PizzaExpress Leeds Dock in Leeds

Been here twice now, and both times the service was extremely slow. The food was good, once it eventually arrived, but generally poor customer service. There were mistakes with the order both times too. Even though the place was quiet both times, staff just weren't particularly bothered. Will not be returning.

Visited this pizza express during a very limited lunch time period given by the school on a school trip. Had to rush out of the restaurant due to time but staff boxed our food to go very quickly and we’re extremely cooperative. Would definitely recommend lovely spot for good food :)

Food good, restaurant clean, service pleasant. We waited 45 minutes for our main course to arrive. They had a deliveroo order which got priority. Will not eat here again.

No better way to soak up the sun than to sit outside under the olive trees with a drink in hand and some good food! Simply put, they offer a great atmosphere along with delicious food and friendly service at affordable prices!

The restaurant was only half full , there were two waiting staff and two cooks. Initially I stood by th “wait to be seated “ sign and after 6/7 minutes I had to go over to a member of staff who was checking the orders to be sent out for delivery and ask if we could eat . I was after another couple of minutes before they came and showed us to a table. After 15 minutes of waiting for a member of staff to take my order (and listening to other customers who hadn’t received their food yet ) we gave up and ate elsewhere …..it appears that they don’t care about customers and their only focus was their online delivery business … terrible customer service

Waited over an hour for a starter and 2 pizzas, asked preference on egg and when finally arrived egg was under cooked and not edible. When trying to pay bill on phone waitress had set up another table number for our table. Food very mediocre, whole experience not good

We visited with three adults and three children. We had two people with allergies. It was quite concerning when the food was brought out the waiter did not know which dish was gluten free and attempted a guess before going to check. Also when asked for cheese with the pasta he never brought this over. One of the meals was wrong and we had to wait for a new one to be brought out. Ended up taking two hours for mains and children's desserts. Not somewhere I'll be returning!

Really friendly service..... top tip.... two can definitely share one of the larger pizzas! We tried the Barbacoa which we'd never tried befor... spicy pulled beef (really nice)!

Standard PE fayre. Was good as expected. Used a Taste Card but the manager put it through incorrectly and had charged us an Extra £2. When mentioned he got really stroppy and rather than just knocking it off started saying he couldn’t do it for various nonsense reasons. Real shame as the managers are usually pretty good. I guess this (and the fact he was really scruffy with holes in his jeans) is the reason he’s only managing this quiet out of the way branch. Guess he was just having a bad day but taking out on customers probably isn’t the answer.

Visited this restaurant after a trip round the Royal Armouries museum - the restaurant is just over the square. Good selection of drinks and pizzas, along with plenty of gluten free options. The staff were helpful and able to advise on allergens. Would visit again.

Staff member who served us was really nice and helpful Bolognaise was just Penne Pasta with a tomato sauce - Not very nice at all. Humous was nice with the Dough Balls And the Pizza was passable Bolognaise wasn't eaten so this was kindly taken off the bill.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Children provided with activity books and crayons straight away. No fuss was made to our requests to change some of the set menu - great! Five stars for use of vouchers - O2 FREE DOUGH BALLS & £5 Pizza. 4 stars for small portion of pasta for children's meal - still tasty but very small.
