Tesco Cafe in Pembrokeshire

The service was awful, the toast wasn’t warm and the butter was like rock, they gave my friend wrong order, gave him veggie breakfast, the bloke who brought his breakfast needed to learn customer service, the tables hasn’t been cleaned, we waited for 30mins for our breakfast and they said that our breakfast will be at 10 to 15 mins so we had our breakfast late, not happy at all with this cafe and the service, will never come back to this place ever again,

They didn't know what they were doing reading instructions off a sign and did it wrong. They need to be taught how to use a blender because the ice was still chunky.

I have been to well lets say a few of these, "generic" service stations,supermarket Cafe's. The Tesco Cafe in Pembroke is in my experience well above the usual standard. Great food and service all at a price that's not trying to rip you off because price's are going up.

Ordered for delivery. Took an hour to arrive (not the driver's fault!) and the portions were pitifully small considering the price. Soggy food, overcooked, bland, overall sad. Should've just put something in the oven.

Positive friendly staff that greeted everyone with a smile. Food prepared quickly with quality ingredients very tasty

Waited 45 mins for breakfast looked like it had been warmed up for days by the time it arrived, items were missing off the plate and no butter for toast, there was not even an apology or the delay most definitely won't go there again.

Went in a few days ago for lunch, the bacon was cold and hard, as though it was left over from breakfast, the rolls were warm, coffee was freezing. Won't be going back.

Had cooked breakfast which was 8.00 pound and we couldnt eat it it was cold and the sausages was over cooked and cold the beans were like yesterdays and they told us that we had to wait as the cook fresh we waited 15 mins for food that looked like yesterdays

Some food items were cold, but friendly service.

WE WENT INTO TESCO'S CAFE AT PEMBROKE DOCK we had a bacon sandwich which was very bad no taste to the bacon not much of it or bread we won't be going there again
