Pizza Town in Ashfield

Ordered 3 x chicken and chips and an 8" pizza last night, took an hour and 25mins to be delivered. I live 10 minutes from the shop. Completely unapologetic about the whole situation. Disappointed in the service.

Pizza town has smashed it again. Seen on the new menu they have started doing kebab and I got excited. Every kebab shop I've been to in the past 5 years has low quality kebab meat and I've been hunting for the top quality kebab. I took the chance expecting the best as there pizzas are amazing and I wasn't disappointed. The meat is amazing and of high grade. Please don't even skimp on quality to lower costs as your food is amazing and worth paying for.

Worst kebab I have ever tasted couldn’t even eat the chips cus they was soaked in oil, staff rude and ignorant for £10 as well cheeky daft selling waters out of a multipack from Aldi

Easy to use online ordering and friendly delivery service. Really good value for money. Food well prepared, presented in quality packaging and absolutely delicious. It's streets ahead of my local service which is less than a minute's walk from my front door. Well down Pizza Town.

Chicken wings Black and unbeatable burger burnt not very nice at all

Took over an hour to come, pizza was greasy and didn’t have the stuffed crust that we paid for.

had to wait an hour, but understandable on a Saturday night. very tasty and fresh, huge amount of fries. Good garlic bread with fresh tasting dough. thank you.

Just phoned in an order then collected 15 mins later, hot n spicy stuffed crust 👌 it was really nice, temperature was good, really enjoyed it. Will be returning there soon.

Pizza town do the best fries in all of Nottingham. Burgers are also pretty awesome, but the fries are just incredible. Hot dog stuffed crust pizza is definitely worth a mention too.

ordered a plain pepperoni pizza and it came with jalapeño on and i’m allergic. didn’t get what i asked for. you had one job 😡 fuming

Chicken burger with cheese. No cheese, no salad, no sauce! Bland! For nearly £5. Paid less else where and got better. Save your effort with the new fancy packaging and concentrate on getting your food right! The two stars were for piping hot fries!

5 stars for customer service ! We noticed our order was missing a couple of items and an item was brought we didn’t order. Pizza town brought us our missing items super quick , and with no extra charges for the item we didn’t order. Pleasant and super helpful team, thank you! My favourite pizza around Hucknall !

Placed order on there website as it gave me the green when I put in my address then I get a call to say they wont deliver to me and may take 3 days for my money to return! Poor website management

Just had a lush burger from Pizza Town, they are using a different meat and you can really tell, it was yummy and now a fave of mine!

If you want a good service and fresh and best quality pizzas, this is the place to go to. One of the oldest takeaways in Hucknall and their burgers are amazing. Appalling, soggy cobs,brown limp lettuce the worst take out I've ever had , queried the price then got asked as to why I was arguing the prices I asked because I was being charged £4.70 burger/chips andd £4.70 just for a single burger,the food is disgusting,the customer service isn't much better

These Pizza's can rival Pizza Hut and Dominoes. They use the right cheese and what seems like fresh ingredients. Burgers are so so though

Now I’m going to be bias coz they supplied me fried chicken late at night when I needed it, but in all fairness, Iv been using this place 4+ years and never had a bad meal, the only time I would consider going else where is if they don’t sell what I’m after, and then to be fair id rather change what I’m after then going anywhere else 10* from me

We order from pizza town most Saturday nights and tonight we ordered phoned up after waiting over an hour and a half to see where it was only to be told it had already been cooked and sent out ages ago! Our food order went to the wrong address! Had a call back after they went to double check to say they will cook it quick and give some free garlic bread. I asked for a partial refund and I'll wait again for the food wouldn't do that so said I want a full refund the extra food would have only gone to waste! No keeping customer happy there or the best customer service! Ordered elsewhere! Check your delivery drivers know where they're going and what they're doing!

It's a shame I can't give 5 stars as the pizza was excellent as usual, but the chicken wings were old, over cooked and very tough covered in excess sauce to disguise the poor quality. Will order a pizza again but not chicken wings shame should be alot better.

Really lovely pizza. Super warm and accommodating when we went in even at 11.40 on a Tuesday (very different to top chef I must add). We waited and watched out food being cooked so know it was fresh! Pizza was nice and theres lots to chose from. Would recommend the 14" Square pizza if you're looking for a feast!

At first I dident like the food but the quality has got so much better

Both my pizza and garlic bread had mould on the bottom, unfortunately i had already eaten half of it before noticing so now just waiting for the inevitable food poisoning!

Just waited 50 minutes for the worlds crappest burger! There menu says, all burgers are served with salad, however mine didn’t have so much as a single shred of lettuce! When I called, I was told you have to order the salad separately.. funny that, each separate topping says 70p and the only salad topping I could see in the options was onion!! Why does the paper menu differ so much from the one on-line!? The chicken breast & bun tasted/looked like cardboard! The chicken only filled half the bun & the fries were the driest I’ve ever seen.. In fact the whole thing looked like it had been run over by the delivery guy beforehand!! When I called, I was offered an apology & the boss would have to call me back as he wasn’t in.. What a great service! Won’t be ordering from here again. If pizza is there only speciality, perhaps don’t offer anything else on the menu!

The food is so good! The pizzas are amazing. Would highly recommend the Bolognese pizza! I wouldn’t order a pizza from anywhere else since discovering Pizza Town. Customer service is always good and staff are really friendly. The food is always relatively quick also!

Have ordered several times from here and the service is less than consistent. Sometimes things are ok. And I mean ok not great. And others they are awful. I felt sick after the latest order and that was after the delivery driver messed up the order and had to go back. Will not be ordering from these again. Food was cold and for what we got we were ripped off financially.

Nasty cheap ingrediants...plastic meat... literally couldnt eat it... chicken wings were inedible.. cripsy coating and no chicken.... not worth the massive wait or the £25 bill for 2 small pizza with chicken wings... should have made cheese on toast...

Food took nearly 1hr30mins to be delivered. Not good enough

Ordered a takeaway with my family from pixza town and we have never written a review before ! But the food was delicious and the portions were fantastic ! We definetley reccomend this place and will definetley be ordering again !

Ordered at 19:04! The food is usually nice when it arrives... and I really do mean "when it arrives!" Ordering online is not the best experience, but it, "sort of" works... Finally, this time after 3 or 4 previous orders we actually got a confirmation of order email. We have had to call them in the past to see if our order has got through to them. Usually after a 45 min "wait and see" period. Because no confirmation email ever arrived before, we have called them to complain about this. ...anyway, our latest order finally arrived at 21:35. (Almost 2 and a half hours later!) I opened the door, and openly said to the person delivering it, that this order was very late. The delivery guy was very then very rude! and passed me the boxes and stormed off muttering something... and I clearly head the "f" word in there. Not ordering from here ever again.

Used to really enjoy eating out of Pizza town, but the past few months have been shocking food dripping with fat and grease chips where horrible. Probably won't be going there any more

First they started doing my double chicken burger with mayo on when I asked to not have any sauce on what so ever and then I would get the odd time having salad in aswell when I also as for that not to be on....now last week I ordered a hawian pizza it came and it was mushrooms with sweet corn which I don't even like so I arranged for it to go back and have a re delivery which I checked in arrrivale and it was the exact same pizza sent out so third time lucky I actually got what I ordered 3 hours later! But the pizza looked like something they had just mopped the floor with! And again tonight I ask for hawian pizza which I all ok but the other order I placed for the double big mamma burger with NO SALAD (as I don't like this) and asked for garlic mayo it came with salad on so when I rang up to correct this order the told me to just pick the salad off!?!? This was taking all of my sauce off so I explained I wanted another one sending which then I was refused and then to be told I'll have another burger sent out next week half price!!! No thankyou!!! Will deffinatly not be ordering from there EVER again they mess up there orders far to much and leave you disappointed when you've been looking forward to a weekend takeaway swerve this place!

Good food.delivery is a long wait at times so collection is better.

Pizza used to be delicious with thick crispy crust base. They've swapped now to using a pre-made bland pizza base and just put toppings on it. Taste very disappointing now. Lazy

The pizza here is really nice and they are generous with the toppings. Having used Pizza Town on several occasions I can say that you will get good quality pizza but service can be a bit slow and they don't deliver to the door. Instead, we have had to collect from the roadside.

Ordered Pizza and I was undercooked and tasteless. Chips had been undercooked and soaked in some cheap nasty version of chili sauce. Will not be ordering again.

Great food again. Second time ive ordered from the Pizza town. I love their fries and the stuff crust pizza is amazing. My waffles with choc sauce wasnt in the order, but as soon as I rang to explain the waffles were missing they came straight out to me!!! One very happy pregnant lady lol. My fiance told me about pizza town and its a great place to order if you want a variety of great food. 5 stars :)

I have had two incorrect orders from pizza town, the first time they replaced it and it took over 25 minutes to come back after waiting over 45 minutes for the original. The second time they were arguing on the phone with the manager saying I can't be arssed to argue with you what do you want me to do!!! NEVER WILL I ORDER DROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN! Rude!!!!
