Great value great tasting food. Burgers and kebabs are best in town, chips are well cooked and taste fantastic, we order delivery at least once a month and have never had a problem.

We order take away for delivery. It is always here within the quotes time, always enjoy the meal. Friendly polite service

.....or at least more regular than our bank balance and waistlines are happy with. If the family want a mixture of pizzas, kebabs etc we usually get them from here because we prefer to be able to order online. I recommend you use their own website rather than Just Eat (if they are even still on it) because it is clearer and all their deals appear on it. My one gripe is that they put the toppings under the cheese on the pizzas. WHY?!? But because I often have a margarita or vegetarian it does not matter so I let it go. My family say the chicken kebabs are always nice. Our most recent order had particularly tasty chips so that’s always a winner with me!

Have not properly had food from here for probably 10 or more years. Used to be our go to place on a Friday/Saturday night when we came out of H20. This is when Braintree actually used to have places to go out for youngsters. Anyway I digress. Went on to Just Eat and of the local places doing kebabs/pizzas etc Pizza Town had the best scores. We ordered a variety of pizzas, kebabs, chicken and so on for the family. It arrived VERY quickly for a Saturday night. It was all hot. It all tasted good. Relatively good value. This is what you want from a takeaway so not much else to say really. All good!

Normally a really good takeaway and have ordered from here previously with no issues. I finished a 12 hour shift and thought why not treat the family so I went on their website to order to find they don’t take card payments!! O.......k bit rubbish but il go through just eat ask I didn’t have any cash on me. So I ordered and paid on just eat they quoted me a delivery time of 1 hour 25mins bit much but hey I can live with it. Once it got past that I attempted to contact just eat to ask where my food was to be told they had cancelled my order as they had no drivers. Just eat then made up loads of lies about how it could be because of the high winds or the drivers could have broken down. Very strange so while talking to just eat I got on the phone to the restaurant to ask if they were delivering or not?! Surprise surprise of course they are no issues, I even checked with the guy if they would deliver to my area and he said yes but there would be £2 delivery charge. So I informed just eat of this who didn’t believe me and called me a lier and that restaurants aren’t allowed to charge more than just eat or refuse orders, which when they finally called them they said they don’t deliver to my area. A complete was of time and money that I don’t get back for 5 days and these guys couldn’t even be bother to contact me to say they wouldn’t deliver. Never ordering from here again! Arrogant and rude and don’t deserve your custom. Go to chicken delight or best kebab house they actually understand customer service.

Recommended food and drink takeaway, you have to wait while it is prepared freshly for you but it’s worth the wait. We have visited several times.

Called up to make a order for the kids and family over £35 in the past they have delivered to my place loads of times and today they are like we don’t deliver to you looks like they pick when they want to deliver. Foods normally good. However looks like they have lost my Friday night order moving forward.

Over the course of the 5 years I have lived around the corner my friends,family and I have tried most of the menu x food is fresh and really well cooked, the staff are friendly and the service is quick. Remember to take cash as cards are not accepted x

We enjoy Pizza Town, sometimes the garlic bread base is burnt but on the whole we find it very enjoyable and look forward to it as a treat every now and again.

I like this place a lot, staff are friendly and treat you as part of the family and are flexible when you want to chop and change the meal deals. There is a lovely lady there who always smiles and it's nice to see that at the end of a busy day.

Totally rong order and when they replaced it, it turned up cold

Disgusting reheated chicken, was meant to be four pieces of chicken but was ridiculously hot to the extent we knew it had been reheated and not fresh also the few chips and onion rings in the box highlighted this!!! Shocking

We thought we would treat ourselves. (It being Christmas and we have cooked far too much food) so onto Justeat we went and clicked on the pizza town menu. We have enjoyed food from here before. So we ordered a Ham and Mushroom pizza (top top pizza) 1/4 pounder with cheese 1/2 pounder Hawaiian burger Chips Kebab meat with chips. Then we get a phone call. Asking if we wanted salad and sauce with our burgers (thought it was a nice touch) Delivery was fast. Food was hot. The free onion rings were tasty. All in all. Great. I recommend these boys 100%

Ordered a doner and chicken shish kebab. While the thinner pieces of chicken were fine, the thicker pieces were not fully cooked in the middle!

Food was very greasy, strange taste to the grilled meat that wasn't right.

Had to have a resend of the food due to both pizza's having no toppings on them. Instead the toppings were on the box.

Asked for no salad but with chilli sauce and got salad and no chilli sauce! I'll order a drink next time I'm hungry and a sandwich next time I'm thirsty!!!

Gave us the wrong drinks and the food size was wrong so there was quite a lot uneaten, but food tasted quite nice except the wrap; which was slightly burnt.

We normally have pizza but decided a change . Expected salad in the burgers at least for the price even though was on a special deal but all arrived with no salad . First time Iv been disappointed with the food from here . I'll stick to the pizzas in future

Ordered for 7:30pm and came half hour early. Luckily me and partner were in otherwise we would have missed the delivery. Was also really badly cut pizza.

Ordered at 8:40pm, got order confirmation through email explaining food would be delivered approximately 9:20pm. We didn't receive our order until 10pm... By that time I had contacted them 3 times!!! And excuse was, the traffic lights were causing traffic? We got a free bottle of coke but wanted to a refund due to poor service!!

Have delivered to us before in a village 3 miles away and decided tonight they didn't fancy it so said they didn't won't as too far and hung up!! WON'T BE CALLING AGAIN AND WILL WARN ALL AGAINST! We only went for this as a last resort as our local is shut for holiday. Previous orders have been disappointing anyway! AVOID!

Worst takeaway I've had they were late they burnt part of the food so phoned to complain they were polite on the phone by the time the food came we didn't want it anymore the driver was rude and the food was tasteless looks like I'll be ordering from somewhere else next time

Lovely pizza better then dominos or Pizza Hut . We've also had burgers before from here which where equally as nice . Would choose these over any pizza shop

Delivery was a lot quicker than the stated possible 50 minutes. The food was still hot, well cooked an very enjoyable I wouldn't hesitate to order chicken shish kebabs from here again. Overall a 5 Star service.

The food arrived reasonably quickly, delivery driver was very nice. Sadly - chips were soggy, kebab meat stringy and gristly. I don't expect five star cuisine from a kebab, but I also don't expect or welcome the very poorly tummy me & my husband experienced the next morning. Sorry :-(

The driver was absolutely miserable. Basically chucked my food at me and ran off; he didn't even say a word. The quality of the chicken was terrible. For some reason it was slimy and falling to pieces. Delivery time was good but, that doesn't really make up for appalling food and service. Would NOT order from here again!

I turned the delivery driver away for being late! Can I leave 0 stars? This is the first time ordering. and it is a weekday so I doubt they was busy! 20 mins late by expected delivery time and judging by previous reviews about delivery time and miserable delivery drivers and hair in the food! My kebab went into the bin after finding black hairs mixed in! ordered a small doner with salad and burger sauce and received no burger sauce and only lettuce! worst kebab I have ever had! when i started eating not only did i pull a hair from my mouth i moved some meat and see loads more hair on the pitta! husbands chicken was dry also! never will buy from these people again!
