Was awful! Cold soggy pizza, chips and onion rings! Won’t bother ordering from these again! Most of it went in the bin. Waste of money

food was bland. the garlic bread had no garlic on it. very unhappy

I ordered mushrooms and no mushrooms came

1st and last time I'll be ordering. chips were cold and hard, did state no onion and was still put on kebab. the kebab looked like it was just chucked in the tray and the chicken was far too greasy. pizza was also cold. it really irritates me that people pay out for food and what you get is rubbish and cold! delivery driver was pleasant.

amazing restaurant , by far the best takeaway we have. The Pizza is so fresh and tasty with tomato sauce to die for amd plenty of toppings. Their meal deals are great value and this is the only place where my chips arrive hot and still crispy. Highly recommend !!

was ridiculouly the food was awful cold stale pizza and the lasagne was disgraceful to anyone never mind an Italian would not recommend and never go back.

Never even received the food, rung the takeaway up they said driver had been sat outside apartment and they had tried calling when there was no communication or anyone sat outside. I want a refund.

Everything was fine with order, but a little confused got charged for a bag but order a pizza which came in a box so why was I charged for a bag

Good - but was disappointed in the garlic mushrooms - didn't realise they weren't breaded! literally just mushrooms in a watery garlic sauce (which leaked everywhere)

My favoirite local Pizza place that never disappoints. I ordered a 16" deep pan Donner special with spicy beef and tandori chicken with a cheesey stuffed crust. My pizza arrived earlier than expected and it was piping hot, It was in one word amazing! Loaded with toppings lots of cheese. The base and stuffed crust were top tier. As a pizza lover I reccommend you stop searching and give Pizza Romance a try. ***** Thank you.

Usually amazing but tonight it was 20 minutes late, luke warm and the pizza was all pushed to the side (box fell over maybe?) and a sauce missing. It still tastes good but just not the usual quality.

Tasty food. Pretty disappointing how bland the 16" very spicy pizza actually was! And the chicken burger was EXTREMELY dry. Pity because sometimes the food is amazing.NEVER be as good back in 2003 until 2006. when hubby helped run it.

Placed an order for Garlic bread & Doner Cob estimated delivery time 18:20-18:40 called the restaurant at 1850 driver should be with you in 5mins in fact food arrived at 19:15 Garlic bread cold & rock hard & Donner con was cold & missing all the Salat !! Really disappointed definitely won’t be ordering from them anymore.

Only problem was I ordered chicken and salad and got chicken salad and doner meat and I don't like doner meat

My partner loved his Pizza. My jacket potato was covered in cheese a little dry tho. The chicken strips were nice, but the popcorn chicken was really hard. Still good overall and quick service.

This is the 2nd time we've ordered from pizza romance. We ordered this time round because the food quality was good last time. But this time we ordered 3 lots of chips. They were burnt. Dry and inedible, which means now I've got to sort my children out with something else to eat, very disappointed with tonight's order unfortunately.

Everything was ok part from the garlic bread was so burnt couldn’t eat it so throw away

It’s really good today. Both pizza and kebab were so good.

Food was okay however missing item on Box meal 1 cheeseburger.. Dr Pepper wasn’t there.. plus I had Doner meet chucked on top of my chips which I never ask for !!

Came early and I had to go 2 streets down to get my food because he could not find my address

Usually our go to for kebab meat and chips. But today's was a disappointment as the kebab meat was spicy and burnt the back of our throats and the chips tasted weird and dry. Might try again if it goes back to its old kebab meat and chips.

Generally always love the food here, but confused as to the difference between chicken fillet burger and the normal chicken burger …. As they seemed the same to me but one more expensive. However the curly fries and the pizza were amazing

Nice food except for the chips in my opinion… i personally dont lyk skin on chips, plus they were abit hard. Food was nice & hot, the burger was a little greasy. The pizza was really nice

The restaurant should be more clear on the food they are selling, if i ask for a chicken omlette i’m not expecting chips and side salad and cheese in my omlette. I’m expecting chicken and egg? am i wrong to think so. This mistake meant a family member couldn’t eat their food because they are in fact extremely lactose intolerant! I don’t dislike this restaurant i actually order regularly but it meant i wasted money, and yes i know i can make my own omlette but i’ve ordered for one online? therefore my order should be correct.

Disappointed with the last couple of orders we order from here every week and always loved their food but for some reason the garlic Mayo has changed and it’s not very nice at all to the point we are thinking of finding another pizza place really don’t want to as we love the food here but can’t enjoy the food without the garlic Mayo please change it back
