the same.

These guys do good really good pizza. Never had any faults until now. My order was wrong, it was lacking half the toppings, and they said all orders over £14.50 get free donuts. I spent £17.50 and they didn't show up - may have been my fault. However came well before expected time which was good and it tasted amazing.

We order a Greek Salad but we had another completely different one...

It was one hour late and the food cold

So i ordered a pepperoni pizza and a spicy beef pizza. I somehow got sweetcorn instead of pepperoni on my pizza, and POTATOES instead of beef on the other pizza?

Normally good, not bup to standard today and so very late today

Ordered a pepperoni plus which was really good and the order was delivered extremely quick. First time I've ordered from here and will definitely order again

Awful service there menu does not reflect the food they have and after I placed the order I got a phone call telling me my order was wrong and I had to change it (you should not be able to order impossible combinations of food), staff were very rude

Order from these guys every week. Always a quick delivery and food is hot when it arrives. Pizza is great. Everything you'd expect from a pizza takeaway. Price is also reasonable and the deals are great value. Planet pizza is the best pizza! :)

Turned up late. Pizza just about warm.

was told it would be here in 5mins so walked outside took 30mins finally got the food told it was fine at it was stone cold and soggy. not good wont order again

Local delivery from down the road took over an hour, pizza arrived cold

Ordered near closing time so assumed delivery wouldn't be too long. Waited over 90mins in the end. One item they didn't have so had to sub for chicken strips. When the food did arrive it was just about warm. Had a dodgy stomach the next day. Not worth the wait or the money, obviously wouldn't use them again

Delivery did not arrive. Almost impossible to find phone number online. Once found, phone number went to voicemail.

Eaten here for about a year and still love it. Only thing that let me down this time was that I ordered the garlic pizza bread without cheese and it came with cheese :( i don't eat cheese :(

Absolutly perfect in time and good quality!

Half the order was wrong and the other half was basically inedible...wings were greasy and burnt, wedges undercooked, chicken nuggets slimy and horrible......still waiting for my refund

Pizza made me and my family all violently ILL both on the night and throughout the next day, should never have ordered from this website ever it was so so so rancid, absolutely vile place

We received the wrong order on three accounts, chicken instead of beef, tango instead of fanta, and red wine instead of white

We places the order at 22:37 and hot the pizza by 00:10...1hr 33mins later... Unacceptable. just eat deos nit responde to this. Make your own assumptions. A one timer for us.

Food was 30 min late and no one called to let me know. Ordered Fanta, received Tango. Food was top notch though

Food gave me and my partner dodgy stomach and was late. They refused refund until I refused to take the food. Still haven't seen my refund???

Pizza amazing always, I ordered from you like 5 times and is always good but I must say that sometimes they make mistakes like for example I ordered one 15' and I get one 13' or ordered big coke and get a can.. Not all the five times but you should be more careful anyway I will continue ordering from you

I love this pizza they are always good and deliver on time even earlier cause I live half a mile from there but... I pay for a 1.5 L bottle of soda and they give me a can... Come on... You own me 1.40 £

It was not in good quality. I have been food poisonined after eating from there and will never order from there again. Very low food quality and the food poisoning can initiate from an out of date poultry, meat and vegetables. I'm not impressed at all!

Food very good, delivery takes less than 45 Min like 30 more or less,but I don't think the size was 15' more like 13' but it doesn't matter was delicious I will order again

Ordered one chicken and one beef burritos and got two chicken, burritos where poorly prepared. Was also told free mini chocolate doughnuts were given to all orders over 14.50, spent over 15 and didn't receive the free doughnuts.

Pizza turned up 20 minutes late even though I live less than half a mile away, cold, burnt tasteless and rock hard, when delivery time passed we couldn't find a number for this place anywhere to contact them, unacceptable will not order again

Pizzas were on time and not overly expensive, pizzas themselves were below average wouldn't recommend or go there again

Good but I ordered deep pan and received thin crush.

the pizza was messy in the box,ive ordered without anchovies,but its arrived with that.The dessert (toffe pie) was awful, and really hard,i couldnt eat that.

Delivered on time, a few minutes before the estimated delivery time. The pizza was hot :). We got a fantastic deal. Couldn't ask for a better takeaway pizza.

Great choice of food. Pizza's much nicer than Domino's and half the price! Also you get 20% off your order over £20, so who can complain!

Spent over the required amount to get free mini donuts. They never came with my order, instead I got chips.... Im not a chip person, abit morw communication next time would be great

Had Popeye and potato skins - nothing special but arrived quickly and this takeaway at least has more vegetarian pizza options than the usual "vegetarian" and "vegetarian hot". Not a patch on Village Pizza's quality or vegetarian choice though.

Pizza was delivered after nearly 1h30min and tated dry.

Took ages to come and was very over priced for what it was.

As good as a greasy pizza is ever going to be. Served with a smile and 20mins earlier than advertised.

Usually arrive quickly well before the estimated time, however this pizza arrived late, and wasn't told in any way it would be late, and only after I phoned did I find out.

Quality wasn't as good. but nonetheless sufficed for an evening meal. Delivery was quick though, well really expected that as I just lived 5 minutes away.

Pizza was quite soft, felt like it had been heated up rather than cooked from fresh, toppings were quite weak. Sides weren't great.

i received wrong pizza,however it was very tasty.

My order came within 20 minutes. Delivery guy was polite. Pizza was gorgeous, but the chicken nuggets were a bit suspect, like blended offal mash coated in batter!! Very strange texture. Apart from that it was great. Very good service.

really quick,very generous with order size plus we got chips and donuts as we couldnt get mozerrella sticks.Literally so happy:) Definately recommend!!!

Was a great takeaway service, thinking I was going to wait 45 mins it was here within 20 mins smoking hot! It is absolutely delicious and a great price! Very happy and will be ordering from here again!

Not very impresed by them I liked the pizza it was very good but the potatoe skins didn´t taste very nice. I also ordered a diet coke and wasn´t very impressed to get normal apart from that they were ok.

We wait 15 minutes more than maximum time (but we live 5 minutes walk from the restaurant). We added crusty staff, but then manager called and told us that it is only possible in thick pizza, so we change for one thin and one thick -however we still have to pay for additional crusty in both of them. Horrible service, never again.

The pizza was one of the nicest I´ve had, cooked well and delivered promptly so it was fresh and hot. The garlic bread wasn´t all that but the rest of the food made up for it, as did the politeness of the kitchen staff and driver.

The delivery arrived 5 miins late as I was told, though the pizza and service was very good.

I was very disappointed, my pizza arrived after 2 hours and there were toppings missing! When i call first tine because of deley, they said that pizza will be here in 10 min, that driver is on his way. Pizza came after another 40 minutes, was smaller than usualy, 6 peaces not 10, and without sweetcorn and olives. When i called again they said that that pizza is absolutely ok and exactly what did i ordered.
