Pizzeria 90 in Lincoln

I waited a long time for my food, which was supposed to be delivered between 4:40 and 5:00 PM. It’s now 6:00 PM, and I still haven’t received anything. When the food finally arrived, it had the wrong toppings. I couldn’t get through to the restaurant and spent hours trying to reach them. This is very poor service, and I won’t be ordering again.

Awful, food was late by 40 mins, it was cold on arrival and wrong? Couldn’t call the restaurant as all phone lines were engaged all of the time.

No meat on pizza at all feels like i ordered vegatarian pizza

Used to be good. Now late delivery times, and completely missed delivery of a confirmed order. Never ordering from them again.

Food was mouldy, smelled off and tasted awful. When I rang to complain, I was laughed at and told to take it up with Just Eat. Photos and email sent to Environmental health and awaiting reply and reimbursement from Just Eat. Do not recommend unless you want to get salmonella or botulism. Disgusting food and service!!

Disgusting food looked like the cat dragged it in ...I paid for chips and kebab and asked for a large looked like I got a kids . 😂 Will never buy from you again...You should be closed down ...I could not even eat this rubbish it went straight in the bin ....I will ask for my money back ...

If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll love this place! The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and I loved everything I tried. Highly recommend the Pizzas and lamb shish. Excellent service and delivery as well. Recommend to everyone.

Ordered again after okay order before. Food was delivered with incorrect items. Driver ripped the receipt off in front of me in delivery which showed clear communication that the wrong order arrived and made it unable for me to get a refund. Below average food and despicable service. Do not go here, so many better restaurants.

What looks like pubic hairs/facial hairs cooked into the food. At least 5 per slice absolutely disgusting. The bare minimum in any food industry is to wear a hair net and that includes hiding away facial hair but how that much got into the pizza I dont know. Didn’t eat it because that’s vile but unfortunately for my sister who hadn’t noticed, it was too late for her and she ate a slice bless her.

Ordered via Deliveroo. Despite being just a few streets away, food took an eternity to arrive. By the time it did it was mostly cold, and didn't taste good anyway. Delivery guy was sound, but wouldn't order from here unless you're smashed and just want the bare minimum.

Food is really good. Service is awful. They will give you a delivery time. They will overrun said delivery time. When you call to see what's going on you will just be hung up on multiple times. When you finally get through you'll get told food is with the driver. I live 5 minutes away from the restaurant. The food has supposedly been with the driver over ten minutes. There is absolutely no reason why it should take them so long to deliver. They will take your money and do not care about their service. I have been waiting nearly two hours for my food. Over 40 minutes since it was supposed to be delivered. Seems like this was a waste of money. Would not recommend.

Was waiting an hour an a half for delivery till we had to contact ubereats to cancel it as their phone line was busy for 5 minutes. Was a regular but never going here again.

Very bad take away shop food late very cold driver rings when he’s out side for you to go get the food in the rain my order was £28 he tryed to give me £1 change I payed with 2 £20 disgusting I won’t be ordering from there again

Ordered food at 12.30am and the food was left outside on the bench stone cold, we didn't see this until 2am, they never rang the number provided or knock on the door, we kept a eye on the door to the car lights too, rang them and the bloke that answered was one of the rudest people I have spoken too, he then proceed to tell me he was outside and took a photo of my house, which is wrong anyway, we then was missing food, they then told me to hang on and then never answered and left me on the phone why they spoke to customers, worst place we have ever ordered from, the food was awful, not cooked! Do not recommend, would give -5 if I could, do not ordered from then!!!

It was my first experience I really found amazing .if you wanna eat something spicy just try pizzeria the most special food station in Lincoln.

Don't order from here food is disgusting the order was 90 minutes late the food was stone cold when it got here the delivery driver was polite but my food was cold so get a new delivery driver and get better cooks aswell

Ordered our food and by mistake ordered it to the wrong address. I happily offered to pay another delivery charge and a massive tip to the driver if he would deliver it to my address which he agreed. Driver never turned up with our food so we rang the store in which we were told the driver waited outside our door for 15 minutes with the food and we never answered which is false as I was staring at the cctv the whole time. Would never order from this place as they called as liars down the phone. Had good standards for the restaurant however all of them have gone.

Don’t order with these guys and then cancel within 10 seconds. You’ll get a full inquisition as to why you wanna cancel and then still try and charge you for it. No grasp of customer retention. Just lost one more customer.

Outstanding! My food was yummy and steaming hot when it arrived. Very generous with the amount of food and sauces. Definitely recommend the chicken fillet burger as it was my absolute favourite out of what I ordered.

Food is very cold and chiken wrap is torrid and also we are ordering Chiken nugent and they changed.spicy chiken strips. Awful service, 2 hour wait time, rang twice and the man said its because we are students that the time is longer. I rang again and he said someone was outside, after 20 minutes still no delivery. Also it has arrived and I found a long black hair in my cheese and chips. Disgusting!!!!!!!

Good tasting food let down by shocking delivery time, was told that it was out for delivery on the phone, 45 mins before it arrived, then was told that he drove directly from the restaurant to deliver it, but the temperature of the food, (although warm,) was not hot enough to support that. It's a shame, but I shalln't order again based upon this.

Ordered from here last night. Nearly one hour late and the chicken strips wrap was soggy. I was sick within an hour of eating only half the wrap, never again.

What a delicious diner I had!!!!! I saw the other reviews and was a bit reluctant but decided to try for my self. The salt and chilli squid was to die for and so was the soft On Calzone pizza Also as well as the Sharma wrap was amazing I can’t recommend the taste of the dishes enough. You really must try it to appreciate it!!!! When my friend recommended this place last week, (He lived in Jordan for almost 25 years) I was very impressed. So Jordan has landed in Lncoln !!! I hope everyone will be as satisfied with their food just as I was. P. S. The service was perfect and the friendly Delivery was friendly and supportive helping me to grab some different things in another shop

Ordered food was told it would be delivered by 1 then got a notification saying it would be delivered by 1:45 then got to 2 so I tried to call the restaurant 5 times no answer said the user was busy and food never turned up 😡😡😡😡

Really good service and really good food

After disappointed from King Shawarma, we found this little gem for tastiest Halal Pizzas, me and kids love eating enroute home, staff were friendly and gave a complimentary large bottle of soft drink. Thanks brother for nice dinner.

Ordered pizza, fries and a few condiments with friends. Takeaway was not far, probably a 10 minute walk. Food came close to cold, no condiments and the pizza was chewy, the "tomato puree"looked and tasted like strawberry jam" PLEASE AVOID THIS TAKEAWAY!!

Ordered a chips and cheese with Donner meat, the man behind the counter told me that they’ve ran out of donner meat. I thought nevermind, until the guy behind me ordered a Donner wrap, which was no problem. I watched the guy behind the counter place the donner meat on the wrap for him. I thought this couldn’t get any worse, until after a long wait I got my chips which were cold in some places and clear not been cooked. Me and my girlfriend both got cheesy chips and experienced the same problem of having the odd freezing chip. Never again, utter disappointment.

Waited a hour and 40 mins for a pizza when arrived was stone cold rang up to complain was promised a new pizza. Rang up yet again 20 mins later and was told told then haven't got none they closed in half hour. Was argued with felt threatened alamd refused on the basis they was closing he said said then it was sent hot but I revived cold when asked what he was gonna do about it he Hung up. Not happy. Wouldn't use again and will be putting complaint threw the just eat webaote. AVOID YOU WILL BE DISAPOINTED

Disgusting food disgusting place. Food came very late tho I live a 5 mins drive from the place When I tried to find out where is my food. They said don't know it is not my problem the food is with the driver. That place basically has a don't care attitude. The food was awful the burgers were cold, the meat was hard and tasteless, chips were so hard like old chewing gum. The worst experience I ever had. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

Awful customer service ordered food was waiting an hour then rang and they said it would be 20 minutes after a another half an hour waiting rang again and they said 15 minutes and would do a free pizza another half hour passed and order got cancelled will never order from here again!

Worst service I have ever ever ever recieved. Don't even bother to order from here, you'll get rude service and staff that actually come with the delivery driver to prove a point - what happened to customer always right? Order via just eat and they recieved the ticket wrong and some how ended being our fault and over two hours late. Just don't bother go elsewhere the food was not worth it.

The most disgusting service I have ever received, claimed to be here within an hour, am now being told it's going to be up to two and a half hours late because of a messed up ticket and only one delivery driver on a Saturday night. Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered via Just-Eat and after waiting over an hour, I called to see where my order was. I spoke to an incredibly rude man who claimed that they had tried to deliver it twice (even though my doorbell didn't go off once) and it was my fault because I didn't answer the door. I then told him exact details on how to get to my house, and 30 minutes later he called to tell me that the delivery driver's car had 'broken'. Absolutely shocking service, I will NEVER be ordering from there again.

After waiting nearly 2 hours for the delivery I called up to see where it was. 10 minutes later it turned up stone cold so I refused to take the order. Much MUCH better takeaways in Lincoln.
