I Advise All Bromley Customers to not I repeat not order from this place nasty staff. Who can’t speak English properly get angry when they get orders wrong. Watch out with the white guy with broken English with brown hair he rude. Mangers are awful aswell no accountability to their actions to customers also over 45 mins wait for one pizza comes cold

Walked in the shop and the staff were really friendly as they assisted me with some food choices. Got a large pizza which was delicious, fresh and piping hot. Will definitely be coming here again!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Anwar last week while ordering pizza, and I must say the customer service he provided was exceptional. From the moment I mentioned that our toddler would be joining us for the meal, Anwar went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect flavor that would suit everyone’s taste. His recommendations were spot on, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended

Ordered 6 large pizzas for collection. Spoke to Anwar who clearly explained that the toppings had changed on what I had ordered, which was much appreciated. Pizzas were ready 20 min later and Anwar added some nachos and 2 bottles of drink! Lovely guy and great pizzas…would highly recommend.

This is the only pizza place my family goes to. We have been coming here for years since we moved to the area. I keep coming back because Anwar and his team always deliver on quality food, service and a friendly face. Just ordered a pizza and by mistake I ordered the wrong one! The guy that worked there, was so kind and made sure I walked out with what I actually wanted. You don’t get service like this anymore. He was very polite and patient will. I tried to explain that I made an error.

Great, loaded pizzas (obvs depends on your own choices!) Easy to use app to create order. Food much hotter if you collect yourself. Made on time and accurately.

Pizzas never have enough tomato sauce, always just a dry coating of tomato sauce. When I’ve ordered drinks they either give you different drinks (Pepsi max, when you’ve ordered Pepsi) and give you different sides to what you’ve ordered. I phoned to speak to the manager as this isn’t the first time they’ve done this and got spoken to really rudely and he hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional way to deal with paying customers, especially when I wasn’t rude.

I ordered online and I forgot to add extras so when I rang up the gentleman who I spoke to didn’t charge us extra and the food arrived on time piping hot and delicious. Will order again 10/10
