I ordered the meal deal that had two 14 inch pizzas and I got to say that its one of the best pizzas I had in newcastle. The best part is that they got 20% off when you order from their website 👍

Ordered 2 mixed wraps chips and some other items but we’ll after an hour my order turns up with 2 wraps with 4 bits of chicken in each no kebab meat When I called to let them know after 15 minutes of trying to get my point across they told me to ring mealzo as that’s where I ordered so I did by the time I got through to them the food had been sitting 30 min so had went cold mealzo had to contact them for me to get a refund but then they lied saying food was all good etc etc so now I’m out of pocket with no food over incompetent greedy people avoid it’s real not worth the hassle and headache I’ve been coming to Kingston pizza for years and it’s my last as they must have sold up and new people have taken over at some point

I ordered cheese chips with curry sauce. I waited for 30 min and received super small portion without any curry sauce ( I noticed after I got home). They taste awful. Won’t buy from there again. The worse £5 spent ever

Ordered on just eat and never got the food when I finally got to speak to them 4 hours later they said it was a issue on there end but they still marked the order as being completed so the money was still taken.

Waited 1hr30min rang shop food on the way driver said he's just left the shop pizza was cold don't order from here absolutely shocking service since it has been took over will not be using this place again rang owner he said he will refund me then he hung up on me

This was my family's fav place for pizza since new people took over it's not same . What a shame.

Waited nearly 2hrs. Different order arrived to what we ordered. By time the driver got through to the shop and clarified why they sent what was sent the pizzas had gone cold. And the free garlic bread advertised when you spend £15 or more has now changed to you have to request it or it won’t be sent apparently. There is no option on the website or app to add a free garlic bread. No apology and a bit of a snappy man on the phone. Used Kingston pizza for 20years without issue but suppose all good things must come to an end.

Everything was astonishing We enjoyed although it is my first time of this shop.

I’m guessing there has been a change of ownership as tonight’s order was not up to usual standard. Pepperoni pizza was okay. Gladiator pizza advertised to have meatballs and spicy beef but only had scraps of spicy beef, no meatballs. We rang after an hour of no food and they said the delivery would be with us within 10 minutes. We waited another 40 minutes before calling again and we were told the delivery was on its way. We then waited a further 20 minutes. We refused to pay full price due to the wait time. I appreciate businesses can get busy, but 2 hours waiting time for 2 pizzas and chips is ridiculous.

Omg the food is so good, from the sauce to the chips, pizza and kebab. Some of the best takeaway food we have had in many years. The staff are as friendly and welcoming as ever and I sincerely hope they stay in business for years to come

Used to have no complaints about this place but we ordered the 12 in chicken and sweet corn only to have it arrive 2 hours later with a slice missing we were in absolute shock at the site so called up and was told 50% off next order but now they are blanking my calls so clearly customers and customer service doesn’t appear to matter to them at all

I was stuck for a late night delivery option, so tried a google search & it brought these guys up. A bit apprehensive with ordering 1st time. I got the 10" Kiev pizza with additional ham & green pepper. Cheeseburger and chips. Portion of chips is huge, burger filled with plenty of salad & the patty is really thick. The pizza thin crust topping is huge & piled high with ingredients and cheese. I Couldn't fault anything even if i tried. Deffo on my favourites' list and will be using regularly. Also the delivery driver was nice & friendly & chatty.

This place is great, I use to order all the time. I don’t order anymore because you’ve placed a minimum order amount on Uber Eats, I only order for myself so now I have to go elsewhere. Would appreciate if you dropped this minimum order as it stops me ordering with yourselves. - highly recommend if your ordering for more than 1 or don’t mind buying extra for the sake of it.

Donner kebab with salad and garlic sauce was delicious and very generous portion. Definitely recommend.

Wouldn't even give a 1 star! Just been hung up on and spoken to like a bit of dirt on the floor! As I was missing 2 items in my order worth 2.50 so enquired about it and making out I'm lieing!? Yet the delivery driver said they ran out of dough and have done double the delivery's as usual? Absolute disgraceful from the guy on the phone never go here!!!!!!!!

Visited the area before and used Kingston Pizza. The food is awesome and the people in the shop are friendly. Would definitely recommend you try them.

Awful, absolutely awful food. Food came and it was cold as ice - pizza was 3/10 at its best, no flavour, BLAND af! Now let's talk about the burger.... Absolutely freaking disgusting man. I wouldnt even give it to my dog... It was crusty, dry, bland, it was horrible. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNTIL THEY LEARN TO COOK THEIR FOOD WITH CARE. Thanks.

We have used Kingston Pizza many times and only ever had one issue which was dealt with politely. We haven't ordered for a while but decided on one tonight. Although food arrived quickly, drinks were chilled & driver was polite these are the only positives. Pizza (although hot) was soggy and cut into random size slices, pitta bread was dry, chips were dry & kebab meat was warm at best. Needless to say we haven't finished any of it and we're all feeling very disappointed that our get together has ended up with us making our own food. If this is how food is being made now we won't be back.

Soggy calzone, big sloppy mess and lumps of cheap tasting ham, two of us were sharing and neither of us could eat it. Complete waste of money.

Expensive for what I had and got but nice

Picked up a couple of pizza's, they were piping hot, and stayed hot until we got home 20 mins away, they went down a treat. Excellent service by staff. Would defo use them again.

Always order from here as the portions are decent and the price is good value for money especially the meal deals. We live a bit out the way and most of the time the food arrives hot which is great as this is not always the case at other places.

Hands down the worst chicken wrap I have ever had! 2 tiny bits of chicken 1 piece of shredded lettuce and some onions . No sauce in the wrap, It may as well have been a plain empty wrap, and dry old chips to top it off! First and last time I will use this place.

Excellent meals with lots of choice and great value for money. Pizzas are exceptional with plenty of delicious toppings. Friendly staff are always helpful. Also overpaid one of the drivers on a recent order and he was so honest he came back to query it. Can't recommend highly enough 🙂

Ordered chips and pop and took nearly 2 hours to get here and when called up and asked said that it's only "chips and pop do you know what I mean?" As if it was an excuse. Chips tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in months and the chips were stone cold by the time they got here. Wouldn't recommend at all.

The guy on the phone was rude and unhelpful, the food was late and the chips were cold, the lady left the food on the doorstep which would have been fine, if the bag didn't have a hole in it meaning the food touched the floor! disgusting customer service and I won't ever be ordering from them again, I wouldn't be so angry if the guy on the phone had been nice he was so rude!

First time using this place for food and we most certainly will be ordering again! Pizza was much better and tastier than usual order from other well known place & kebab was enough for 2 people. Very plentiful indeed! Food arrived hot and well packaged, was delivered within 40 minutes and delivery guy was polite and friendly. Fab service all round, would definitely recommend Kingston Pizza's!

An extended visit to the Toon and an almost inevitability that thoughts would turn to kebab. I’m trying to be careful where I spend my money these days and, after a previous great experience, it seemed obvious I’d look to KP. I called up. No min delivery spend so I ordered a Donner kebab and fries. Friendly delivery driver dropped off my food which arrived hot (not warm). On close inspection as I plated up I was impressed with the quantity of meat. On even closer inspection (masticating furiously) I was impressed with the quality of the meat. A win-win. Delightful.

My husband and I live in Cyprus, but are visiting my son in Kingston Park. On Thursday night we phoned in an order and were told it would be ready to collect in 17 mins! It was there ready for collection spot on time. In addition to the pleasant smiling staff I was handed a Christmas card....hand written...wishing us a Happy Christmas! What an absolutely lovely gesture to their customers. Every credit to the hard working staff who not only provide lovely food, but are thoughtful enough to think of their customers at this special time of year, in a special, personal way. Make a mistake everytime, either wrong drinks, no drinks, wrong sauce or no sauce. Who ever is in charge of this part of your menu needs sacking! Food is lovely but missing off drinks and sauce is just irritating and it's everytime I order.

Ordered online at 7.30 told an hour on the app. 70 mins later rang the shop and told left shop and won’t be far away, 90 mins since order placed rang shop and told left 10 mins earlier so already been lied to so wasn’t happy but told will be given big discount. 15 mins later order turned up, driver told us she had just left the shop so had been lied to AGAIN, but was told no charge for order! Great but order was stone cold and the order was wrong!,! Rang up shop to complain, even though got delivery for free it was stone cold and the order was wrong, got passed onto who I can only assume was a manager who just repeated they had been very busy that night and in the last we had no problems with delivery...... great thanks, that helped a lot, customer service lacking, food freezing cold, order wrong lied to more than once.... not a way to run a business

The pizza and the kebab from Kingston Pizza is amazing, this is our go to place even when we have a pizza place 2minute walk from our house. The staff are amazing, they are extremely friendly and love dogs! great people great food.

Sus pizzas son buenas aproximadamente el 99% del tiempo. Me acabo de dar cuenta de que han comenzado a agregar un cargo por servicio, como si la carga del delievery no fuera suficiente. Creo que los consejos de sus conductores van a sufrir a causa de esto. Es una lástima, espero que quien lo posee tenga un replanteamiento ya que esto solo sacará dinero de los bolsillos de los conductores.

Excellent place for quick late night kebab takeaways. Everything was delicious. We tried the Donner Kebab, Mixed Kebab, Chicken Kebab and Chicken Nuggets. Got a free pop drink (2L Diet Coke) for purchase above £24. The place is a bit hard to find. Except for the name board, there are no ways to spot it. There is a single door entrance and a small bench to wait inside. The menu is available online and in-store on the wall. The waiting time was quite reasonable, my order was ready in less than 15mins.

Pizza was decent enough but if I order a meat feast I expect more meat than a few shabby bits pepperoni

Ordered food, special kebab, pizza chips garlic bread. Pizza chips and garlic bread spot on however kebab was spot on till they forgot to put sauces in. Rang up and they brought sauces within 15 mins. They also brought more kebab so it was hot.

Very disappointed, first and last time ordering here. Garlic bread was burnt and dry. Mixed kebab was mostly greasy, nearly cold Donner meat. Not much of other meats. Chips were sweaty.

Work at the airport and these guys are always helpful to deliver for me. Foods always great Good price!

Really nice pizza, however when you ring up to order they struggle to understand what you want to order which can be frustrating. But the pizza's are really great.

Pizzas normally take about 45 mins to arrive they are average nothing special and a bit pricey for the taste

Absolutely delicious food, we had shish kebab and mixed kebab. The shish was beautiful and tender and the chicken was just melt in the mouth! Can't wait to order again
