Pizza Time in Hyndburn

Ordered on line tonight and got an email confirmation,waited an hour but no food arrived,phoned them and was told they hadn’t got the order,so we went to Zorba’s instead,recommend you do the same😡

Ordered a tray of Doner and chips and only had want bite of doner and vomited it up the taste was horrendous I am a regular customer and hate to complain but this time I had to so I rang up and explained to them about this no one cared about the fact of this and said well if he’s eaten it we aren’t replacing it and I said I can show the tray just down right rude definitely would not go there again and would recommend zorba’s Up the road as these guys would probably offer a replacement or some kind of compensation for this horrible meal

Ordered a Pizza tonight at 1700hrs & told it would be 40 mins. At 1800hrs, I rang to see where it was & was told it was on its way. At 1810hrs, I again rang & was told this time it was just leaving. No apology was offered so I cancelled the Order. At 1815hrs, the Pizza eventually arrived & I refused it.

Good quality service and food. I would definitely use again.

Orderd a donor kebab. Horrible. The meat was like rubber so they sent me a replacement and it wasn't any better. I'd give this one a wide birth.

Delivery good food hot but I found curry a little too salty.

Pizza base burnt Chicken good Samosas soggy as the salad was piled on top making the pasty slimy. Delivery late as per time, but can live with 10 mins late. Delivery man very polite.

2 Chicken Sub meals and 2 Apple Pies ordered. Chips not perfect, but the meal didn't disappoint!

terrible totally ignored my request. the donor kebab was soaked in grease to the point that the paper it was wrapped in was saturated in fat. will never order from here again😡

Food was Lovely and piping hot but would suggest not putting onion rings in a polystyrene container as they went soggy but apart from that very pleased with the meal and service

Large order placed, arrived a little ahead of scheduled time. Food was hot, tasty and great value for money. I could not recommend Pizza Time highly enough !!

Food was disappointing for the price

My chicken and lamb on my kebab was burnt to a crisp dont think I will be ordering burnt food again..

Good good , expected time was an hour after order for a kebab , expected some wait , but it was 45 minutes late on top of the hour , restaurant 8 minutes from house

Food was horrible, curry gave us stomach cramps. The only good part was the cheesy garlic bread.

I ordered a chicken tikka and it tasted like it had a full pot of salt in it! It was so salty I couldn't eat it and don't even get me started on the poor excuse for a naan bread.

Cheesy garlic bread was dripping on this occasion and the grease even went through the box... however was still delicious after a little pat with kitchen roll

Usually very good with a good delivery time, this evening had to call twice to find out where our food was. Finally arrived nearly 2 hours after we had placed our order. Food was good quality as always so no complaint there

Not good samosas missing could not find many King prawns not worth 8.50 will get pizza in future as these are much better

Clean and tidy offers fast food good service and can deliver your orders to normally with in 45 min .

Excellent timing and food was great!! Highly recommend.

Will never eat here again everything tasted of one thing....grease no flavour and the lamb donner didn't even taste of lamb, teaspoon worth of salad and naan undercooked. Such a shame as you do a wide variety of foods.

Absolutely shocking food! Lettuce was old and brown and my sons chicken was black inside 😷 Called the restaurant to resolve the situation and got nothing but abuse!

Absolutamente comida pésima. . Era de color marrón. lechuga y mis hijos pollo estaba negro dentro! Él amordazado al comer!Llamé a personal no tan agradable para intentar resolver la situación, que terminó en nada, pero el abuso! Aparentemente no tienen un director a hablar y el colega por teléfono básicamente culpó de su colega y dijo que no todo el tiempo, así que se negaron a hacer nada! Nunca más me voy a pedir comida de vez pizza!

Quick delivery food was excellent

I Asked for salad on my kebab it it didn't come With any and the chicken and chips in the box were Soggy, in the past food from pizza time has been Good but tonight wasn't great so maybe they were in a rush and the food left in the boxes to long, I must appreciate that I could have ordered from Closer takeaway so maybe my fault as not close to home and had to travel for Delivery

Order was late and was given just a 9" margherita, but I actually ordered a 9" Hawaian. The jacket potato was as hard as rock, so inedible. Extremely disappointed!

waited an hour and half, asked for NO salad on samosas yet it came covered in brown lettuce! used to order a few times a week but standards have dropped won't be returning

Food was cold and cheese gone hard on pizza, chicken over cooked dry and tasteless. Bit of a let down, will look elsewhere in future. Delivery was 25mins late but that's no different to most takeaways these days

Went to order and collect a pizza. Ordered the pizza and within 10 mins it was ready. So far so good. When I got home, which is only 5 mins away. The pizza wasn't cooked properly. The base was doughy and not crisp. It was lukewarm. Threw half of it away. Disappointing and a waste of money.

Ordered a takeaway after a night out on Saturday and I gave them 20 pound when my order came to 11 pound something. Then the driver gave me 3 pound something change and I asked where the rest of the change was and the driver imitated my voice and got back in his car and drove off. He took advantage because he knew we was under the advantage of alcohol!!!!!

Poor all round, waited 90 minutes for cold food. Rang the restaurant to find out where my food was they said 5 minutes. Half an hour later it arrived. Won't be using again!

Pizzas toppings had slid to one side on one pizza. Pizzas didn't taste great. Bit greasy and heavy. And large portion of chips was a little bit bigger than a small but only just.

Food was over 2 hours late. Will never order from here again. Avoid at all cost.

Don't like being charged for delivery wen I spent 8 pounds on a take away i use just eat a lot for my take away not anymore ripoff

the food from pizza time is always top quality, its the best takeaway in the Accrington area by far, and usually delivery is pretty swift as I only live a mile up the road, but last night it took almost 2 hours for my food to turn up. This is not usually the case and does only happen rarely with them, but by time the food came I wasn't really in the mood for it anymore.

Food came in time and was hot and tasty. Some items missing though.

Pizza arrived 15 minutes after estimated delivery time and was nearly cold I was gutted because the last pizza I got from there but collected was amazing. Think next time I will collect it

These baked potatoes are amazing, loads of filling. And they're cooked perfect. Great if you're watching what you're eating. Will order again in the future :)

Orded food at 18.25. Told be here at 19.20. Got to 19.35 i rang they said it the driver has just set off ( i live 5 mins away) got to 20.00 i rang again to say if he had set of it wud be cold now they said that there just making it now be there in 15 mins food didint avrive untill 20.35 very very very poor service

If you're looking for a decent kebab, burger or pizza. This is the place to go. Food always warm when delivered, very rarely does something get missed; i.e. Garlic sauce.

Arrived very quickly! And food was fab.

Disgusting what I got. Asked for a jacket potato with tuna beans cheese! I got it with tuna with so much mayo it was unreal didn't even ask for mayo was hardly no tuna mixed with beans it was horrible! Also took over 1 and half hours to deliver! Never ordering again. :)

Soggy chips, best place locally for pizza but ordering by phone sometimes results in me being delivered something i didnt order and dont like :( 2nd time !

Chips had no salt or red salt but everything else was spot on!!

Food very good, although I found £7.50 for a large mixed kebab expensive

Arrived about half an hour late & wife's chicken kebab was luke warm even though the takeaway is only about a minute away. Hers also didn't have the correct sauce on. Will stick to the new zorba in future as they are similar prices but you get more for your money 💰

Ordered a chicken special kebab. Only got the chicken no donar meat. Very disappointed. Always order from pizza time.

The food arrived Hot. And was on the whole nice. However the two items with prawns were in dire need of the prawns being de-vained. Also it states orders over £15 come with a bottle of drink. However our order of £19.50 arrived without. But otherwise a nice takeaway

The only problem I have is that I ordered a banana milkshake and never got it

like the food here always good and hot when recieved, they have never missed a delivery time in all the years ive used them.

Second time ive ordered chips had a strange taste as did the chicken.

Always good service, food delivered quickly. Fresh and well priced. Well worth a try for pizzas, kebabs, burgers and more.
