Last time I ordered the pizza from pizza rapid was very yummy and delicious and also I ordered medium pizza they gave me the large one the price of medium.And the arriving time also perfect.Thanks

Not specific on just eat menus, dough balls arent dough balls, more like sausage rolls, bbq crust is a bbq base not crust.

The delivery guy and the staff were both very friendly. Cake is quite hard but overall the food is not bad.

1 hr late delivery. I have order pizza from here before but this time with taste iam very disappointed.

This was probably the worst meal I've had. I was messed about by the kitchen. They didn't have almost any of the food I ordered. Apparently they're changing their management so the menus are changing to. Then the delivery man rang me 3 times because he couldn't find my house which is pretty easy to find. Aswell as me giving him directions. Which lead to the food coming late and being cold. I ate half a piece of chicken and through the rest away. This would be the first and last time I ever order from here. It was disgusting.

Our delivery took over 2 1/2 hours to arrive. When we phoned at 1 hour 45 mins we were told only a couple of minutes more, which was not true. There was no apology and when the food arrived it was hard and cold. The garlic and herb sauce was missing from one of the pizzas. Very disappointing

Car bringing my takeaway broke down but the takeaway guy still managed to get it to me, what a lad. Wouldn't get that anywhere else, will be ordering from here again.

the pizza doesn't taste good, and it doesn't seem the right one, the delivery time was too time consuming, the mushrooms tastes weird.

Have ordered from Rapid pizza many times the food is good but every time it's at least an hour later (currently been waiting 2 hours for A pizza) hope you aren't hungry...

I've ordered from Pizza Rapid many times and have had great food. This time though it was not that great. There was next to no sauce, the pizzas seemed slightly overcooked and the crust was like hard cardboard. Very disappointed.

Sunday afternoon, I order two pizza for me and my friends. We are hungry and the estimated delivery is 50 mins. It seems ok, we order. After this time, I call a first time to know if everything is ok. 'Yes, the order should be there now' am I told by an employee (after calling twice). We wait one more half an hour. I call again and this time noboby answers. Later, I call again and 'It should be there in 15 minutes', they had a problem with the machine. We wait patiently. The pizza have been ordered 2 hours ago and are still nowhere to be seen. I call again and am told again that it will be there in 15 minutes. I explain that this is already what I had been told an hour ago and that it is a scandal. Finally, 2 hours and a half after ordering, we receive our average greasy pizza. I explain that I want to be refunded because 1) it is not ok for employees on the phone to lie about the delivery time when someone is already losing money to call : the order could have been cancelled had they told the truth (several of them lied in a row) 2) We just waited too long, which is not the purpose of fast-food delivery (especially when one calls itself 'Rapid Pizza'). Each of the employee I successively spoke to managed to put the blame on someone else. I did not get refunded. OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE. AVERAGE FOOD.

Absolutely terrible pizza and chips for nearly £20! To top it off we waited 1 hr 40 mins! The pizza was cold and soggy and the chips with cheese were also cold and inedible. We live in Oxfordshire and we will never use this company again! Note to self - Read the reviews first!!!

so.. we ordered our food two hours ago and we are still waiting for a 'forgotten' item from our order. one of our pizza's didnt have all its toppings and the drinks were cans not 1.5L bottles. Falsely advertised and poor service all round. Sort yourselves out. you used to be amazing

Later, when I opened my veggie supreme pizza with BBQ base and bacon, it was no Veggie supreme at all - no peppers, no sweetcorn, only tomatoes, onions and mushrooms with bacon which looked like another pizza. Very disappointed from these guys this time.

These guys are fantastic and the food excellent! I entered the wrong mobile number which means they ended up driving around my farm for an hour trying to find my house just to ensure the food gets to me. A big thank you for the driver's politeness, service and delicious food!! Highly reccommended

Worst meal i have ever had, pizza was rubbery, wrong chicken bits turned up, base was tomato when asked for bbq. The whole meal was disgusting and had to be thrown away. Cooked pasta in the end.

Love these pizza's. Better than others we've tried in the area. Always delivered with a friendly smile. We live out in a village so we're never going to get a great delivery time so feel harsh with 4 star....but we do have to wait. Sure it would be better closer to town.

I've ordered from Rapid Pizza maybe 6-7 times now. Every time the food has been great, and the service friendly. Well worth the money.
