Pizzeria San Vito in Bromley

I used this for the first time today. The pizza was really delicious. The dough is chewy and the tomato sauce is delicious. I can recommend it with confidence. The waitress's customer service was also excellent and I would like to visit again.

There is no experience and lack of respect for the time agreed upon by either the customers or the pizza chef👎👎 I have no honor in returning to you

Ask for sarviettr and cuttlery I been ignored twice I'm a napoletan person I always take my family there but now after I went and take a blue paper to wipe my hands I will never come again

It’s a warm day, the restaurant wasn’t even half full. I asked if i could grab a table outside, Heavily pregnant with my two children. I had a buggy and managing The stairs wasn’t possible. The waitress asked can I sit inside, I said no I don’t want to, it’s too hot in here plus I have the buggy. She said otherwise if means she has to go in and out. I’ve never heard anything like it. Made to feel like a huge inconvenience. Customer service was shocking. I replied with I haven’t been turned away from A restaurant before because I’d prefer to sit outside! She was sarcastic and smug. Customer service alone is enough to not step foot back in here.

Small and very cozy pizzeria. The best pizza in the area, we had lunch with the family and were very well served by the staff. I definitely recommend!

Yesterday for the first time I went to eat a pizza with my family at the San Vito pizzeria, a very welcoming place, excellent service, very good pizza with quality products (excellent price), finally now I know where to eat a good pizza in London, San Vito pizzeria I highly recommend.

Fantastic chewy crust with a thin centre. The Quattro Formaggio tasted delicious. Moretti draft beer was fresh. The room is small so can get loud if it’s full.

Really great pizza super service. All for a great price.

Small and out of the way you would never know this place existed the pizza is amazing and would definitely recommend clearly run by an Italian family felt cozy and warm will be coming again. Prices are good and the food is excellent The best pizza in the Beckenham area no question.

Waitresses have selective politeness. They could do with some training on hospitality. You don’t have to like everyone but you have to be polite to everyone. I cannot fault the pizza though!

Best pizza outside of Italy was prepared as if the chef was making it for himself- fresh beer from tap and wonderful quick service- cannot recommended high enough just to say treat yourself!

Nice pizza but the service was incredibly slow - 1.5h for two pizzas after work is just not quick enough.

Ordered on the phone for collection. Was told to collect in 15-20 mins. An hour later, no sign of any pizzas. Left empty-handed. The restaurant only had one chef who wasn’t bothered, the restaurant was greedy and accepted all orders. Lots of unhappy customers- avoid.

San Vito used to be 500 pizzeria....the pizza chief is Italian and very good skills in pizza making ingredients are fresh and delicious...I recommend chief options on the pizza menu...good selection of wine...not alot of choice on deserts. Small place 10 tables wood fire oven. Service warm friendly....takes awhile to wait for fresh hot tasty pizza.

Wow poor service, waitress ignored our questions and appeared more interested in talking and socializing than serving us. Food was not that good. 90% of the party were fed. When I asked where my disabled fathers food was got an excuse the oven was not big enough. It turned up 2mins later burnt on top m cold, I think it was forgotten.

I visited first time with a friend yesterday and we'll definitely be back. Good cozy atmosphere, friendly service and most importantly great food and wine!

A small room but a very nice place and the pizza is first class, it's worth visiting.

Pizza ingredients were good, but pizza was lukewarm. We sent it back for a burst in the oven but still not hot! The oven just wasn't hot enough. When we mentioned this, the staff were clearly not in the slightest bit interested - very disappointing!

I would give no stars at all at this time but the pizza was good! Went yesterday 1st of May, Sunday and had a horrible experience! I already went other times and no problems. But now, staff is really rude, not friendly at all! We called many times she kept using her phone! Totally disinterested! Pizza was good, but the service ugh!!

I've always been to this restaurant and the atmosphere was always good, but they are changing staff a lot. The new ones are not professionals and they are lost, they don't know what they are doing. I went last week with my daughter and the new waitress had no sympathy at all. I came back yesterday and the same waitress came to my table and the service was terrible. There is still one of the oldest waitresses but unfortunately I was not served by her. Definitely the atmosphere is not the same anymore.
