Pizza Tower in Newcastle upon Tyne

This spot is amazing with great tasty food and a quick/cheap service, i was very pleased and I will definitely be going there. Never fails as usual.

Always first class food. Delivered before the time stated. I will always order food from them. A+++

The food was great but the delivery driver was incredibly rude and argumentative. I put an order through as cash upon delivery by mistake. I had back up cash but I went to ask if it were possible to pay by card. What followed was an incredibly inappropriate level of attitude.

Will definitely order again soon

Usually one of the best takeaways in town, but tonight it was inedible and went into the bin. Everything in the order was absolutely soaked in vegetable oil to the point it squirted out of the food when biting into it - it seems like the oil was far too cold when the food went in. Had this been the first time of using the takeaway I'd never come back, but I know they're usually much better than this. Very disappointing

The food is always great exactly what you order and the delivery is fast. I will always get my takeaway’s from here.

This is my fav pizza shop but I don’t know what happened last night. The kebab meat was literally tiny little scraps. The chips were that old and cold there was no Taity in them. Couldn’t eat them. Please change the chips back

food was dry and not very nice, hardly no base sauce on pizza or cheese 😕 the bread on pizza wasn't very fresh either

what a joke! for 2 8inch pizzas and 2 wraps ordered at 6.55 pm. delivery time between 7.40 and 8.00.. I leave 10 mins away from you! everytime a delivery is late should take a pound per minute a bet then delivery's come on time!

missing chips and garlic sauce's and the kabab was a bit crispy on the pizza but other than that it was ok

Annoying. Been a while since I'd been here and I wanted to give it another go but the food was extremely disappointing. Chips were soggy and tasted barely cooked, kebab meat was absolutely drowning in grease and wasn't particularly warm, probably been sat around for a while. Pitta bread that I paid for was missing. Waste of time.

food beautiful as always. but please sort your delivery driver out. she was screaming at me from the car to come and get the food. she wouldnt leave the drivers seat. I had to collect my own food from the back of her car.

Absolutely unbelievable, honestly you couldn't write it. Name a better takeaway, I'll wait. Up the pizza tower, big up 2024 you know the rules

Food was OK- though lukewarm on arrival requiring a few mins to heat in microwave. Food was delivered at 8pm even though delivery was supposed to be between 7.05pm-7.30pm. Normally never have such issues with Pizza Tower so hopefully this was a one time issue.

This came quicker than Hawking on his friends island. Absolutely stunning quality food as always.

Arrived spot on time & was piping hot the only complaint was very little garlic on Kiev pizza & garlic bread & the Kiev pizza was a thin base not a deep base

Been going for years love the place but forgot my chips last night with my burger only happened a few times but food is great

Pizza base not good. Ordered thin & it was like stale crusts of bread.

Food was cold . Chips were old chips and freezing Pizzas were cold no chilli sauce. Sent garlic instead. We don't like mayo salad was brown . Put it all in the bin .kids were foaming had to cook food after spending £34 on food . Rang up and complained they said they will do better next time. Been ordering for years. Will not be ordering again. Stay clear and keep your money better off going to the fish shop next door .there food is fantastic .just kids wasted pizza never gain

The wrong order got sent and they rectified this really quickly. Here is where it gets worse. because they wanted to get my original order to me they clearly rushed it, the chips weren't cooked and when I picked up the kebab the grease literally just dripped off it, and was unbelievably chewy, they still didnt get the order right as they gave me garlic dip instead of chili. All went in the bin.

Service can be a bit slow sometimes, but mostly it's very quick, the food is amazing every time, very consistent, and the workers are very welcoming.

Well food was early I should have knew when it said on way it wouldn’t be good. Chicken was far too thick and not cooked through. Shish wey a good vet could get that back on its feet. Chips where the only decent thing

Food was great as always and delivered ahead of schedule. However, I was rather annoyed that over 5 hours after receiving my food I was woken up by banging at my door, only to find that the delivery driver had returned claiming they couldn't remember if I'd paid or not!

Absolutely brilliant apart from the "curry sauce" which was awful, a tub of warm yellow water. Will absolutely order again but definitely not the curry sauce.

Food was all cold and soggy from being left to cool whilst wrapped up, curry was too thick and was obviously far too hot for the container it came in as it has melted itself completely shut and had to be cut open😳

Unfortunately they delivered the wrong order! It was amended quickly and the correct order delivered. The quality of the food has definitely dropped over the last year or so. The food is palatable but not as good as it used to be.
