Pizza Village Kingsbury in Harrow

So dump people there they gave us a meat pizza instead of vegetarian pizza. The girl is not accepting her mistake even. Please be careful don’t order from Kingsbury branch ever.

I WAS JUST WALKING PASS THE PIZZA SHOP, I THINK IT'S ROUGHLY TWO YEARS AGO. IT WAS FULL OF - FLAVOUR. I USUALLY BUY THEM SOMETIMES IN ALDI.

Great service, excellent tasty food!

Ordered 3 large pizzas through Uber. Had strictly instructed to put 50% cheese and more vegetable and to be well cooked. This was for a cholesterol patient. No one looked at the instructions. The pizzas were not even well cooked. Veggies were all shattered as if they are just handful on each pizzas. Not happy. Pizzas are still with us. Need to take it back and issue my refund please!!!

Sudbury branch is my favourite pizza spot..Kingsbury just as good. Their jacket potatoe special is also fantastic

Wanted to eat Paneer Pizza so after deciding between Pizza Hut and Pizza Village I opted for this one, but looks like it's was a bad decision. The pizza was not too good to write any good reviews..... Would probably avoid.

I have placed the order over the phone XXL Pizza when I went to collect they have given me an extra large pizza when I asked why they said “the lady who takes the order is new . Then I asked two dips of garlic sauce and refused to give asked me to pay for the second one because I have ordered extra large pizza.Im very disappointed ☹️ pizza wasn’t Cooked Well and thrown away ☹️

I ordered 2 large pizza’a they gave me 2 regular and put pineapple on the pizza when I didn’t order it. I don’t recommend this place and definitely not be going back.

Ordered a pizza it was delivered with all the toppings in one corner inedible. A pizza base with no toppings. I called to complain and was told it’s not their fault or responsibility. It was the driver who damaged the order and that I have to complain directly to UBER EATS who have not responded to the help section i have sent photos and emailed continually for 4 hours with no reply or refund . The whole system is ridiculous customer gets a pizza they cannot eat and pays £25.00 for it, whilst wasting an evening complaining to the delivery company with no refund .

ordered two pizzas from this place and i have to say IT WAS DISGUSTING PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD.. NO TASTE AT ALL. THE TOMATO GRAVY SMELT HORRENDOUS. I WOULD LIKE TO CHECK THEIR KITCHEN, I AM SURE I WOULD FIND LOTS OF RATS. THE PIZZA LOOKED INCOMPLETE.

Ordered 2 large pizzas for collection there were a few edits to the pizzas when ordering on the phone. Drove 20 minutes to collect them - the toppings were correct on both pizzas but they were both deep pan which was wrong. I ordered them both to be thin based. I told the lady at the desk and she said to wait for the manager. The manager came out and insisted that I did not tell him it was a thin base. He was rather hostile. He refused to make the pizzas again as originally asked as thin based and told me to get out. Very rude individuals. My gf ordered from them a few weeks ago via deliveroo and phone and the order was also wrong - she called just to let them know and the same dude barked down the phone to her. She cannot eat chillis and they were all over the pizza, we had to throw it away. They categorically do not respect their customers. Insulting.

Delivered piping hot & much earlier than expected. Food was so yummy - it's the 2nd time I've eaten food from here, so no fluke, both times were really nice. Will only get my takeaway pizzas from here in future!

Poor experience. I ordered online and they charged me double the price of what it should have been. When I went to collect, I asked them to refund me the difference and they refused. Extremely poor customer service. Will never buy from them again and will ask all friends and family to stop going there too.

I have ordered from here before and I didn’t have no problems with either the food or customer service But recently I have noticed I order, and the food comes after the delivery expected time and when you call to chase up the order they talk very rudely and hang up on you! I live literally less than half a mile away from the shop and they still take over 40mins.

Pricing model is okay but quality of product isn't good. Ordered 18" pizza and the base was only half cooked. And not piping hot. Needed to re-cook item in my grill once I got home. Don't think I'll be revisiting them again anytime soon :(

I regularly get pizza from here but from past few times, they don't follow the instructions given while placing order. Had prdered pizza last night, ot was horrible. The base was too thick and spongy and was all soggy. Had asked them to replace mushrooms with olives, that was also not followed .

Good simple food, but they notoriously deliver late. When I called to chase the order. I was told it is out for delivery without them checking my number or the order or delivery address.

It’s a shame that I am force to give at least 1 star in order to write a review. Well talking about this place, Last week I ordered a Spicy Vegeterian pizza and a portion of onion rings. The pizza was the most disgusting and rubbish pizza I ever had (no taste at all, very poor thick bread n poorly prepared) and onion rings OMG, I managed to drip a litre of oil from it. Worst food ever, will never every recommend to anyone.

Great Pizza relative to other pizza in London, good amount of sauce and cheese. Try a pizza with pizza with Tandoori chicken, jalapeno's, and pepperoni, very good.

My cousin call for delivery to pizza the guy who answer the call even can not understand english and he was so rude on phone my cousin said on phone let me come and talk to you. When we went over there we ask for who is the Manager there was 3 staff on counter rudely answer even they can not speak English very well don't know which country came from i will never ever go again

If you were feeling Pizza Hut or Dominos think again. These guys delivered the finest fresh pizza with great toppings and the base was just perfect. Needless to say I will certainly be recommending this branch to my friends and family and the Pizza was just sublime. I just want to also commend the service on the telephone when I chased up my order. They were accurate and clear about my delivery time when I called so absolutely nothing to worry about when it comes to service. This branch should be commmended and Dominos and Pizza Hut need to take a good look at themselves and these guys to benchmark their quality. Again many thanks for the high quality pizza.

Disgusting food and rude staff. The chicken wings were frozen and expired, the pizza topping cold and half done and the staff absolutely rude and unhelpful. I can't believe this place is still open the guy who gave me the food was cleaning his noise with his hands I hated it. First and last time I'm gonna waste my money there. I should report them for anti hygienic and dirty place .
