Pizza Time in Hyndburn

Was late. And delivered a mushroom pizza instead of a garlic bread. Had to wait another 20 mins for the garlic bread to turn up while the rest of the food went cold. No apology or offer to remake the order g

Because it was late the salad had wilted a lot. Obviously been wrapped up for a while.

I didn’t collect this and wasn’t refunded very Disappointed only just realised that they did this I called restaurant to explain that I didn’t want the order as soon as I put it through so they didn’t cook anything!

First time ordering and certainly not the last!! Food was piping hot, the portion was an amazing size, curry was on point. Just amazing!

Large kebab wasn’t large at all ordered food at 9:30 got delivered at 10:50

Pizza time has always been a favourite place to order from but just recently seem to be a little unimpressed 🤷‍♀️

The food got to us barely warm and the chips were soggy, my pizza had hardened and the gravy was practically brown water- no thickness nor flavour.

Probably one of the worse takeaways I’ve ever had the misfortune of eating from. Really poor pizza base. Poor, tasteless toppings that all tasted identical. Had a slice and a bit off each pizza and it went in the bin. Waste of money. Absolutely gross.

The food came late and cold also didn’t have the sauce on the food we asked for. When we rang up the guy on the phone was rude and basically was saying we was lying about the food being cold and late. It’s a joke how this company is even allowed to be on justeat

Curry was terrible, 2 mouthfuls and in the bin it went, and the curry leaked in the bag, everything was covered in oil.

Chicken tikka masala didn't taste anything like masala! Just tasted salty and bland.

Never really leave reviews but had to with this takeaway! Amazing food and was delivered early. They also chucked in a free bottle of tango. It was our first time ordering but it won’t be our last!

Burnt shish meat, soggy donner meat, I will never order from here again

Too greasy and not much variety of meat on mixed kebab... mostly donner and one piece of everything else

Food was late, took 1hr 25mins, a time of expect for a weekend but not a Tuesday evening, when it arrived it was cold, the donner meat just seemed to be the little scraps left over, still the best garlic breads around

Mixed kebab was ok... the other food we ordered was ruined because the juice drink with the kids meal leaked all over the food, the chicken burger and pizza ended up soggy

Ordered on line tonight and got an email confirmation,waited an hour but no food arrived,phoned them and was told they hadn’t got the order,so we went to Zorba’s instead,recommend you do the same😡

Cold, chicken burger was awful!! Brown inside couldn’t eat it!! Too late to ring back but would never waste money again. Also sent a text at 7:16 to state it was on the way rang at 7:40 to check where it was and they said won’t be long and it was another 20 mins....

my order came earlier than expected which I didn’t mind. when they forgot to put the donner meat on the pizza I rang and within 15 minutes they had delivered a tray of donner. couldn’t apologise enough will be back again soon

No complaints about the quality of food but part of the kebab was missing but this was soon rectified via the just eat advisor who contacted the take away and they agreed to refund the amount of the missing meat off the kebab. Although this little hiccup happened it won’t stop me from ordering from here again.

Late and food was cold. Apparently the driver had been to my door and been turned away by a woman, which is impossible as I'm the only one in the house. Won't use again.

The food was cold and not edible, we waited nearly 2 hrs to throw it in the bin.... ☹️ 3 special kebabs nothing special about them.

Food wasn't top drawer, but it was okay, chicken in the kebab was moist not dry which is a super plus, definitely recommend that, onion rings were soggy and not crispy, bit of a disappointment there but overall the meal was OK. The delivery driver on the other hand was very courteous and polite

Food was cold paper bag around my kebab was ripped and wet meat was falling out naan was wet Pizza box was battered and pizza was cold. Very disappointed shame because it's usually quite good from here. Not sure if I'll order again tbh

Ordered a tray of Doner and chips and only had want bite of doner and vomited it up the taste was horrendous I am a regular customer and hate to complain but this time I had to so I rang up and explained to them about this no one cared about the fact of this and said well if he’s eaten it we aren’t replacing it and I said I can show the tray just down right rude definitely would not go there again and would recommend zorba’s Up the road as these guys would probably offer a replacement or some kind of compensation for this horrible meal

I have been eating at Pizza Time for 12+ years and every single time it has been nothing short of perfect! the food is always hot upon the fast delivery and the guys are always pleasant! The food there, in my opinion, is the best out of surrounding takeaways too - keep it up :)

The burger was dripping in grease which made the burger bun soggy way to much grease coming out of the burger. The chips wasnt the best but was ok good delivery time tho ordered at 10pm came at 25past

Extremely quick with delivery. Everything was piping hot and very delicious! Driver had forgot the bottle of Pepsi and asked if we were ok to wait for it whilst he delivered the next order to rishton (was completely fine with us) but he popped back to the shop to pick it up and delivered it right away! so big thumbs up for customer service! will definitely order again as everyone was very happy with their food.

Had to wait 80 minutes anyway due to it being busy. Food did not arrive at specified time. Tried to call them - 15 times - to ask where food was but the phone was constantly engaged. I ended up driving there to pick my order up. I’d ordered it at 8.55pm and finally got to eat it at 11.20pm! They didn’t even seem to bothered either! Not even a free bag of chips or bottle of pop thrown in as way of an apology! Another man arrived to collect his order as I was leaving - had ordered on Just Eat and had encountered the same issues. Not good.

All perfect as usual except my drink was out of date! Milkshake dates April so that wasn’t too nice to taste!

Drinks where wrong. Chips undercooked and garlic bread freezing cold and rock hard.

The naan bread was nice and fresh, the donner meat was delicious and the chicken tikka was fresh and really tasty and I'm big pieces too which is good. The seekh kebab was really tasty too. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Will recommend to all my family and friends.

Fair enough they delivered in the snow. But that's the only good thing I can say. Cheap ingredients very poor quality. Only ordered as dominoes wasn't delivering. Lots of us so we all ordered different things. Pizzas were tasteless and greasy. Nasty. Kebabs were awful. Meat was dry and tasted horrible. Rice tasted greasy and horrible and old. Curry wasn't nice, he didn't eat it. I made him a sandwich instead. Real waste of money. Will never order from here again. Most of it in the bin.

Best pizza and garlic bread I've had in ages!

Both pizzas had been held side ways as all the toppings had slid off, the cardboard box was soggy due to this, the base of the pizza also soggy due to this!

Food arrived late and cold the tub of garlic sauce had opened all over the bag which covered everything in sauce!! It went in the bin!

Food took over 1hour, pizza overcooked but at least it was hot. everything else was just lukewarm. Chicken burger was very oily - too oily to eat. ended up in the dog. Must be an off night as everything from service to delivery & food are usually great.

Paid for spicy beef as an extra and there was none!

Food was hot but the driver forgot the 1.5l of coke, I rang the takeaway and the driver delivered the bottle after we had already finished eating. The pizza wasn’t correct either

Tried delivering part of the order nearly 2 hours after order. Driver bad attitude. Used for years, last couple of orders terrible. Never again.

Rang when 1 hour late and was told it was 10 min away. Now add 45 minutes and it finally arrived. Poor service.
