Super pizza, right amount of doughiness and get the char just right.

The bases were nice and there was a lot of cheese but the toppings lacked flavor other than salty. The restaurant was rammed but the food did come quickly.

The best pizza place in London! Literally went there almost every week for a year while living in the city. Huge thank you to Dragoș, Anna and the whole team for a wonderful service and welcoming atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back and looking forward to the pasta place opening.

The pizza itself is divine. We had the Di Parma, Florentina, and Buffalo Margarita. The service was lovely and the atmosphere was cosy and warm.

The pizzas are delicious, the service is super friendly. The best of the best.

Pizza was good! But the main thing was service, Anna was absolutely amazing and so sweet! The service was excellent! You should truly value an employee like her. She made our evening so much better!

Pizza so good I went there twice on a trip to London. Delicious,savory, and fresh ingredients - also with a lovely classic italian movie decor inside with good service. They have nice specials along with a Mars/Snickers bar calzone which my boyfriend enjoyed thoroughly. I tried casa tua down the road, had to be the most awful pizza I’ve ever tasted. We swore we’d only go to Sophie pizza from here on out

Fast service, large individual pizza and fresh ingredients, very delicious, pleasant atmosphere, lowest prices of the pizzerias in the area. We recommend it!

Excellent pizza at a very reasonable price! Lovely dough, good produce used and made by Italian's, not in the slightest bit pretentious, so what's not to like!?! Our party ordered a few different toppings and all were well received. The pizzas are pretty big, so you'll need a decent appetite to eat a whole one. The Mars Bar Calzone was fantastic, a real treat. More seating and Toilets downstairs.

What a great pizza Master! I tried the Four-cheese, the special on the board. And, a classic Margherita. The crust was picture-perfect, the specialty cheeses flavorful, perfect tomato with a fruity aroma. The tiramisu was an excellent ending for a true Italian evening.

First visit here and I'll be back in a hurry. Amazing Naples-style pizza, closest thing to being there I've tried yet in London (and I've tried a lot!) - light dough, paper thin in the middle with a good bouncy/chewy crust, a little charred around the edges. Toppings were also delicious (tried a Bufala/Margherita and a Piccante, both brilliant). Service laid back, simple, easy going. And excellent value for money. Go go go!

Best Pizza I have ever tried in London. I had Bosco and my husband had piccante. We both loved it. Tiramisu was also delicious 😋

The pizza is surprisingly good I have to say! I didn't expect much and was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was very tasty and the burrata sooo good! The place is not very big so expect queues at busy times but 100% worth it!

Went because of the recommendations, not a lot of pizza choices, nothing with chicken. Pizza was average place is tiny, our waitress says we could pay with cash, and another came and told her off that no cash allowed.

Very tasty pizzas. Very good price. Great attention from the staff, especially Gana, the Ukrainian waitress who served us.

Everything very good and very good. The starter, perhaps in our opinion, was wrong, because we ordered a toast with tomato and goat cheese and it came with spicy chorizo. Perhaps lack of understanding of the language. Otherwise, everything is great!

I am a big fan of Neapolitan style pizza ! However few places offer really good authentic one and this place is one of them! The only criticism i would have is the toppings could be a bit more generous 😂😋

This is in response to your reply, firstly I DID NOT ask to be seated on my own on a four seater table, that is 100% NOT what I asked when I came in your restaurant and stating that in your reply is just a flat out lie ! Again just to reiterate, I DID NOT ask to be sat on a 4 seater table on my own ! What I did ask was to be sat at the 2 seater table next to the one the waitress suggested, which was free. The reason for this was so I wasn’t sat right next to a couple that was on a table next to the one the waitress suggested. Again, just to make it perfectly clear I DID NOT ask to be sat on a four seater table on my own. When I made this very easy and reasonable request, this is when the attitude of the waitress totally changed, as I stated in my previous review when my pizza came, the waitress basically slammed it on the table and was openly rude and miserable towards me from that moment on. This is the reason for my bad review, to the management of Pizza Sophia maybe you should employ staff who actually want to be there and provide good customer service and not respond with untrue and sarcastic replies. I’ve been here many times and its always been very good, however tonight was very different. The pizza was good as normal but what let it down was the terrible attitude of the waitress, I would say she was openly rude just because I asked to be seated at a slightly different table. When my pizza came she pretty much slammed it on the table and throughout my meal was unpleasant and miserable. This puts me off ever coming here again, I suggest to the management that they should employ staff who actually want to be there and make their customers feel welcome. My advice to anyone considering dining here is to avoid and go somewhere where the waitresses actually treat you with a warm welcome.

Fantastic pizza this place is absolutely well worth a visit.

Popped in here for a pizza recently. Nice venue and good location. Unfortunately that's where the compliments end. The waiter got our order wrong and then when a replacement was provided it noticably did not have as many toppings as my freind who had ordered the same and it was practically thrown in front of me. While the Pizza is OK it is incredibly overpriced for what you get. I would personally not return to this venue.

Had a quick dinner in this amazing place and really loved , the pizza tasted incredible, exactly how an Italian pizza should be , the pizza cottura was perfect, I’ve ordered a margherita with buffala cheese , and extra ham , I absolutely loved the tomato sauce too ! Definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to visit again !

While the pizza is delicious, the attitude of the waitress was terrible and the coffee was cold.

We had two pizzas: Margherita and marinara. Both really good. The place is quite small, but has additional seating space in the basement. We weren’t allowed to go there though. Staff is polite but a bit lost sometimes. The place accepts only card payments.

The food and the service was great. Highly recommend if you want a pizza. Really enjoy the crust on the pie. My burrata was only on but I didn't go there for that

A very good place with delicious Neapolitan pizza, there are a few details that you can complain about, but they do not spoil the quality and good taste of this place Despite the heavy traffic, they accommodated our group of 7 people without any problems, even though the lower hall was closed The place has a typical Italian atmosphere I definitely recommend coming here and enjoying this great food

A delicious, high quality Neapolitan style pizza with a light, fluffy base and just the right amount of charred crust. Yum! Great value for money. The only downside was the jalapeño peppers, which were a bit too tart for my taste. Overall, a satisfying and tasty pizza. I'd rate it 7.5 out of 10!

We were regular guests during our London trip, salads and pizza were super tasty and at a fair price. Sharing pizza is also no problem

Service: Food was good but service was very poor. Between eating our starter and eating our main, we waited for about 40 minutes. Everyone else in the restaurant, even those who arrived later than us, had finished. We asked about our pizzas and the waitress was unhelpful saying “yeah they’ll come” with no time estimates. The waitresses were rude otherwise: not coming to check on us and making us feel like we were a burden whenever we asked for anything even like asking to pay. We removed service charge (which we never do) and waitress looked confused, didn’t say anything and just left a new receipt and card machine on our table without another word. Disappointing to say the least, will not be recommending this restaurant. Atmosphere: The door to outside was also consistently left open despite it being a chilly evening. Many customers had to put their coat on so we ended up asking if it could be closed. Also, the tables are all very close next to each other. Despite this, mid meal, the waitress in an attempt to squeeze in more people, moved our table practically next to someone else’s. We felt like we were sitting with them, not alone. It’s a shame as despite good food, the service has dissuaded us from coming again.

Denied our party 3 separate days in a row. Said there wasn’t enough space but there was clearly room for us both times. Go to Valencia next door for better prices and quick excellent service.

We stumbled across this gem of a restaurant one Saturday evening.I’m so glad we did. Authentic food which was outstanding. Excellent wine recommendations. Fabulous!

Washrooms are second only to Japan. Within London they're the best washrooms I've used. Food is great. The service was also great. They were very attentive and took extra care due to my food allergies. Price is right. I have nothing bad to say about them. Excellent !

Amazing pizzas both veg & non-veg and delicious tiramisu. I would go there again for sure.

Just good, just good, just cheap

Pizzas here are top notch. The base is good, tomato sauce is good, quantity of topping is good, and that it's cooked to a point there's slight blistering on the edges of the bread makes these pizza delicious.

Good Neapolitan pizza, nice, unique topping combinations, nice salad, friendly service, very relaxed atmosphere around 6pm, filled up by around 7pm. It was easy to make a reservation by email.

After waiting for a prolonged time for our pizzas and withstanding the guy waiter's rude attitude, they served us with pork options even after telling them we're non-pork eaters. Normal pizzas.

What a perfect spot for a quick pizza! Crust is thin and crispy and delicious and 2 pizzas for 3 of us was plenty. Great cozy spot.

Wonderful pizza and tiramisu here last night. It's a cosy place, so expect to be sitting closer to other guests (we like it, it gives the place a real atmosphere). Staff were friendly and service was quick and efficient. We did not feel hurried at all, and enjoyed a lazy walk in the sun to Kings Cross afterwards :)

Good Neapolitan-style pizza. Little, cosy restaurant with cool décor (one extra star for the Ian Dury's New Boots and Panties! Poster, not something you see every day in a pizzeria) and quality background music. Not exactly cheap, but it's central London. Attentive and friendly service.

The atmosphere and decoration are nice. But the rest is really not up to par! I had a Neptune pizza with very little toppings and no taste! The staff is not welcoming, the wait to be served is long and the sorting is not respected at all, a shame (glass bottle thrown in the trash bin, glasses wiped with paper towels, etc. ) a real awareness to be taken both about cooking and for our planet.

We went to this pizzeria following the very good reviews on google but it was a big disappointment. - low pizza quality - service very long. - no recycling: they throw the glass bottles in the regular trash. - all glasses wiped with disposable paper towels.

Stopped in on a rainy evening to indulge in some delicious pizza 🍕. I started with the house salad, moving on to the 4 cheese special with pepperoni added, and concluded the meal with the Tiramisu. The service was attentive and the food was promptly served. I hope to stop back here the next time in town.

Truly excellent pizza. The dough is hearty but not too crispy. And the cheese is just knock-your-socks-off delicious. Caprese salad was an excellent starter, and the service was very friendly.

Excellent pizzas, very good value for money

It just takes a couple of minutes from ordering to have the most delicious fresh pizza in front of you. Properly puffy crust with a nice bit of char. Definitely somewhere that I'll be looking to return to.

A hidden gem 💎! Pizza Sophia is just great ! Excellent Napolitan style pizza . Pizza is very tasty and big . Customer service is great. Barbara is very friendly and helpful. The antipasto is highly recommended. I would definitely go back to this place . Wine from Portugal was very cold and refreshing!

Excellent pizza, welcoming environment I repeat what I already wrote years ago, the place hasn't changed but after all it was and is fine as it is, without unnecessary pretensions but with great concreteness and quality.

Small pizzeria in central London, 10min walk from St Pancras. The food is great and the staff is very friendly. It's one of the few restaurants in this street and it's quite small so I would recommend booking a table in advance.

This was the best pizza restraunt in London for me.

We were on the way home and wanted to quickly grab something delicious for dinner for the hotel room. Since my girlfriend was hungry for pizza and Pizza Hut wasn't an option, the only option was the restaurant. Definitely the right decision! The edges are super crispy and the topping is super tasty. Of course the prices are a bit much, just flax fast food and handmade and also London, you have to keep that in mind if that's too expensive for you, you should go to McDonalds. If you're looking for handmade pizza, this is the place for you!
