there’s is a reason that place is empty; the food is horrendous. the chips are small and dry and it is completely OVERPRICED - served cold, what a joke, will NOT be returning here

Workers were friendly but had just chips from here tonight for tea, as I thought I’d try it on my way home, wish I didn’t as if I didn’t have mayonnaise at home I would have threw them in the bin as the chips were just soft and no taste to them. Sadly won’t be coming back despite the good service.

Made a mistake on user eats. Called them to fix the order instantly. They told me food was already in the oven so i couldn't change my order. They cancelled the whole order and got angry on the phone. Meanwhile it always takes about an hour to get food from them.

My oh my what a quick service, gave me my cheesy chips before I even ordered it! Thankyou king kebab

One of the blandest meals I’ve ever had. The chips had absolutely no flavour, donar kebab didn’t even remotely taste of lamb and churros were rock hard with little taste. Would not recommend and definitely not worth the price

Health and safety concern, Unhygienic experience and I was said it's halah but, they cook ham/pepperoni/bacon pizza and chicken wrap together. Staff is rude and disrespectfully and very non trustable as they lie.

Well, frankly I didn’t know what to expect when I saw king kebab turn up on just eat. I expected just the usual kebab place but got so much more, I refer to it as the king of all kebabs. The burger wrap is the die for and you know exactly what you’re doing. Your crazy sides always satisfy and I will be coming back many times. I’ve recommended to friends and family and I may even tell the queen to step off the throne and to let you go on it. Satisfied customer!

Our go to for kebabs delivered to home. Chicken donner is lovely 👌 Always piping hot, good portions, salad is always fresh and crispy. Fries are always hot and crispy too. Not had a bad meal from these guys yet.

ordered through uber eats. I chose an amalfi pizza under the heading vegan pizzas however it arrived with dairy cheese on it. when I rang king kebab about this they were very rude and reluctant to accept responsibility for false advertising. they didn't understand what vegan meant and refused to acknowledge that their pizza is not vegan as stated on their menu. its lucky that I realised before I took a bite and that I'm not lactose intolerant as this could have been more serious. I asked for a refund which they said they couldn't do without a manager who isn't in until tomorrow and then they hung up on me. i have raised this with uber eats but heard nothing from them yet.

If I could have given no stars I would my boyfriend got a burger and chips from here last night. Firstly the chef used his bare hands when handling the food and not washing them in between touching different ingredients. At 3.30am he started being violently sick, has been extremely unwell all day, didn't stop been sick till mid afternoon. Was drfintely food poisoning because after he had got all the food out of his system he was a lot better just exhausted and severe stomach pains. Places like this should be shut down!

I have ordered from them food tonite, around 6:20pm, now is 7:32 and i still dont have it, i did ring them around 7:20pm, they said - any minute - now is 7:33 and no one came

11th of November 18.00hrs and I'm about to order from here for the first time,fingers crossed

Second time I've tried to order with them and had my order cancelled after 20 minutes on Uber. Why accept the order then cancel and waste 20 minutes of someone's time. You ever had to deal with a hangry child?

Got two ten inch pizzas, two "portions" of chips and a couple of cans of pop as part of a meal deal and was really disappointed, it just tasted bland and even the pizza base was terrible. The chips were barely even a portion, basically scamming you with the meal deal as you think you're getting a deal and they just give you less. They are open late so I guess if you're really desperate, I'm just saying don't expect much 😂

Shouted down phone that the number I was calling from was withheld. I offered the number to the moody foreign voice but he hung up on me. I guess I won't waste my time or money on them again.

I ordered last night because it said you was open on just eat and website was open to ring 10 mins later to find your closed and said I would be refunded this morning but the order got accepted so I contacted the live chat and they have requested a refund for me but I've got to wait 3 to 5 working days not happy It wasn't even me who paid it was my friend so now we can't get tea tonight. Got nothing bad about your food as I love ordering from your place but I'm just annoyed this has happened

Food was cold and I found 3 hairs in my pizza.

If I could leave a minus review I would! Firstly the order was over 45 minutes after the agreed allocated timeslot of 30-45 minutes. We call to get an update as it may be busy. Told the driver was outside and had rang to get entry to the block. Turns out the driver was in another street so had to direct him to the actual address he stated he was supposedly at. I'd asked how much we owed to which the driver added an additional 4 pounds to the order which if my partner had not alerted me I'd of paid. We requested to check the food was hot and was not and then the driver got abusive. Continuously pinning my door open despite telling him I have a dog which I do not want to get out. I told the driver i was not paying for inadequate cold food and was abused further. After the driver left we were bombarded with messages from the company which we will follow up with the police. Owns tapkappi also as far as I'm aware but we shal see what the police have to say in the morning. 🙂

The food was horrible, service appalling just an all round bad experience. Do not recommend.

One portion of chips with curry was cold. One portion of "chicken combo" was missing 2 pots off source (THAT COMES WITH THE MEAL. Also missing a set off chicken mings. Did not inform us that they had ran out of chicken wings, did not inform us about FORGETTING MY FREE POTS OFF SOURCE.

I got a bit confused with a deal they were doing and they gave me free chips and a drink to apologise for their part in the Confusion and ensure I was a happy customer, very nice staff and didn't try to pull a quick one with me despite me having a few drinks, really nice people

Lucky to get a 1 star!! Food just got here worse i've ever seen i asked for a chicken kebab not just meat in a wrap. I.e dont like wraps so that went in the bin. And as for my bf burger not cooked proper and cold....NEVER GO THERE UNLESS YOU WONT TO FILL YOUR BIN!!!

Tried to order a Kebab from them last night and because they couldn’t locate my building they literally told me to piss off and good luck finding somewhere else, after I had been waiting outside for 15 minuets. Awful, awful service.

AVOID. If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered several times from here and received the wrong order multiple times. Last night I orderded, they forgot half of the order. I paid the £11.50 with a £20 note, the delivery driver gave me £5.50 change and walked off saying he will get the rest of my order later. On top of that the food will make you sick.

We get food from here a lot. But to nite we did our order. And it came stone cold. I phoned them to be talked to like I was lying. So we will never use them again.

Brought chicken burger after night out the chicken was of so I phoned to complain they put phone down on me so I phoned the next day to solve the issue but all I got from staff was verbal abuse like fat cow are barred so I wasn't happy so I went into shop with the food for them to say it is fresh and i said clearly not else wouldn't bring it back very rude staff place should be shut down its filthy will never eat from here again will be contacting health and hygiene.

I was working away from home on a nightshift and found the King Kebab on JustEat. I called up to place the order instead. I was working 4 miles away from the takeaway. The main man answered the phone and said minumum spend is £7. I then told him my order and he then said to me the minimum order is £15 to me as he not deliverying at a loss. I gave this shop 1 star as he told me £7 when i first gave the work address then told him my order which came up to just over £7 then he changed his mind trying to make me spend double and he was very rude on the phone.

Poor customer service, very rude staff especially when ordering food over the phone. On multiple occasions phone been answered and then been kept waiting on hold while you can still hear people talking in the background and dealing with something else. If they are that busy just don't answer the freaking phone rather than keep someone waiting. Very rude and unacceptable, teach your staff some manners ! A friend ordered some food last night and it wasn't that good. Not impressed. Will not order again for delivery. This take away is only okay when you out in town pissed and fancy some junk food and some banter.

Absolutely disgraceful excuse for a kebab shop delivered us chips and gravy exploded in the bag and just Donner meat and claimed it to be a kebab. They forgot our drinks and still charged us 15 pounds then refused to answer the phone.

They let us take over their Bluetooth system and play cotton eye joe, 5/5

DONT ORDER FROM KING KEBAB Me and my friend have just ordered some food worth £15 from king kebab, we ordered the food just after 12 midnight, and the food said it would be delivered at 2am, instead of knocking on the door or ringing us to say they were outside at about 1.30am the man was banging on the bedroom window, we didn’t get any message to say the food was on its way, the food was soggy and disgusting, the portion sizes were ridiculous for the price we made, chips weren’t cooked properly, so we rang king kebab up and explained that the food was soggy and wasn’t nice he was being very rude on the phone, and was shouting, we then said we wanted a refund and for them to collect the food, and all we got was ‘su*k my d**k, you little s**t, how about that’

Delivery was fairly quick, but the food was cold when it got here. Asked for a garlic bread with cheese and got a plain garlic bread that was like eating concrete. The delivery driver forgot the drink that we ordered, when they eventually turned up again, they delivered the wrong drink. All together, a thoroughly underwhelming and disappointing meal, would not recommend at all.

So I went on here at 1am and ordered a chips and cheese, I checked the bored and it said £2.80, so he told me the price (£2.80) I gave him £3.00 and just thought if he offers the change he can keep it, but he obviously presumed I was drunk and said 'yes that's the right amount' and kept my change. So I thought, that's rude but it's 20p so I just ignored it, but it's 1am on a Monday and he just scoops some chips out of the fryer (no one is eating chips inside) so I presumed they'd be cold. He added the cheese and when I got home, which was 2 mins away at most, it was stone cold, cheese was sat on top, not melted....! The food was cold and he took money from me! I will never be buying food from here again.

I had bad experience with customer service. No respect for customers. Time waisting, i know much better kebab shops in Lincoln then that one.

The base of the pizza was burnt the cheese was like rubber took ages overall f**king rank I ordered tango and got some cheap orange aid probably cost em 50p from aldi would not feed a dog it please don't waste your money hear

The pizza was lukewarm when we received it but it tasted fine and was super cheap. They also gave us a free bottle of Fanta that was 7 months out of date.

Pizza wasn't my favourite but my boyfriend said the chicken shish kebab was really tasty and it's also the first time I've seen him finish a salad because that was so tasty as well! Would recommend the garlic bread with cheese too. Generous portions, generous amount of cheese on the pizza too just not to my personal taste! The delivery was fast which is great considering I live in Ingham which is quite far out. Special mention to the delivery driver too who was really friendly, all the staff were great!

Very poor experience for a first time order, nearly an hour waiting, frozen chips not even cooked properly, order 2 chicken fillets but got 2 cooked chicken burgers, !!! Order a 16" garlic bread and got 2 small garlic breads, won't be ordering again

Absolutely shocking TBH, waited over 2 hours for our order to be delivered and chased them up about it multiple times, when it finally got here the driver was so rude and they'd missed out items from our order, and the food was absolutely disgusting anyway.

Absolute docker food ordered a donner kebab and it was freezing cold tasted like it had been left there for a good few hours wouldn't reckomend ever buying food from here let alone looking at the menu

Terrible. Said it would be 45mins, took 1 hour 10 mins to get to us. Two of the pizzas were on wrong base (think instead of thin) and wrong type of fish. No BBQ base on the other two pizzas. Didn't taste very good, toppings just fell off the base. Threw their menu away after.

The food is generally delicious: great quality and good portions. However!! Of the 4 orders I have placed them 3 have been incorrect, sometimes only in small items like the type of drink or fries specified ... but in my 2 most recent orders I have also received main meals which were completely incorrect: Spicy pork cannelow instead of philly cheese steak/ Gammon steaks with chips instead of peppered steak with cheesey potatoes. It's a good thing we're not trying to keep kosher!! Also, my last (and it may be the last) order took almost 2 hours to arrive, I live in central Lincoln and that seems quite an extreme wait.
