It’s very extreme good pannier pizaa

I ordered a pizza and a bottle of Pepsi I only got the pizza and the pizza was burnt, tough, not cut, absolutely shocking service I will not be ordering from here again!!!!!!

Ordered of foodhub and they delivered the wrong food phoned up and told me I'm a liar and got told me there to busy to sort it out very nasty on the phone foodhub phoned owner and they told them that a replacement was being sent but nothink received

Was thrown by two employees and hit the floor outside cutting open my arm making it bleeding an they did this to a teenager who has got autism and ptsd

I have ordered from pizza time for at least a few years, always been tiptop. I ordered this evening and was not informed at all about the new management, however I ordered my original meat and chips with mint sauce, the sauce came bright green (which fine if it tastes the same whatever) however it was so strong and green that it completely ruined my whole food. I rang and explained I had even paid £5 for delivery and I couldn’t eat it. This ‘new management’ said that’s on me because 90% of the custom love it.. 😂 I can assure you that isn’t the case and I’m almost certain their trade will drastically change due to poor management, customer service and the food I received - poor food.

Used to be good Ordered 2 kebabs, both mixed. One was delivered wrong, ordered kofte and received lamb shish Both kebabs only contained about 3 pieces of lamb and 3 pieces of chicken, horrendous value for money, will not use again.

Driver delivered the wrong pizza. So I rang and told them. Someone spoke to me very nicely over the phone and said I will send the right one in 10 minutes. I explained to the guy over the phone that my kids were hungry as the delivery took over an hour and 30 minutes when I am only 20 minutes drive if that. So leave it.the person over the phone said he is sending that as it was their mistake. The driver however comes and starts talking loud to my 15 year old daughter saying give me the previous pizza back. So she said its half eaten but I will get it. He than said to her why did you eat if it was wrong. So I went to the door and told him what I said to the guy over the phone. He than starting raising his voice and said the same thing to me. I told him to keep his voice down. He than started muttering and went. What an awful experience. Never again.

I made a late delivery for pizza time after work and it was amazing they still delivered to me, food was really fresh and tasted amazing thank you all

UPDATE !!! Food has been spot on since this old review won’t go anywhere else now best kebab in town Ordered at 8.30 food arrive at 9.30 cold soggy and pizza was like rubber rang and let them know so they sent it again 25 minutes later food was still only lukewarm , won’t be ordering again kids had too be in bed for half 9 as they have school tomorrow but as they hadn’t eaten had too leave them wait up for the hot pizza so now I’m sat here at 11 pm trying too get three kids too sleep for school in the morning . Won’t be ordering again food would of been nice if it was hot

Was late ordering Friday night but still got charged the same price, food was awful, chips under cooked & kebab on my burger was terrible!!! Never order from there again

When paying nearly £10 for just the wrap personally I think it should be a pretty substantial wrap not the stingy waste of money I received last night felt like I’d been ripped off when I saw it

Its the worst place in town for time keeping or forgetting orders or excuses. I can't believe it takes 1hour 45min to get me a pizza and chips. Come on I live 7min drive away. So pore. Food has been nice when its actually been cooked and delivered in 30min ish. But it don't happen often. Overall one star is being generous.

Ordered 16 pizzas & 5 chips for a work get together.. Service was great, pizzas were delivered a little earlier than expected but was a bonus.. everyone thoroughly enjoyed. Will definitely be ordering again...

I rate it a 3 because I went there last night and they were ignoring me and my Mother to get a order out of my brother and they didn’t have pizza or milkshakes! What a shock!!

It's such a shame that this place is not as good as it used to be. The boneless box was one of our favourite things to order but now it seems like they've just gone around the corner to Iceland and bought it from there. Especially the chicken strips that now have no flavour whatsoever. This coupled with a sharp rise in prices means we will probably not order from here again. More money for an inferior product. Like I said, such a shame.

They delivered the food to the wrong address and told me to pay twice for a replacement.

Usually good but lately they have been rejecting orders because of an unknown postcode even though they had the address and I never order unless I am house sitting or babysitting so the postcode isn't always known.

Guys will do all they can to take care of you, and if you're a regular and a bit short on cash they're happy to accommodate. Food is good too!

Absolute s$€t don't accept card payments made to wait outside in the rain when the place was empty. Would not recommend to anyone.

Late delivery and poor service 😢 Another busy day for pizza Time!! Food was rushed and very messy food was edible but beans were cold from the sausage and chips!! Sausage and chips were nice Girlfriend had vegetarian burger which vegetables were hot and very messy aswell! Cheese sticks were over cooked and one had no cheese at all! Very poor service but delivery guy was nice and rushed off his feet! Delivery was 2 hours wait so if your looking for lage food you know where to get it

Terrible service. Waited 2 and a half hours and food still not arrived. App said 45 mins. No apology and gave directions twice. Now trying to get a refund but no one answering the phone....

Heard good reviews so decided to try. Waited 90 mins for delivery not an issue but when it comes you expect it hot and ready to eat not have to put the oven on and heat it back up yourself.. is that hygienic probably not

First time I have ordered from and it will be the last. Possibly the worst takeaway I have had. It took 50minutes for delivery . OMG so salty !!! I had chicken kebab meat with chips ,salad and mint sauce. Salad is lettuce and red cabbage and the soggiest chips ever .Definitely first and last !

Had our first food tonight from pizza time but it won't be the last it was delicious the chicken was tasty but not greasy and the chips my partner had was crispy I had curly fries and they were gorgeous everything was hot and delivered within the time they said. Will definitely order from here again.

Avoid. Ordered via Foodhub, got quoted (and paid) for delivery at £1.50. Guy turns up and demands £8 or no food. Foodhub were useless in sorting it too, having to dispute with the bank.

Stay away from this place had food from there tonight very poor would of had more in a kids meat I had chicken and chips and iv never had chicken so dry from anywere and husband did want donner meat and chip and he ended up with the last bits of donner and chicken as they didn't have new donner meat ready and cooking at 7pm will be sticking to our normal fast food place from now on as we don't end up sitting on the loo after having food from them

New website is misleading on delivery time! Last 3 times iv used them it's been almost an hour past the 35 mins they have said!.. one time I rang up someone said it had been ready for a little while just waiting on a driver to turn up?.. so guessing theyexpected me to warm food up?? Apart from this the food is really nice..

Ordered this evening and we waited 1h30 for our pizza to be delivered. When it arrived it wasnt warm anymore. My husbands pizza had black burned tomatoes on there and all our pizzas had hardly any sauce on it making the pizza unenjoyable. I called and said that my husbands tomatoes on the pizza were black and burned and I was told that it always happens because the tomatoes are dry... If it happens all the time then either put the tomatoes on after it's cooked, or don't offer pizza with tomatoes on if they always burn. I wouldn't sell pizza that was burned. No one enjoyed their pizza and it was a waste of money.

Never had a problem. Food usually delivered in under an hour, always hot, always tasty, usually a free bottle of pepsi too, can't complain. Particularly recommend the three cheese or spring pizzas. Obviously longer wait time during peak or busy hours, and obviously (you'd think) there is the possibility of running out of items during peak times such as after a night out, but such is life.

Following a lovely night out in Haverfordwest, we decided to end the evening with a kebab & burger. Pizza Time lured us in with a busy crowd & promise of good food, our keen interest was instantly questioned when on entry & order the staff had no stock of our chosen delights. Ordering a burger was seemingly a simple task however on receipt of the burger they forgot the cheese! If, at the end of the night, you would like a simple & affordable dinner please don't be lured in to the falso promises of Pizza Time, Haverfordwest .

Tragic! Ordered a takeaway from here last night for the first and last time. Girl on the phone was rude and cocky, she got the order wrong when it came, we called back and explained, we could hear her speaking to another man saying it was our fault! then she said OK we'll sort it, the driver came again with the missing items trying to charge again! When I refused to pay for what I had aready paid for he said I couldn't have them? So he left with them? JOKE! I won't persue this as . . . Well what is the point? I would probably speak to the same girl again! Thank god for Google reviews!. Please avoid.

Ordered meal called to see what time it would be delivered told they had called five or six times then told to many houses to find us then hung phone up on me poor service

Take out is usually OK but delivery times recently have been up to 90 minutes and we only live a 5 minute drive from the restaurant. Food is also usually lukewarm on arrival. It's a shame as the pizza is nice and good value, delivery used to be very fast when it first opened.

Food 2 hours after we ordered. Missing one whole part of the order so one of us was left without any dinner. Said they tried to call to tell us about this, however we had been trying to call them for 40 mins to find out where our food was and we hadn't missed any calls. Awful.

Had a great menu seating while you wait for your food to come eat in or takeaway food was excellent had the pizza with extra anchovies and olives very nice well worth 5 stars

Visited pizza time while camping in pembrookshire with my family, ordered pizza and chips with great expectation, thought pizza was bland and chips not the greatest to be honest was charged more than the menu price when I questioned this the reply buy pizza team member was I don't know ?

I have had many take aways from here! 9 out of 10 were lush. Normally their food is amazing but once I received a really poor meal! Since then though they have improved considerably! A great choice when your hungry and cant be bothered to cook!

Very nice chips and really good calzone. Well recommended after a night out or for a takeaway.
