PIZZA ROMA in Merton

Ordered with Pizza Roma 3 times and every time the food is hot and delicious.

The food was delicious, it took 45-50 minutes from order to delivery. I’m happy, thank you!

To be honest, we were very disappointed with the pizzas we ordered. We used to get New Yorker, and we loved it. Fair enough now it’s not on the menu so we tried something different/similar. The dissatisfaction came from the burned beef on top, burned ham and even more burned sausage. Had so spend 5min removing the burned meat to end up eating veg pizza which tasted nothing like before and we loved your pizzas. Unfortunately, we will have to look at another place after tonight’s experience, shame

Absolutely appalling. Ordered food and left a note for dietary requirements, this was not met and I was given food with items on that I asked to be taken off. Just eat and restaurant are rubbish at even trying to resolve. Waste of £20. Never again. Couldn’t eat the food. Also took 1 hour to deliver.

Pizza is tasty but has very few topping. You can literally count the pieces of chicken on the pizza.

Ordered today from them, paid £16 for promotion 2 x 10" pizzas. They taste worse than frozen pizza from Iceland! Cheap extremely low quality toppings. Never again! Ever!

I ordered on Uber eats and the person delivering was super nice and maintained a great amount of communication with me and the restaurant itself. The food came fairly quickly and tasted great. The service I received from this restaurant was extremely pleasant and the food was even better !

Nice local pizza place. I had x large pizza for take. It was not bad, so I cannot recommend it to go out of way to try the place. Hence, if you are in the area, it is fine. But they take about 20 minute to finish a pizza. So if you are in a hurry, I do not recommend. The place has few tables for dine in.

Ordered pizza today afternoon. Two 15 inch pizza staffed crust as usual. Did not get no dip with none of my pizza. They use the cheese for the staff crust is too hard seems like it’s expired 🤮🤮my kids was not been able to break those cheese by teeth either. Don’t have option to share the picture otherwise happy to upload .Really not great experience at all. I do have picture of that cheese they use. I do suggest not to order from them and better go somewhere where you will have quality pizza. Really shame 😡

Unbelievable, Called the restaurant, to place an order as they dont offer the option on JustEat, funnily enough was told they dont do delivery to me when im like 7 minutes away from their shop, after a brief arguing, he accepted to send my order but on the basis that i pay £4 extra for a delivery within 2.5 mile radius.. He try to say he was doin me a favour by sending the order for 20.99, when on justeat when i order its the same price without no charge.. An 11 minute conversation, 0 customer service a disgruntled owner who dont wanna work, and take service, maybe you should check your google opening times, it says closed. Fyi, Update your delivery charges on Justeat, whoever it was on the phone didnt seem to want to work.. So sad as it was a regular

Amazing burgers and Pizza. They have self made sauces which are to die for and the Pizza beats any other Pizzeria in town. I have been here 4 times already and it is my go to place. Keep up the good work!!
