Again let down by the lies Telling me 40 mins for delivery then getting it 1hr 30 mins later after me telling them it will go back if it’s cold So it’s warm and rubbery Chips hard and re cooked Will Not be using them again Worst pizza place ever

After complaining about my first order . The past 2 orders have been spot on .10/10

They marked it as delivered when it wasn’t. I have a fractured foot and had to go outside looking for it. Created a lot of pain for me

A real let down from what it used to be ordered a gladiator half new York the toppins just fell off the pizza and the gladiator had sweet peppers you get with the salad instead of jalapenos . Shame because used to be unreal ..

Ordered food for 7PM, left restraund at 6:50, didn't arrive until 7:35, driver called saying he couldn't find the address, after explaining where the house is he just sat in his car around the corner and expected me to go and get it which eventually I had to, after complaining to the shop on phone and asking for a refund they would not issue the refund as they couldnt guarantee we hadn't touched it but we're willing to send replacement food which they couldn't give a time when it would arrive

Ordered food to be delivered through just eat for 7pm, it left the shop at 6.50 and we got it at 7.35 but it wasn't delivered to my door my son had to go and collect it from the driver who was at the complete opposite end of the street and refused to drive to my house and deliver it. It was freezing cold when we eventually got it. Rang and complained but waste of time. They would have sent out the order again but I wasn't prepared to wait for another 30mins and to get it refunded the food would have had to be sent back untouched. Never again will I use this place, rubbish customer service.

Kabab meat was really nice but the rest was terrible I’m sorry but it was. Everything cold and needed to be reheated. Cheesy garlic bread without garlic, also maybe 1 hour if not more before this came out the oven to our door. Chilli sauce terrible, more like a salsa. £4 delivery fee plus service charge £32 for two meals. Never again.

Ordered online and waited until 15 after the latest delivery time, called and was told they were busy and would be half an hour. Food arrived just over 35 mins later and we were missing g part of the order and the 2 kebabs were cold. Usually good but tonight was terrible, will miss them next time and try another.

Poor quality food, had to throw most away. Arrived very late and food was cold! Tried to reheat some but not the same, very disappointed.

Ordered 2 hours ago still waiting. It was a big order and has ducked up the whole night I will be in to get my refund

Just visited for the first time after a recommendation from a fellow truck driver. Safe to say I will definitely be back here for food next time I'm parked up for the night. I had the Half Pounder Burger and a portion of chips and cheese. The burger has to be one of the best burgers I've ever had. It was so tasty and meaty. The chips and cheese was nice as well. Great place for food highly recommend it.

Took 1 hr and 25 minutes for a pizza and donner meat. Pizza was undercooked. Kebab was offcuts and cold. Chips cold. Ordered fanta, tango came. Rang them once to chase order, then reported them late and text correspondance, still took anpther 20 mi

the food from here is really good. The service and delivery is cool too. unfortunately on this occasion the driver delivered to the wrong address. they did replace the order. The orders are now give a delivery number if this was checked when the driver made the first delivery this would never have happened and we would not have waited 1hr 30 min for our food. Please get your drivers to check the delivery number when they drop off orders !!!!

we ordered a pizza 12" and kebab meat and chips and there was loads of it. couldnt finish it between us :) loads of cheese too which I liked

The food was piping hot and absolutely delicious. I don't normally leave reviews, but this place well deserved one. I will definitely be ordering from here again. I've never had a pizza that tasty in a long time. Thank you very much

25mims late - driver all smiles saying last driver forgot your order - not funny! - food cold- no sauce that was ordered and paid for! Very disappointing

Five stars is for the effort gone to for finding our hotel. Issue we had has been quickly resolved.

Waited over an hour and a half for delivery to be told it had been delivered but it hadn’t. Person on phone wasn’t very helpful and got told he would ring me back with updates and no phone call. Food eventually arrived not even hot I would say warmish and chips all soggy due to being left in the carton for that long from the condensation. First time ordering and won’t be ordering again

I asked for kebab wrap garlicmayo with separate chips got the opposite with chips in my wrap which is disgusting. Called them up and had no remorse on the phone going back tomorrow. But I wouldn’t recommend to anyone 👍

The order never arrived. After countless phone calls, eventually they stopped answering and i have had to claim my money back. Such a shame they have now lost our custom as we would order from here at least once a week. Wont be ordering again.

changed delivery time had to wait 45 minutes longer than they said, when food arrived food was Luke warm and a pizza was missing, delivery driver had to go back for it.

Food always nice. paid for two cheesecake, restaurant called to only one left opted for 1 and a refund from driver, no refund came with food and no refund after calling to question it. very disappointed as third time in a month we've ordered from these and this is a red flag for customer service. especially when we paid extra this time to try it out. lost faith a bit in this place , shame.

This slice was a great delight. It tasted if it had been hand crafted from the Pizza Master, himself. Nice smooth stringy cheese with a subtle crunch around the crust. A real nice tasty slice. I washed it down with a cold pop, the bubbles were nice and crisp and fresh. Finally, the chips had a sweet subtle crisp to them, almost double cooked, fluffy warm innards set the bar extremely high. It definitely filled the whole in my stomick, wonderful bite.

The food was amazing 😍, nice and warm. Delivered on time and the driver was so nice and polite♥️ appreciate their work!

I ordered the meal deal that had two 14 inch pizzas and I got to say that its one of the best pizzas I had in newcastle. The best part is that they got 20% off when you order from their website 👍

Ordered 2 mixed wraps chips and some other items but we’ll after an hour my order turns up with 2 wraps with 4 bits of chicken in each no kebab meat When I called to let them know after 15 minutes of trying to get my point across they told me to ring mealzo as that’s where I ordered so I did by the time I got through to them the food had been sitting 30 min so had went cold mealzo had to contact them for me to get a refund but then they lied saying food was all good etc etc so now I’m out of pocket with no food over incompetent greedy people avoid it’s real not worth the hassle and headache I’ve been coming to Kingston pizza for years and it’s my last as they must have sold up and new people have taken over at some point

Food is always good. Shame it is never delivered in the required time. The app regularly shows as delivered when it is still in transit. Really frustrating. The quality of food it great. If they got the delivery sorted it would be a brilliant service. Unfortunately they repeatedly let themselves down with the terrible delivery service

Kebab was lovely. Pizza was nice. Even though it was thin base , still a little too much bread for me ( but that’s just me) their chilli sauce was excellent. Would definitely order again.

The reason why pizza toppings are called toppings is because it's meant to be on top. Every topping buried under the cheese

opted me in to SMS marketing without my consent (GDPR breach) and then was charged to opt out...

We had to pick up our order ourselves as they didn’t have a driver. Simple mistake but they didn’t inform me so I was under the impression my food was still on its way. My partner went and picked the food up and said the customer service was apologetic and did give us a slice of cake and pop to compensate. Overall food was great but just need better communication on any technical issues.
