A warm and relaxed spot to people watch, read or book or quickly eat and go. I went at lunchtime during the week and it was mostly busy with takeaway orders so found a seat easily. The server at the till was helpful as it was my first time. The pizza wasn't great, just about edible (50% of base was burnt) - I should have asked for it to be changed but didn't as was in a rush. This is the type of pizza I'd expect in a hotel somewhere quite remote and where there don't know what pizza should taste. The base was like bread rather than a base I normally get in and around Italian places in London. It's ok. Go here for peaceful setting if you're alone but not for great pizza!

We organised a private company event in the venue with a retro games night for 40 people, after a previous company event was held there - pizza making! Everyone had a lot of fun and we were a lot of hard work; the poor owner had to shepherd us around for all the games but he did it was a smile and upmost patience! The rest of the team are like a family and looked after us superbly. The event is still remembered very fondly and we have used Pizza Rossa since for large pizza deliveries, always very tasty!

I normally do not eat in Italian restaurants abroad because..well they are not. Here you can taste pizza slices (which are as common as the round one in Italy) made with REAL italian ingredients and, as i told to the owner before i left "absolutely outstanding food, better than many many places in Italy!". Prices are really ok, lower than expected. Owner is such a good guy, always smiling! Taste the little cannolo before you leave, best 1 pound investment ever!

This is truly Pizza heaven, the toppings must be made from the highest quality ingredients as each bite dazzled the taste buds leaving us wanting more. First of all, my review is about the kiosk near Shoreditch High Street station (food area with various cuisines). The pizza al taglio is normally a cheaper type of pizza served folded, alternatively by slice. In London there are very few outlets offering this and generally providing a very tasty dough/toppings (see Pepe near Covent Garden) or thin and crisp slice (the delicious Pixxa in Farringdon). "Tonda" and "Arancina" are rather expensive/not worth.. The "pizza rossa" one is instead done with basic ingredients, therefore the taste is pretty average (despite the larger size). I have to say that slices are not reheated (as usual for high traffic areas) but it may have been due to the time I stopped by (3pm on Monday). The assistant was very friendly though.

I recently organised a pizza making class for some friends at the Leadenhall Branch of Pizza Rossa - the owner, manager and chef could not be more helpful and friendly. On the day we were a small group and were made to feel like we were at home. We learnt the tricks and process in making the lightest pizza dough, got to take our ball home (so it could prove for the recommended 20 hours). We then were fed like kings with the Pizza Rossa pizza. It is here where they excel themselves. Each slice is less than 500 calories, so light and so tasty. I am a vegetarian and there were plenty of options for me. My eat eating friends had high praise for the varieties they tried too.I work nearby and the meal deals they offer are great value for the local area (2 slices for £4.99).I can't recommend the place highly enough - huge credit to Matt and Luka for making the event memorable.

When they first opened they were handing out free pizza in Leadenhall market so having tried a small taster I knew the food would be good. I went for the pancetta and goat's cheese on recommendation by the staff and it was delicious! The service was lovely, selection was very good. The pizza tasted fresh and the meal deal prices are decent for the City. I took the pizza away, individually wrapped like panini's. To be honest, I wanted to like this place more than I actually do. Pizza is one of my favourite things in the universe, and Rossa's slices are good, but not out of this world. Somehow, the sauce and toppings are a lacking a bit in taste (I'm missing some oregano...), and the base is a bit odd - tasting a bit like...deep fried sliced bread, maybe? Probably a bit TOO MUCH oil in there. There is room for improvement. With that being said, a pizza al taglio place in this part of town is something the hungry City worker should welcome with open arms. And so did I. It offers a much needed alternative to the generic-boring salad and sandwich bar chains that have infested the area.Pizza Rossa started as a pop-up place earlier this year and I have been a visitor from day 1. I used to think it was a bit pricey considering the (small) size of the slices. However, they have now introduced a lunch deal offer - if my memory serves me well, you can get any two slices for 4.90. Good business move, which now puts Pizza Rossa firmly into "good value" territory.Just don't go expecting a slice on the level you'd find in Rome or New York, and you won't be disappointed.PS: They have another location that has just opened near London Wall.

This restaurant moved from the ground floor to the first floor to accommodate renovations. It’s now in a windowless room that, while nicely decorated, is quite claustrophobic and can get loud when it’s crowded. The restaurant also seems understaffed. While everyone is friendly and nice, the staff seem overwhelmed. You have to ask for things several times before it gets done, and it took a very long time for someone to come take my order. Overall, not a seamless experience and not something I would expect from the Four Seasons.
