Our recent dinner at palmeyra restaurant Qwas incredibly disappointing. The food was cold, bland, and clearly rushed out, with ingredients that seemed subpar. The service was even worse . Overall, a terrible experience that left us feeling like we wasted our money and time. Avoid this place at all costs.".

My kids got very sick after eating here. have to careful about bringing kids, , especially for a birthday celebration.I had a seafood noodle they didn’t even clean the prawns specially mutton kotthu hasn’t any flavor. costumer service is very poor.ill never visit this place.

I ordered food from this restaurant for my daughter's first birthday last Saturday, but the food was not worth the money and I couldn't even eat it. Many of the people who ate the food said,they got sick.past three months I have been planning and dreaming about this day but They ruined my entire birthday dream. The customer service was awful.many people were very upset about it.i couldn’t even come out from the bad experience of this restaurant.I’ll never recommend this restaurant.

We ordered food for my niece's birthday party. The food was inedible. After visiting to our party, our guests complained about their food saying they felt sick. We were very disappointed. We were not satisfied with their food and service.When we asked the party organizers about this, he only apologized and was not ready to accept this responsibility.

🚨🤮‼️ Food & hygiene alert ‼️ I’m not a reviewer but we were stressed after having the issues.That’s why I decided to share my experience.We went for a family function last week.They ordered the food here.ThyMain reason for one star is one of my family members is severely ill as a result to food poisoning the same night we ate, and it’s been over a week now, he still hasn’t recovered and has been off work to recover. Absolutely shocked as he did say one of the chicken and noodles was a bit weird tasting on that day. My experience with Palmyrah Restaurant & Bar has been not a great one and we won’t be eating here again under no circumstances. palmyrah restaurant has organized (DJ,decor,photography food and drink ) the party but they were not professional organizers .the party was so boring and the food service was very poor.

We left after waiting for an hour and just getting a mutton devil curry, with the chewy-est possible meat ever, and lots of onions to fill the plate. The poor waitress tried to apologise saying that the restaurant was busy, there was just a couple sitting in the restaurant before us. Paid £ 20.35 for a mutton devil and two lassis with service charge included, the cheek of it after wasting our time! I was looking forward to trying this restaurant as I am moving to the area, I surely won't be back

If you want to experience the real taste of srilankan food, this is one of the best 👌 the cheff is really amazingly skilled and friendly staff. Real nice atmosphere and great prices as well.

The lady who answered the phone was so rude. She doesn't even know how to speak to a customer I didn't even want to place an order listening to her answer the phone with such attitude. Pls chnage ur staff . Absolutely no respect.

Food was OK but too spicy for me. Difficult to find parking even on a Sunday.

One star is because one of the curries was missing and the restaurant said they could not deliver it separately so spoilt a family meal due to not having all the food that was ordered. Pity as the food had been good in the past. But spoiling a family meal is really really bad.

I will give the best 5 stars to you because your excellent service and quality of the food. The spicy crabs delicious are still watering in the mouth.

I went there with a customer from Japan on Saturday 21st October 2023. We were physically forced to leave the restaurant by 9 PM though they were supposed to be opened till 11 pm. Not a restaurant run very professionally. Will never visit this restaurant in my life again. Such an embarrassing moment for me.

Food was freshly cooked. Portion sizes and prices were pretty good too.

As part of our meal we ordered a king fish curry which cost us £48 for 6 people. As Sri Lankans we know the max price of a king fish kilo would be about £10. Our dish had even less than 1kg of fish. This was the most expensive dish I have ever had in any Sri Lankan restaurent in my life. A real rip off and when questioned the management said fish price had gone up and also said it's worth £48 because their food was tasty. They say 1 portion in the menu is for 1 person. But they dont follow the same rule with other dishes. We only had 2 portions from other dishes we had. So it was something they thought we would not pick but once got caught they came up with the most ridiculous reason.

Food was delicious. Hot and spicy which we wanted.service was excellent. Very quick and efficient. Lots of varaity food selection. Veggi and non veggi. Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the food. Thank you for your service. All the best.

Foods are not that great... really expensive! The portion size are dodge with more onion. Almost all the side dishes are full of onion and will have very tiny amount of meats.

The food was amazing, mutton biryani 10/10. Would definitely recommend.

The food I bought wasn’t fresh at all, upon opening the packaging I could smell it. Every portion of prawns I bought were filled with onions, while I was promised 10 prawns per portion there were actually 4. I am truly disappointed and so are all my guests, I would not recommend any of my friends or relatives buy food from here. Terrible experience, definitely not what you want to happen on Christmas Day.

Very good tasty food, relatively good atmosphere. If you are organising a party, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO GET A WRITTEN QUOTE before the event. Don't go with the verbal agreement. With a simple unnecessary misunderstanding, I had to pay massive amount extra which was a shock at the end. Once the event is finished, we can't do anything about it.

Wonderful and warm place the parathas are the best to go with the butter chicken. Will recommend to go again as the chef is really good there.

Absolutely disgusting paid to sit downstairs was moved because if another party . Food we ordered we didn't get food wasn't suitable for young children had to go next store and buy chicken and chips

Nice place, friendly waitress, food was yummy. Little bit too oily for me but it was good. Only disappointing thing was the yoghurt, I don't think it was very fresh. 😑 Apart from that I would like to try the other meals

I went to bought a food that was £5.50 in the menu card but she costed me £6.50 I asked her why you charged me £1 extra she said it’s old menu card and we changed all prices but the menu card was there on the counter. What an actual ripoff that wasn’t good they are not loyal to customers…

(நிவாகம் தரமான பணியாளர்களை நியமிக்கும் பட்சத்தில் மறுபரிசிலனை செய்வோம்) நன்றி..

Very friendly staff and good food. They have a small party hall upstairs to accommodate around 50 people.. Ideal for a small birthday party or get together.

Poor service and sub standard food. The waitress had never served a day in her life by the looks of it. Half the food was cold. Dishes had no distinction between spices. L The rice seemed to have been sprinkled with uncooked peanuts and lentils (rocks). If the owners read this, I wouldn't be surprised if someone sued you for a broken tooth if you don't stop doing this! Also the upstairs appears to be some type of mosh pit / dance studio. If you're lucky you'll be able to play guess the sound track... Beware despite not having a bar and advising to BYOB they will charge you £5 per bottle (screw top!). Highly recommended if you want to insult someone.

Really enjoyed the food... Food came as we requested (spice level)... I went with with the family and the price was reasonable... The staff were friendly... The food took a little bit of time to come to our table but that may have been because it was a huge order... Other than that the place was clean and spacious... I would definitely come back with friends and family

Food was terrible, noodles was very salty. Over priced for what you get. Would never return. Very limited menu and they didn't have any fresh juice although on the menu.

We enjoyed the starter, main meal, fresh orange juice, lemonade and tropical fruit salad. Lamprice was so delicious.

New srilankan Resturant in Harrow in the Eastcote Lane. Resturant specialise in using finest ingredients from northern part of srilanka (Jaffna). They have parking outside up to 3 cars. Newly built place max of 40 seater with bar. Well decorated and you have function room upstairs. Yet to get bar license so liquor served and food was ok. Yet to get up running new restaurant they give you 15% discount for dinein. You can also order food in Uber eats.

As customer view point restaurants it’s not that great food and waiting time it’s too long food it’s not worth it and customer service terrible mean time I ordered mutton kotthu and fried rice it’s not too good they didn’t follow my notes it’s like both containers are same they didn’t mark anything so how can I find it which one is kotthu and fried rice absolutely bad service and I don’t want anymore this place thanks for the salty kotthu
