Placed an order tonight over the phone, clearly asked the guy on the phone to make sure it was right as last couple of times it's been wrong on delivery. Guess what delivered and wrong again, no sauce on burgers, chips soggy with no red salt or sauce, burger bun soggy, and salad about 6 weeks out of date, called up and spoke to a guy who said he was the manager, he told me to put the food back in the bag and he would send a driver back with a refund and collect everything. 2 hours later food still here so called back and some absolute gobshite answered said the manager wasn't there then told me there not coming back. Food was absolutely disgusting 🤮🤢🤮🤢

Not the 1st time they got phone order wrong and when you phone they say you never ordered what you said , wont be going back again. Gave benefit of doubt 1st time but happened too many times now maybe they need to take a look at who is taking the orders on their end

First time here this evening after recommendation from son in law. I ordered a large shish and partner ordered large burger with Donner. The portions were massive! Loads of lamb on mine, gorgeous. Could have been enough for two. Garlic bread hot and tasty. Will definitely return!

This place deserves -10★ it's is disgusting, my previous order came stone cold via delivery, so I phoned up to tell the staff and complain only to be told my ice cold food was warm even though it was ice cold by touch, I will avoid this place at all cost......

Phoned up, they lost my order twice and when I complained I was accused of disrespecting them when I questioned their competence. Absolutely dreadful service and attitude.

Been a loyal customer for many years food is great but will not be ordering again didnt receive cheeseburger with my order when I rang they where adament they sent it so either driver ate it or they've messed up either way Itcost me £6.70 for a can of cherry coke no burger no fries absolutely disgusting service

Disgusting boxes was dirty I asked for homemade chilli cause they said they make it themselves they sent bottled chilli Donna meat was really tough and chips was freezing and tough don’t go here I rang them up he shouted at me and put phone down rang back he put phone down again terrible attitude food was disgusting didn’t even bring my drinks

Just ordered 40 quids worth of food which is a regular occurrence in this house and paid 16.90 for a full house kebab it was the smallest kebab I've ever seen and the done looked like it had been cut with a pen knife or scraps from round the spit they was tiny pieces won't be ordering again

Great food at an affordable price

This is the second time that I have asked for extra mushrooms on my pizza and even stated at the end of the call when they asked if I want anything else, I just staed I want loads and loads of mushrooms and when I have received my food it's just a few mushrooms. This used to be my favourite pizza place but now its not.

I ordered really late they must have been ready to close and as a former cafe owner I know how tiring it can be but they still delivered most unreal food was hot on arrival and they even give us complimentary chips as they must’ve wanted food to go to waste which I think is amazing will definitely order again really good food.

Mistake order, girl on the phone rude and very unpleasant, very poor service by the phone and face to face

.Ordered 2 pizzas. Waited ages. Our door is really easy to hear from the living room and nobody had knocked. We then got a phone call to say that he had left because he tried knocking and nobody answered so he left it outside. I went outside and there was no food outside. We have a video door bell and we watched the footage back and no delivery had been brought to our house. When we rang the driver back he said "I did bring it there I've delivered there before" when I explained about the camera footage he told me to ring the pizza place directly. Rang the pizza place and they were certain hes took it to the right address (how do you know if I'm the first person telling you this problem and you havent spoken to your driver) just dismissed me straight away. I then explained weve got video footage from our doorbell which shows no delivery. He then huffed and said "fine we will send the order out again but it's going to be over half an hour because were busy". Eaten from here loads but wont anymore. Pizza and food is so lovely but not worth the service when you're at home hungry. Especially when you're being made out to be a liar. God knows where the dispute would of gone to if I didn't have video evidence. Also when our food finally came it was wrong.

I can honestly say that I have never had a bad meal from here, yet. They always deliver well before the given estimated time as well. I would have given five stars, only they never read the notes about not sending garlic bread (a member of the household has a severe allergy to anything from the onion family) so it is a race against time to get the bread bagged and binned in the purple bin when it is sent! A waste of our time and their ingredients!

Dropped my brother off for his tea here. He ended up coming back with some crank who was mental.

Order was delayed by 45 mins for it to not turn up. Tried contacting them but phone line constantly engaged. Eventually got through to them 50 mins later for them to argue the toss that the food has been delivered. Wasted 2 hours of my time waiting for food making me order from somewhere else. Don't order from these as they are a complete waste of time.

No dips, rude delivery man, no salt and lukewarm food. Honestly had such better at other places. The popcorn chicken was inedable. Edit: deliver man didn't check money, came back 20 minutes later DEMANDING more money.
