Pizza Time in Torridge

Best kebab house. Rarely eat them but when we fancy, this is the place we would only ever use. The main chap and colleagues are so friendly. Chicken shish, meat moist and cooked superb. My partner loves to have a little doner meat with it (reminds him of his youth probably 😁). Lamb shish never has chewy bits in it! Hence I’ll always keep to that. Fresh salad and chilli sauce. This time a pizza for our daughter. Perfect treat, especially when all the other takeaways are so poor. They deserve the business. Thank you for providing quality and service!

Waited 1hour 10mins for a delivery of pizza and cheese burger Phoned after 50 mins and she said it has just left It was cold lettuce in burger was slimy and chops like cardboard pizza hardly warm

We ordered our pizza through just eat, not only did it turn up sooner than the app said but it was one of the best pizza I have had in years

This review relates purely to pizza, and chips. The chips are the standard takeaway chips: French-fry style, and they were typically good. Hot, crisp and nothing untoward. Portion size was about to be expected. These chips were GOOD. The downside is they came in an expanded polystyrene box, which really needs to stop. (These things were bad for the environment in the 70s, there is no need for them now.) The pizza topping was OK, and not unpleasant (I ordered a flaming hot). Taste was good, nice and spicy. Pepperoni was sparse though, and not particularly flavourful. I also don't recall any spicy beef on the pizza despite what the menu describes, so maybe issues here. What let this pizza down is the base. In my honest, brutal opinion, it tasted like the base you'd get with a cheap frozen supermarket pizza. Really. I won't say what I thought at the time because it might unduly call the place into unfair disrepute, but the base was not nice at all. Things they could improve on: Sort the pizza bases out. I don't know how to do this (I'm not a chef), but it really needs to happen. Especialy with a dedicated pizza-based competitor within falling distance. Also, there's a spelling mistake on the wall decoration. See if you can spot it next time you're in there ; )

Took an hour to deliver, lukewarm and lettuce was disgusting..brown. Chicken burger over cooked and bone dry. Have had good deliveries before but going downhill with each order wont bother again.

After a very drunken niggt what cohld be better than a huge amount if food, layers of chips, cheese, donner kebab and then chicken kebab ans even more chreese over the top.Comes in a huge tray that could feed a large family so we didnt finish it all as there is so much food!!!Only bad point was that it took ages to get delivered

Had a delivery from here to our caravan park we stayed at in westward ho, delivery time was good and the food was lovely, kids enjoyed it too

We ordered a range of pizza's as we were a party of 10. All arrived piping hot and were very good. A 40 minute wait from when we ordered was very good as well.

had a pizza from here in the summer 2018 really fresh and tasty lots of toppings and it wasn't soggy like pizza hut. give this place a go if your on holiday...

Ordered a large combination kebab ( chicken and donnor ) and the mrs had a large chicken kebab, food was hot and tasty and definatly better quality than any of the other places in town, i will definatly be returning !

Delivered to our caravan on site in good time and the food was brilliant but be warned, the chilli sauce is lovely and hot.

I ordered a 10" margarita, with a bbq base I added tomato and red onion for a extra £1.60 there were a couple of chunks of red onion, and about 4 HUGE chunks of tomato. May I add that I'm a vegetarian and there was meat on my pizza!! As I got this delivered I couldn't do anything about it. My other half asked for a chicken sandwich and got a chicken wrap we also ordered a large cheesy chips with our order and they were cold baring in mind we was waiting a hour for this. Disgusted and will not be eating here again.

nice staff , clean place , and lovely pizza , we had a 10" cheese and tomatoe pizz which was throughly enjoyed .

we had a kebab & a burger meal tonight. ABSOLUTELY HIDEOUS! We thought we would have a change from our normal kebab shop down the road... I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! Cheap, burnt, flavourless crap!

Had take away from Pizza Time - the food was amazing - freshly cooked and really tasty A the staff were fantastic - would highly recommend - thank you 😊
