Pizza Hut Delivery in Bromley

Absolutely ridiculous!! make an order it somehow gets lost with no trace when called the shop and could not get refund as through Uber eats, wasted my money and got £3 back! Silly service with no communication or ways to sort things out

The pizza is very good but the payment in the app often doesn't and makes it complicated to order.

Lovely staff and usually remind you of the deals they have to save you a little more. the waiting area is a little small and get crowded really quickly. Fortunately I have a car so I usually wait there for collections

I had a an issue when ordering on the just eat app and I called up to resolve the issue and staff were happy to help and made the changes very quickly.

The assistant Saba was very polite. The pizza was great, and on time. Would go back again.

I had a slight issue (my fault) when ordering from Pizza Hut online, direct through their app. I called up to remedy and surprisingly the staff member helped resolve the matter very quickly. Yet to receive my pizza but wanted to offer a great review of customer service @ The Homesdale PH branch in Bromley.

Saba Provides me a good service

I Advise All Bromley Customers to not I repeat not order from this place nasty staff. Who can’t speak English properly get angry when they get orders wrong. Watch out with the white guy with broken English with brown hair he rude. Mangers are awful aswell no accountability to their actions to customers also over 45 mins wait for one pizza comes cold

Walked in the shop and the staff were really friendly as they assisted me with some food choices. Got a large pizza which was delicious, fresh and piping hot. Will definitely be coming here again!

From the moment I mentioned that our toddler would be joining us for the meal, Anwar went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect flavor that would suit everyone’s taste. Ordered 6 large pizzas for collection. Spoke to Anwar who clearly explained that the toppings had changed on what I had ordered, which was much appreciated. Pizzas were ready 20 min later and Anwar added some nachos and 2 bottles of drink! Lovely guy and great pizzas…would highly recommend.
